Very nice place and great customer service. Been there a few times and always quality work.

Horrible place I went for a pedicure and my toes are infected. Had to get antibiotics for it. It was way too rough and I'm not sure if their tools where cleaned but it was extremely painful and the gel polish was so uneven. Pedicures shouldn't be painful. Do not recommend unless you want a toe infection.

Finally! After a recent string of misses of nail salons (see my review on Top Nails & Spa) I finally found the unicorn of nail salons in Nailtastic: clean facility, superb service, non-scammy pricing, and ample parking. I wanted to pamper myself and my mom after she had a really bad fall. I found Nailtastic on Yelp and they already had recent great reviews (pro tip: for the most accurate feedback check the most recent reviews). I called them and they were accepting walk-ins. I asked for their SPA PEDICURE and they quoted me $31. When we got there, fortunately they were located in a parking lot with ample space. They took us in fairly quickly as walk-ins (the place was already busy) which was very nice. I asked again for their price and they said it was $31. I ask several times ahead because other nail salons will charge extra for something you didn't originally ask for or sneak in an extra message or cuticle care. They omit to mention that it cost extra till it's too late and you have to pay for it at the end. They charged us $31 each ($62 total) with no extraneous charges. I was tended to by Hellen any my mom had her toes done by Bin. Both were very nice, pleasant, and professional! They talked to us and made us feel at ease and welcomed. Bin made sure to turn on the massage chair for my mom. They really did a phenomenal job with our nails, making us feel pampered, and we left feeling more relaxed. I'll definitely be coming back here. Thank you Nailtastic for such a wonderful experience!!

We made a 1230 pedi date appt today and it was lovely. The prices were affordable. We did the luxury pedicure because it was a date day for $60/each. If you want gel it's $15 extra, which we did. I wear boots and the regular polish comes off in a day or two. You get a 10 min massage that felt pretty good. The energy of the place was friendly. I noticed a female well dressed that seems to be very observant of customers needs while taking care of her own customers. None of the technicians were on their phone or rude. Everyone was extremely polite. We're definitely be coming back for another one.

The staff is lovely and my nails always are looking fabulous when I leave! I've seen Michelle and Kim, they're both amazing. I also go 3 weeks in between my appointments, and my nails are still looking good. Highly recommend:)

There's nowhere I'd rather get my nails done. In fact, I'll never go anywhere else. Hai, Vannie, Jennie, their grandma, anyone you go to will do an amazing job. It's family owned, it's special, they care about you, and they know me, all my best friends, and my family because they just care to know me, not just as a customer. I was able to walk in with no appointment on Saturday . Everyone greeted me with a smile. That made me feel good. I was in need of a pedicure. I received an awesome pedicure by Kheim he was great. Everyone spoke great English which for me was very appreciated. So I got exactly what I wanted. The establishment was very clean, nice simple decor, music. I was offered bottled water ( that was great) Jenny was super nice. Making sure I was satisfied , she checked on me. Always aware if there was a need. There is plenty of free parking.! The chairs are super comfortable . My feet looked and felt great I will check in later when I get my nails done . So far.... Only one complaint . There credit card machine was not working. They were apologizes galore about this. Hope it is working my next visit which will be soon. Good job. Thank you, JENNY, KHEIM AND HO. All very kind.

I came about 2 months ago and my nails were still intact! Hai and his crew are amazing they did me a solid, you know when you're going on vacation and life is hectic but Hai took me in when they were closing right at 8 pm and did my Dip nails. You have to come and check them out with reasonable prices and the work is amazing read more

Jenny was great -- neat, quick, and professional with my manicure. Unfortunately, the man who did my pedicure (tattoos and glasses) was the opposite. He seemed unsure of what he was doing, and the end result showed it: crooked nails, bumpy gel, and uneven shaping. He also cut too much skin around my toes, which led to an infection and a lot of pain afterward. What should have been a simple, relaxing pedicure turned into an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. After reading other reviews, he is definitely the PROBLEM! If you go here, I recommend avoiding him. read more

Hai is my ride or die nail tech. He has perfectly done EVERY inspo pic I have shown him PERFECTLY, if not better, and I've been going to him for years. He keeps himself up to date with all the TikTok and insta nail trends and always lets you see a design on one nail before you commit to all of them. I can text him whenever I need a set or a nail fixed and he always tries to fit me in whenever I'm available. Hai and Van are so nice and the salon feels so cozy. I was in need of a new nail tech that does gel x nails and i came across nailtastic on yelp. i was able to make a last minute same day appointment. i showed up about 30 mins earlier because i needed my previous set removed and i was attended to with no issues. I'm extremely picky when it comes to choosing a nail salon, especially when it comes down to going back for another appointment. Usually the techs cut my cuticles and it just ends up being a hassle to pay for, rather than a spa experience. This has changed since discovering Nailtastic! I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the impeccable service I received during my recent visit to your nail salon. The ambience was lovely, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was just delightful. However, there was one tiny little hiccup that I thought I should bring to your attention. You see, I had the pleasure of making an appointment with Van for a nail service at 1 o'clock. My friend accompanied me and decided to indulge in a regular pedicure and manicure while I patiently waited for Van. To my surprise, the person next to me, who did NOT have an appointment, was promptly attended to and had a full set completed by Van while I sat there with my fingers soaking off my dip for over an hour. It was quite the spectacle, I must say. When I asked if someone else was available to do my nails, she said it was busy right now and I would have to wait. I still do not understand why I made an appointment with Van if she would work on the person without an appointment instead of me. I kept asking her if someone else is available, and again I was ignored.... I understand that sometimes appointments can get a bit delayed, but waiting for over an hour with my fingers in a state of limbo was a bit much, don't you think? A little heads-up or check-in would have been greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still look forward to visiting your salon again in the future. read more

Van has been doing my nails for the past three years! Any art I throw at her she can do! There is never a challenge she doesn't rise to! Not only is she a phenomenal artist, she is kind and the experience is top notch! I am such a fan, I've followed her to her new shop , Nailtastic. As expected, the service was great, everyone was friendly. I requested a simple power red for nails and toes . Even though my nails were more simple than usual, they look impeccable . The new location is great ( by a Starbucks w lots of parking). I am so happy I love the new place and I was able to stick with my favorite nail artist! read more

I've been getting my nails done by Hai since 2021. I usually get dip powder nails with gel design, and Hai always does an amazing job! And my nails always last me 4-5 weeks! At my most recent appointment, I was unfortunately about 20 minutes late. I did call ahead to let them know, and I completely understand that being late impacts scheduling. I take full responsibility for that and truly respect everyone's time. That said, when I arrived, I felt that my wax specialist's demeanor was noticeably rushed and cold compared to my past visits. She let me know she wouldn't be able to complete all of the services due to my lateness, which I understood. I was then passed to another specialist who ended up being great and very kind. What stood out to me was the difference in energy...during my service things felt tense and short, yet I could hear her being very giddy and talkative with her next client. It just made me feel a bit uncomfortable and unwelcome, especially since I already felt bad about being late. I've had many good experiences here over the years, so this was just an unfortunate first negative one. I believe in accountability, but I also value professionalism and kindness, even when things don't go perfectly. I hope this was just an off day.

This review is long overdue…read more I have been going to RA Organic Spa for over 20 years. I have visited other resorts and spas, but I'm always grateful that I found RA and can keep coming back. The feeling of comfort and serenity is abundant the moment you walk in. They greet you by name when you arrive and again when you leave. The lobby is small but very welcoming. They offer plenty of products for purchase, but they never hard-sell you. When you check in, there is a small waiting area where you can sit with hot tea, water, and small snacks while you wait. Please make sure to turn off your cell phone--this is a quiet zone, so whispering or no talking is encouraged. The dim lighting really makes you feel like you've stepped into another world. There is also another waiting area in the back if you need to change into a robe for your service. There is actually a lot of space back there to relax while waiting. The treatment rooms themselves are warm and comfortable, and each room has a closet for your personal items. In the back area, they also have changing spaces and lockers. There are two changing areas, along with a room that has chairs specifically for foot and neck massages. I highly, highly, highly recommend the foot massage. They take it to the next level because they start with your neck and arms before moving to the foot massage. I dare you to try not to fall asleep by the time they're done. I have seen the spa when they are busy and when they are slow, and I have never seen it dirty or unkempt. The level of cleanliness and the standards maintained by the staff have always been excellent. I've never had trouble booking an appointment. I've also given gift certificates to family members and friends, and three people I know now go there regularly because of those gifts. Their prices are by far some of the best in the industry. You simply cannot find a facial at the price they offer at RA. I've looked, and I can't find anything comparable. If you want a facial, I highly highly recommend Maria. She has truly turned back time on my skin with the facials she gives me. She listens to your needs and walks you through the products she uses to make sure they match what your skin needs and what you're looking for. She genuinely cares. Under new management, they have recently added online booking through their website, which is wonderful. I'm looking forward to another great 20 years going to RA--ugh, I just aged myself! A few additional notes: they do have a sauna, bathrooms, and one bathroom includes a shower. Parking can be a little tricky. There is structure parking and street parking, but the street parking is timed. I do have a great parking spot that I like to use... but I can't tell you where it is. It's my secret spot. Sorry!

i have been going to the same nail salon for over ten years due to the fact that i'm very picky when it comes to my nails. i went to nailtastic two weeks ago and i will definitely be a repeat customer. the nail technician took his time on my nails, was very detailed and my nails still look amazing after two weeks! their selection of opi and essie colors are to die for. everyone keeps asking if my regular manicure is a gel manicure, they're seriously that good! the service is laid back and the salon is immaculate. they have these cloud 9 massage chairs that are amazing and they have huge flat screen televisions. i'm obsessed and can't wait to go back. p.s.--they use new nail equip. on each customer...so everything is brand new and sanitized, i'm SOLD. read more

Living in Burbank, its really hard finding a good place to get a Mani/Pedi. This place was relatively new, so I was worried at first when trying it. But they just caught me by surprise. I loved it, I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Let's just say I finally found my place. Don, (I think that was his name) he was great! I was on my lunch break and let him know that I was kind of in a rush. Got everything done really quick and he did a great job. He actually did what I asked him to do! On top of that, the OPI selection is AMAZINGG, but I was feeling a little red on Wednesday so I went with the Essie wicked. Overall, NAILTASTIC did a great job. I came here last Tuesday and they had their spa pedi/mani special for $25 dollars it was worth every penny. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and clean. I was told that every thing they use on each client is brand new, which I experienced with my own eyes.
