Abby did a beautiful job with my nails! I had a gel-x set and removal. Came in with a reference photo and she did a wonderful job replicating it and adding some ideas I had. She took her time and didn't seemed rushed but still got my nails done in a timely matter. The salon itself is a little interesting and cluttered. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was charged $50 for a basic gel pedicure, which is outrageous considering that gel pedicures are normally priced around $35 at most salons. To make matters worse, the entire service took less than 30 minutes, and I did not get any design, just basic gel polish. Previously before this time I was charged $65 for a basic pedicure no design just basic polish. If a pedicure costs $50 and takes under 30 minutes, that means they are essentially paying themselves $100 an hour just for pedicures, which is insane for such a basic service. Customers should not be taken advantage of like this. It feels like the salon is trying to get over on customers, and that is not fair. Pricing like this feels like an abuse of customers, especially when the service is so quick and basic. I would recommend getting your nails done here only, but I would not recommend the pedicures. The toes are simply too expensive for what you receive. read more

Usually I just assume that nail services are going to hurt - techs are usually pretty careless about the accidental poke and mistake as they work. That was not the case here. Mindy and Loana were both very careful with their work and gentle. They listened to directions and made adjustments without complaint. I need short nails because I have a horse farm and can't work with long ones but I wanted to look good for an event. I got exactly what I came for and am so happy with the results. I've already made a calendar reminder to schedule regular return visits. Probably the only negative here is they won't let you tip on the credit card which is a hassle. They send you text message reminders as well. Big and spacious the music is light enough to enjoy or some out during your treatment. Everyone is so friendly but my go to person is Margaret. 1 Star -- Absolutely unacceptable experience. I took my mom to Polished thinking it would be a nice treat, but it turned into a nightmare. She came in for a simple pedicure and left with a painful, infected toe that was later diagnosed as a fungal infection. First of all, the cleanliness of this place is questionable at best. The tools didn't look properly sanitized, and when I asked about it, the technician brushed me off like I was being dramatic. I should've trusted my instincts and walked out, but my mom didn't want to make a scene. Now she's the one suffering. read more

Never picks up the phone. I called three different times to make sure that I can come in for a gel pedicure. I arrived at 6 o'clock and online they say they close at seven, but when I arrived, they said that they are no longer taking people because they're gonna have a long services so they're closing the shop early at 6:30. Never in the 20 plus years that I've been going to Polished have I ever had a receptionist act so unprofessionally. I called to make an appt and the phone was crackling, must be a poor connection on their end. When I was told something about people booking and that my nail Tech was booked, I said "I didn't get that first part, but thanks!". And I hung up. VANESSA (actually it's Kate- she lied about her name SHOCKER) calls me back and says "did you just call Polished?" I thought maybe she was calling to say they could get my appts in for this weekend. I said yes and she said, were we disconnected or did you RUDELY hang up on me?" The next five minutes was this little snot going off on me because I hung up after a poor connection and didn't have any more business to discuss. She claims the calls are recorded - do they have that disclaimer when you call? Pretty sure that's illegal, Polished. I told her to play it back because I did say THANK YOU at the end. I've never hung up on a business in my life, and I wouldn't start with a place I've gone to for so long. If management keeps this snot attitude around then I'm sure I won't be the only one to not return. I had an appointment with Holly to get a pedicure. When it was my time they told me that someone else was doing my pedicure. When I questioned why, they said that my appointment was with Sandy. When I showed them my confirmation, they said Holly refused to do my pedicure because I had used her before and then switched to someone else. Beautiful salon with spacious area. All employees are wearing masks and gloves and stations are separated by 6 feet. No one is sitting next to each other even if they are related. Quin is manager and very friendly and professional. She greeted us at the door and made sure that we felt welcomed. She told us to pick our color and when our pedicurist was ready she brought us to our spa seats. Staff is very friendly and brought me bottled water when I sat down. Love the purple lights in the water. I got the Tropical Pedicure and French tips. Which includes a heated pack put on your shoulders, 3 types of foot scrubs and an extra 3 minutes of a foot massage. Woo hoo!!! Lisa cleaned off my old polish then asked me if I wanted my nails trimmed and if I wanted them to be square or round. After cleaning up my toes, Lisa did a foot scrub on my feet and calves. Massaging them up and down followed by a conditioning cream wrapped with hot towels. Then another deep massage followed by polishing my nails. Loved it! Definitely coming back. read more

Place looks nice in a great location. Came in for a gel pedicure and the girl Holly who did my nails was very aggressive with the cuticle trimming. She was hurting me so I asked her if she can just push back my cuticle instead. She didn't listen and continued to cut my cuticles, and she ended up cutting me in my big toes twice! I even told her that she cut me and that it hurt. She also used the open, sharp nippers to dig into the side of my nails to dig out dirt. That is not right, and can cut and injure someone! Despite that, she still applied product over the cuts causing me pain, and when she applied polish she tried to get rid of excess on my cut by putting a metal tool in there, which also hurt so much. I asked her to not do that again and she listened this time. She knows she cut me and she said sorry and put neosporin on the cut. It's the next day and because she was so aggressive with the cleaning and cutting my toes do hurt. I properly cleaning my toes to make sure I don't get an infection from the cuts she gave me. The cost of the gel pedicure was $55. There are a million places in the valley that do their job properly, and listen to you, for cheaper. I will not be back, and I have told others that I know to avoid this establishment at all cost. read more

My mother and I have been going here a few months now. At first, it was great. I'm very upset with my most recent experience and will not be coming back. Today I had a pedicure appt at 11am and ended up waiting for over 30 minutes past my appt with my feet soaking in the water and no one showed up. The receptionist didn't even bother to say anything, no one came by to introduce themselves. Nothing! I was so upset, I got up to speak with the receptionist and still no one came by to say sorry to give some sort of explanation for why it's been 30 minutes past my appt with no service. I was just so upset I left. They don't deserve my business. It's a poorly managed place and inconsistent service. The nail artist did a horrible job with my moms gel manicure. Uneven, bumpy and ended up bringing a completely different color than what she chose. I'm so sad to say, but we will not be back. We had a good couple of appts earlier on but this time they really dropped the ball entirely. Zero customer service. At the least they could communicated with me. read more

Terrible experience! Came for a manicure and I'm so upset. There was no one for me to even complain to because everyone had left home already I was the last customer. I tried telling the lady i believe her name was "mindy" I wasn't happy with the shape on one of the nails she had an attitude when I told her that. It got worse when she put the color didn't even fill the whole nail with polish. She cut me twice!!!! I left with brown polish on all my fingers.So so upset such a waste of money.
