Aiden and his team deliver the best customer service and are very skilled at providing nail care and design. Everyone here is attentive, detail-oriented, and friendly. This is my second time here, and they do an amazing job every time. The prices are super affordable, especially compared to other places in the Valley that charge $85-$100 for GEL-X with designs. it's only $60 for GEL-X, and you honestly can't beat that! The quality of the work is top-notch, and I've been really happy with my nails each time. Even when I was late to my 4:30 appointment, they still took me in with no issue, and I really appreciate that! Oooo mmm ggggggggg, I love this place. I walked in with a limited time to be there needing gel nails and they did it to perfection and it only cost me $35! I got the wonderful accompaniment of Mae being my manicurist and she was entertaining and sweet. I was blown away by their pricing and how much all of their staff worked together to help me find the right shade of glitter I wanted in my color. The first time I came here, I got a real kind lady who did a fairly decent job and I had a nice experience. I thought I'd found a new place to get my nails done. The second time, another technician tried to upsell me by over $80 and got increasing insistent. I just wanted to get out of there, but stayed for a basic manicure pedicure-- I figured at least I could try her out and see if she was a good manicurist. She told me since I wasn't going to go for the upsell she would give me a "nothing pedicure" and boy did she ever! She barely cut my toenails then painted the polish all over my feet. My toes were a mess; large pieces of toenail she didn't fully cut dangled off and every one was a different length and shape. Then she moved on to my nails and continued to admonish me for not going for the upsell. She stopped abruptly and asked me to pay before she continued. I obliged. I gave her a good tip. It's the holidays and I understand that people need to hustle, and I'm not going to allow someone who doesn't treat me well alter the way that I adhere to my standards of behavior. Her demeanor changed abruptly. So my nails came out much nicer than my toes. She even tried to go back to my feet and repair some of the damage, but there was no fixing that mess! I heard several other customers being admonished as well, but they had reservations so they were told that they had requested all of these different services--designs, gel-x, etc. and that they needed to pay for the services that they originally made a reservation for. Each one protested. It was really quite a uncomfortable experience. I guess I hope that the people here learn that the repeat business is more important than the immediate upsell, and that even if someone doesn't look like they understand what you're saying in another language, they actually do. So all the badmouthing is is being understood. I think the technician realized that I was understanding what she was saying, and she softened her tone toward the end and even tried to be conciliatory. That did not change the fact it was quite possibly the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. read more

The Yelp reviews led me here and did not disappoint! Let me preface by saying I'm not typically a nail salon goer/ doer. I prefer to do my nails and toenails at home to save money and cuz I'm never satisfied. I'm from SD and was staying at a hotel nearby. I was crusty and in dire need of a mani and pedi. Called them last minute at 5:50 and thankfully they were able to take me in at 6. I did the royal pedicure and it was well worth it! I was in awe and disgusted at the dead skin shavings that came out. Never seen anything like that come outta my feet!! I opted for a French tip and the lady that did it was meticulous w/very strong massaging hands too. I swear I have shiny brand new feet now. I also was a gel X first timer too and happy I went w/ that service vs acrylic. The gal who did my mani was so sweet and thorough. My mani came out beautifully done as well. I didn't expect to be 100% satisfied but I am. Now I can enjoy the Memorial weekend looking polished and put together! If I lived closer this would be my go to salon! read more

I was very happy that my daughter found a place because they closed our usual. I went with her the second time I wasn't convinced but they did an ok job and the price was good. I decided to take my mom and it all changed. I said a gel manicure for her she's an older lady and doesn't understand well English. Apparently they told her about a deluxe gel manicure and shows her prices. She said ok and told her one that was about 50 something when all was done it ended up being $74. Is not about the money but she didn't know what she was getting and I didn't like that feeling because is like ok let me push that on you or just do it and that's it. I've been going to this salon for a bit now and it's always been a nice experience for me! However on 05/19/2026 I came in for a gel x manicure and gel pedicure along with my little niece. The guy that was helping me immediately came towards me with attitude and throughout my service was very rude to me, I asked if I could shorten the length of my nails down a little bit and he got mad at me, that I should've chosen the medium length because they look the exact same, I kept replying back that the medium looked too short for me and I just wanted to cut down the length a tiny bit and kept apologizing that I didn't mean to make him do "extra work" but would just ignore me and remind me again throughout the service and got aggressive and careless while doing my nails. He didn't bother to clean them out and left them lifted and crooked. Shortly after I watched how he interacted with other customers and he was very nice and helpful, I don't know what his problem was but I came in with a design I really wanted to get done and excited for and ended up leaving with just a simple nude after my experience was spoiled. read more

I just had the best experience here! This was my second time at the salon- I wanted to make sure I had two great experiences before leaving a review, and my second time was even better than my first! I got Gel X with unicorn chrome and sparkles. Last time I got gel x with airbrush and painted designs. I got SO many compliments. Nailtiful has skilled nail techs who can actually complete unique designs, has great prices, and amazing customer service. The biggest thing for me is that they treat me like an actual customer, not like I'm doing a disservice or annoying them by being there. Everyone knows the feeling of going to a nail shop and thinking the people are gossiping about you. It doesn't matter what they are or aren't saying, it just matters how you feel. And I felt really comfortable at this nail salon. My tech was super patient with me making a decision and showed me five different test nail options until I came to a decision I was super happy with.
