To Vivian. Never see her. I have had such a disappointing experience with this salon. From the beginning, I've kindly and clearly asked the technician not to use the e-file on my nails because they are fragile and break easily. Despite explaining this multiple times, she would dismiss my request, insisting that using regular files takes too long. I repeatedly shared that the e-file damages my nails, but she never took my concern seriously. However I still went, until one day I noticed my nails got severely bended and blood tore through it. Eventually, after asking again, she reluctantly agreed to use the regular file -- and it only took about 15 minutes longer, proving that her earlier excuses weren't valid. During that visit, her attitude completely changed. I politely thanked her for using the file instead of the machine, but she ignored me the entire time and spoke to other staff in another language -- clearly about me -- which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I had also explained before that my nails are naturally thin and prone to bending and breaking, but that didn't seem to matter to them. A month later, when I tried to book another appointment, the person texting me gave short, dismissive replies. When I asked directly if it was because I preferred regular filing over the e-file, he said, "Sorry, that's the only way we do it." I find that unacceptable -- what kind of service refuses to accommodate a reasonable customer request, especially when it concerns the health of their nails? I will never return to this salon. If you want to be ignored, gossiped about in another language, and shamed for simply asking for a gentler service, this is the place -- but I would highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

First time here today 6/10/22 for a gel manicure only. My appointment was for 2:45pm and I arrived on time. Unfortunately, I had to wait until 3:20pm to be serviced (that's 35min). In all honesty, I think 15min is acceptable wait time and 30min is more than generous. So, I kept thinking they would get to me any minute now, and that is why it I stayed 35min in. There was (2) male workers and (2) female workers total, with 3 clients being taken care of. As I was being serviced, an older couple walked in who had apts, and were seated at the spa pedicure chairs, then 15min in, they were asked politely to leave because they weren't able to keep up with the current clients in the salon. They really need to organize and schedule their appointments accordingly. I think their time management needs to also improve it took a little longer than usual to just do gel mani. The gentleman who was doing my nails very nice man, I could tell he was really trying his best and took his time. The only concern I had with him was with the nail grinder that got too hot on my nails here and there. Overall, it's not a bad place, just could use some improvements. Crappy crappy job, today was a shit show. I asked for a pastel yellow the shop had on its sample selection but what I got was this really pungent turmeric color and my toes were to match the pastel but look like a totally different color than my hands and even more pee-pee colored. When I told the tech I only wanted the pastel yellow I selected she proceeded to create a base white layer not sure if she was aware this would make the color more bold/dark yellow. I told both the pedicure tech and the woman working on my hands I only want the yellow paint no other color base the women doing my pedicure proceeded to ignore and put a base layer of white. The shop front desk Troy came over and began to ask what the problem was when I told him I asked just for the color polish no base and he responded saying the color I chose is what they were doing. I told him I asked for a pastel yellow and that I prefer no base and he laughed and just stared at my nails. I will not be back to this shop. Good luck getting what you want here apparently you paying for something doesn't matter to them its just a joke. read more

For the past year in half, I was seeing Julie nice sweet girl who used to do my nails, she took her time in doing them like I wanted them. Always left super happy and comfortable, I also started doing my pedicure as well with her mom sweet nice lady as well (I'm picky who touches my toes)but decided to give her a try and I loved how she handle my pedicure, but for the past few months it's been really hard to make an appt with with Julie now, every single time I have call her brother Troy I believe that's he's name answers the phone and always always will tell me she doesn't have any appt available even left messages for Julie to call with no respond back. He always says she's fully book and gives like she's schedule for 4 weeks out it's super sad to not be available to schedule an appt with her no more. I truly miss getting my nails done, but I guess it's time to find a new place since there too busy to see a faithful old client. Today I just needed to get my pedicure with he's mom and once away I was turn away telling me she was fully book, I feel like this guy doesn't like me what so ever. Why idk??? but oh well. I'll take my little toes & fingers some where else. It was a nice and convenience place to come in cuz it was close to my house. But Im not a person to be begging to get service done. I don't know if she was upset she had to remove my Gelx Set. But my new acrylic set is horrible is thick and all bumpy I ask for coffin they look square to me. Every time my nails would not come out how I liked them but again for convenience and reasonable prices I continued to go back. All the technicians would charge different prices which pissed me off.
