Wonderful experience from start to finish! Hasmik did an amazing job on my nails, she was incredibly careful, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. Since it was my first time trying Gel-X at this location I was a bit nervous about the outcome, but my nails came out even better than I imagined. I also got a pedicure, and it was just as great. Great service, quality products, and beautiful results. I highly recommend this salon! read more

Yes, yes yes, I called and went to five different nail salons today for a walk-in and I either got three hour away no walk-in every excuse in the world no parking available in the front. Till I called up Aphina and the lady at the entrance which I believe is the owner was sweet and she's like yes we take walk-ins so I went to her. Within five minutes, they took me and I was so lucky and so blessed to have Annette, (apologies if I did not spell it correctly) Service me. Let me just tell you for me to close my eyes and take a nap for an hour while my nails are being done is a huge plus. I was so relaxed and surrendered so much into the chair the massage chair that Annette did her magic she even fixed two of my chipped nails and her energy is unbelievable. Her smile is unbelievable and I am coming back again. A blessing of a soul. I am hooked read more

I get my nails done on a whim meaning I get it done wherever I am and whenever I feel like doing it. I don't have a regular place for manicure and pedicure but I'm glad to find this place which is only a walking distance from my house. The salon is nice and clean. I was promptly greeted by Nare, who I learned was the owner of this place. My manicure was done by Nelli who did an amazing job. I learned from her about Russian manicure which requires cleaning of cuticles, not just the nails. I really liked that they have that option. They showed me a book of colors to choose from. I liked the metallic polishes due to its shine and sparkle. I picked the color I liked but Nelli didn't just apply it but also took an extra step to give it a lovely finish. See my pic for the final result. I'm definitely coming back to this location on a regular basis. It's also good to know that they also do facial, something that I also do on a whim haha. read more

This salon replaced the old Victory Nails. We had no problem getting an appointment and the receptionist was really nice! We both got the Aphina pedicures ($75 each). Overall they looked good, but unfortunately they started chipping around the 2-week mark. They also smudged twice while putting our flip flops back on after the service, so they had to be fixed before we left. read more

I've had my nails done by Arevik several times--once with gel-x and once with a hard gel overlay--and every time, the results have been absolutely beautiful. Her Russian manicure is very clean, precise, and beautifully done. My nails always stay looking fresh and don't chip or get damaged easily. I highly recommend Arevik to anyone looking for the best nail technician. She is truly amazing! read more

Called in to get my nails done for my birthday and they were able to take me in right away! I got a builder gel mani in a Russian manicure style. I have to say Hasmik was very lovely, she cleaned my cuticles so well! She took her time and made sure I was happy with the shape and the color. It's been two weeks and I haven't had any chipping. I also got a gel pedicure. The pedicure was okay, it wasn't anything special! But I haven't had any chipping or breaking. I do appreciate that they have their prices available online, it makes things easier! read more

Three stars for how well they did with my daughter. She is 5 and on the spectrum. Her nails came out great for how much she was moving. My nails came out ok. I was more focused on my daughter so I didn't notice that my cuticles were not done well. There was no soaking of my hands or feet. And NO massage as stated in the service for hands and feet. The price is too HIGH for the quality service I got. By the end of the day the whole nail polish came off no chipping the WHOLE thing. read more

I had my nails done earlier today at another salon, I was VERY unhappy with the color & design.. I passed by Aphina on my way home and decided to quickly stop in to see if they could do a color/design change. Let me tell you, it was the best decision I've ever made. Anet took me on & absolutely KILLED it. I am so incredibly happy with her work. I will be a regular with Anet from now on. Such a nice clean environment, super happy with the service. read more

I really wanted to like this salon, but after giving them two chances, I won't be returning. The biggest issue wasn't even the quality of the nails--it was how uncomfortable the atmosphere felt. The woman at the front desk came across as controlling and unwelcoming both times I visited. I understand that businesses have policies and need to keep things organized, but there's a big difference between being professional and making customers feel like they're doing something wrong. For example, my mom came with me and briefly walked over to greet the nail technician who had done her nails during a previous visit. She only did this because the technician speaks Spanish and my mom wanted to say hello. The interaction lasted only a moment, but the woman at the front visibly looked bothered by such an innocent gesture, which made us both feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this wasn't a one-time impression. I noticed the same tense and unprofessional atmosphere during my first visit as well. The staff also seemed more focused on talking among themselves than paying attention to their clients. Because I understand both English and Spanish, I could hear employees speaking negatively about one another throughout the appointment, which created an awkward environment. It didn't feel like a welcoming place to relax. The quality of the nails also didn't justify the price. Both my mom's and my nails started popping off much sooner than they should have. When my mom returned to have just one nail repaired, the experience felt unnecessarily drawn out instead of being treated as a quick fix. Considering the prices are higher than many other salons in the area, I expected much better customer service, professionalism, and longer-lasting work. Instead, I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I hope this feedback encourages management to improve both the customer experience and the overall atmosphere in the salon. read more

I walked in without an appointment and they were able to take me in without hesitation so I was really excited! I sat down with Lusine and she was the sweetest person! I had a different idea with my nails but she explained to me what the best route would be in order to protect and care for my nails and explained how it would look in a couple of weeks and how to properly care for them which I really appreciated. The owner? Or front desk manager was just as sweet as well. She kept coming by to check on me and make sure I was okay, offering me coffee or tea to make my visit more comfortable. I ended up doing a milky white color with builder gel and I can very obviously see the difference compared to regular gel so I'm really excited to show them off. Thank you again! read more

I dropped off my 14-year-old daughter and ordered two pedicures. The owner told me it would be $35 per service, but after I stepped out, they added extra fees and the total came out to $115. What started as a friendly visit quickly turned into a nightmare. They also took an extremely long time -- we arrived at 10:00 a.m. and didn't finish until 12:30 p.m. No other salon in Burbank charges these kinds of prices for basic services. Be careful and always confirm prices before you begin. read more

I had an amazing experience! Everyone was so friendly. The pedicure was one of the best I've ever had, and the esthetician was so kind and made me feel comfortable throughout my services. I received a French pedicure, an upper lip wax, and an underarm wax for only $100, which is an incredible. I'll definitely be coming back and bringing my friends and family. Highly recommend! read more

hands down definitely my favorite nail spa. The place is clean and immaculate. All the employees are very nice and welcoming. My favorite Pedicure lady at this facility is ELIZ I've then coming to her for so many years she is definitely very patient knowledgeable, calm collected, and one of a kind. In general, everyone at the facility is great and I appreciate the welcome and hospitality. Once you give them a try, you'll never have to look elsewhere. read more

I'm not a fan of this nail shop at all. 1, I pay whatever for nails because I've never been cheap however, there's no menu for pricing therefore I paid $125 for a full set & pedicure and I say that to say, she's making up prices anyways greshel, 11/10 she's very nice she doesn't know English only Spanish and me being bilingual I could understand and tell her what I wanted with no issues. Arevik on the other hand, everything was cool until she kept filing my toe nail and I wanted her to stop because I didn't want 1 toenail shorter than the other so she ends up getting an attitude lol mind u this is my toenail and I'm paying for it so she started talking shit in her language (Armenian) anyways I won't be back -1/10 read more

I went in for Gel-X today -- and they also told me they would be doing "Russian style." I paid $95 for this appointment, and my nails came out absolutely terrifying. I left the salon thinking maybe I was overreacting, but the moment I got to my car and actually looked at my hands, I realized just how bad it was. I genuinely started crying. Every single nail looks different from the others. Also so much glue was applied that you can see it coming out of the bottom of my nails Different lengths, different shapes, different angles -- nothing matches. All ten nails look like they were done by ten different people who weren't speaking to each other. It was honestly shocking. I called the salon immediately and told them how upset I was -- that I had cried because of how awful my nails looked. I even sent them multiple pictures and close-up videos showing exactly what I was talking about. Instead of helping me, they told me there was nothing they could do and basically refused to fix it. And let me be clear: I told them I didn't want ANY of their "technicians" touching my nails again because at that point, I didn't trust them at all. They had already done enough damage. When I went to a different nail tech to fix this disaster, she told me my nail beds were damaged and that the Gel-X wasn't even properly glued to my nails. She showed me as she removed them -- the Gel-X was literally lifting off without any effort, just peeling away like stickers because it hadn't been applied correctly in the first place. I even sent the original salon videos of this happening, just so they could see how poorly everything was done. I paid $95 for what ended up being a complete nightmare. This was honestly one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the tears -- because this was a disaster from start to finish. I had to pay double to get it fixed and I even sent the a video of how my new nails look and show them how an actual professional does nails! read more

Ask for Gretchen! She's so sweet and does a great job! She is friendly and detailed. My pedicure still looks great!

Such a cute and pretty salon! Very friendly and professional personal! I highly recommend the salon!

I made an appointment online for a few hours later in the day. I showed up to my appointment and the receptionist didn't really seem to understand I had appointment. There was only 1 nail tech working at the time (she had a client) and there were 2 other people waiting. The receptionist had me take a seat and wait and she went outside and was smoking/playing on her phone. I waited 30 min inside and the one tech was still with her client and no one new showed up to work for the people waiting and no update was provided to me. I absolutely would not come back! read more
