I've given NailTastic multiple chances because it's conveniently located and they do solid nail work, but the customer service continues to be disappointing. Every visit, the environment feels unwelcoming. The staff often come across as irritated or uninterested in assisting, which makes the experience uncomfortable. What stands out most is the inconsistency in how customers are treated. I've seen other clients receive attentive service, like lotion being applied and massaged into their hands without even asking--while I'm asked if I want oil or lotion, and even then, it feels like an inconvenience for them to provide it. This has happened repeatedly over at least five visits, so it's not a one-off experience. As someone who has continued to return and spend money there, I expect a basic level of courtesy and consistency. It's frustrating because the quality of the nails is good, but the lack of professionalism and hospitality makes it hard to keep coming back. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how customers are treated. Good service should be standard for everyone, not selective. read more

Horrible place I went for a pedicure and my toes are infected. Had to get antibiotics for it. It was way too rough and I'm not sure if their tools where cleaned but it was extremely painful and the gel polish was so uneven. Pedicures shouldn't be painful. Do not recommend unless you want a toe infection. read more

After a recent string of misses of nail salons (see my review on Top Nails & Spa) I finally found the unicorn of nail salons in Nailtastic: clean facility, superb service, non-scammy pricing, and ample parking. I wanted to pamper myself and my mom after she had a really bad fall. I found Nailtastic on Yelp and they already had recent great reviews (pro tip: for the most accurate feedback check the most recent reviews). I called them and they were accepting walk-ins. I asked for their SPA PEDICURE and they quoted me $31. When we got there, fortunately they were located in a parking lot with ample space. They took us in fairly quickly as walk-ins (the place was already busy) which was very nice. I asked again for their price and they said it was $31. I ask several times ahead because other nail salons will charge extra for something you didn't originally ask for or sneak in an extra message or cuticle care. They omit to mention that it cost extra till it's too late and you have to pay for it at the end. They charged us $31 each ($62 total) with no extraneous charges. I was tended to by Hellen any my mom had her toes done by Bin. Both were very nice, pleasant, and professional! They talked to us and made us feel at ease and welcomed. Bin made sure to turn on the massage chair for my mom. They really did a phenomenal job with our nails, making us feel pampered, and we left feeling more relaxed. I'll definitely be coming back here. We made a 1230 pedi date appt today and it was lovely. The prices were affordable. We did the luxury pedicure because it was a date day for $60/each. If you want gel it's $15 extra, which we did. I wear boots and the regular polish comes off in a day or two. You get a 10 min massage that felt pretty good. The energy of the place was friendly. I noticed a female well dressed that seems to be very observant of customers needs while taking care of her own customers. None of the technicians were on their phone or rude. I was able to walk in with no appointment on Saturday . Everyone greeted me with a smile. That made me feel good. I was in need of a pedicure. I received an awesome pedicure by Kheim he was great. Everyone spoke great English which for me was very appreciated. So I got exactly what I wanted. The establishment was very clean, nice simple decor, music. I was offered bottled water ( that was great) Jenny was super nice. Making sure I was satisfied , she checked on me. Always aware if there was a need. There is plenty of free parking.! The chairs are super comfortable . My feet looked and felt great I will check in later when I get my nails done . So far.... Only one complaint . There credit card machine was not working. I've been a loyal customer of Nailtastic for some time, but after my most recent experience, I'll never be going back -- and I highly suggest others think twice before booking here. First and foremost: only go to Helen. She's great. Unfortunately, this review is about another technician -- a man with tattoos and glasses -- who should not be working on anyone. During a visit, he attempted to remove an ingrown toenail and ended up giving me a painful infection. When I called the salon afterward to let them know, their response was shocking: I was told, and I quote, "he didn't know how to properly remove it" and that he was just "trying his best." What?? I came to a professional salon, not someone "trying their best" without the proper skills or knowledge. It gets worse. When I asked for his name, the salon refused to tell me. I then asked to see his license and certification -- they refused again, saying I would need to make an appointment just to come in and see it. They also told me his license isn't on the wall (which it legally should be), because he "carries it with him." That sounds incredibly sketchy and completely unprofessional. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic hygiene protocols here is unacceptable. I trusted this place and now I'm dealing with an infection caused by someone who wasn't qualified to treat me in the first place. To add on to this when I made my complaint they tried compensating for it offering me a 50% off discount or a full refund to make me forget and asked me not to make it serious by filing a complaint or reporting them. There are plenty of salons out there that are clean, professional, and staffed by licensed technicians who are proud to display their credentials. Nailtastic is clearly not one of them. read more
