The store is slightly hidden; however, once you step inside it is such a cute place. You immediately feel comfortable and welcomed. 2. CONNIE: she is so sweet. And she's unbelievably thorough. When I went to see her, I got my eyebrows, upper lip/chin, and Brazilian wax. She's so good. It didn't hurt at al!!!!! Additionally, she's amazing at her job. I have already booked my next appointment with her. 3. I love how technologically savvy she is. She messages you to confirm your appointment, then she reminds you a few days of your appointment AND let's you know when she's on her way to your appointment. I LOVE THAT! 4. Pricing - I think it is really reasonable! I have gone to places that cost $10-$13 for eyebrows but they do such a shitty job!!!!!! So, I'm willing to pay a little more for eyebrows for a good job. She has a great location in Burbank and the parking situation is not hard at all.
