The one nail that was repaired did not get polished behind so now there is a ledge where food and grime is getting stuck. Also their credit card machine didn't work. And the owner didn't trust her own technician with pricing so she had to come over and confirm they charged me for gel removal and buff/shine with additional fees. I did end up getting the manicure and pedicure, which totaled over $200. I would not recommend this salon unless you have 3 hours to spend on slightly better than average nail work and want to over pay. I also don't think the owner understands customer service especially for a new client. I won't be returning.

I came in for a removal and a regular manicure ($32) since I can't keep gel on due to work. I had only gotten Gel X here once, after having strong, natural nails for almost a year. During the removal, I was told my nails were very thin and that the streaks I noticed were not leftover gel, but due to the condition of my nails. This was surprising to hear, especially since my nails were healthy prior to that visit. I also paid for a regular manicure, but my cuticles weren't addressed until I pointed it out my concerns. At that point, I didn't feel comfortable bringing up concerns about the nail shape as well. I kind of feel ripped off, which isn't a nice feeling. I'm not someone who likes to be confrontational, and I usually leave satisfied even if they aren't perfect, but this visit unfortunately left a bad impression. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I do think the team is kind--I just wish they treated me the same when I came in for a removal as when I come in for a mani/pedi gel set.

She knew exactly what I wanted because I usually cringe when I hear any type of drill so I didn't want any service with the use of a drill. I ended up getting gels! They were beautiful and the exact color that I wanted. I wanted the American Manicure which is more pink than beige. She also shaped them perfectly for my active life. I love the square sport length.
