I never had an issue waxing before and knew the risks. When the process was complete, I got up and looked in the mirror and my face had small bumps/hives. I asked Rosemary what they were and she said I'm having an allergic reaction, and recommended that I take Benadryl before waxing my face again.... I thought, OK, this is temporary. 3 days later and the hives have disappeared but my face has tiny acne bumps all over and it is ITCHY as hell. I don't know how long this will last for but it's not worth the money I paid. I wish Rosemary told me that I was having an allergic reaction WHILE she was waxing my face. I only found out after I looked in the mirror and had to ask what that was. She also missed a lot of the micro-hairs on my upper lip (and I usually thread my face which does a much better job of removing fine hairs). She is a really kind and sweet person but my sensitive skin did not react well to her products and waxing and I ruined a perfectly fine face for a painfully itchy acne-prone one. Not worth it.

She told me to sign up for Aspire for the first-time Dysport reward, but when it didn't work, instead of helping, she basically brushed me off with, "Well idk, it's not working." No effort, no professionalism, no customer service. I've been a customer for years, and being treated so poorly honestly made me angry enough to not want to come back. It's unacceptable to be that dismissive to loyal clients. Suzy was excellent, but that front desk experience was beyond frustrating.
