If zero stars is an option, i would give It a ZERO for poor customer service! This review should have been written months ago. Even though there is a sign that's says "under new management", Linda was still working there. Linda "the owner" did my GEL manicure and in less than a week, the Polish chipped off. I went back to show Linda and she had another staff redo my nails. I was charged another manicure fee!! I asked why I was charged and Linda said "you changed the color." Then she and her staff started to speak their native language and started to laugh. I was so disgusted with Linda and her staff's behavior! I just paid and walked out. I felt disrespected and cheated! Save your money and go elsewhere where customers are treated with integrity! read more

Issues I had: - nail tech did not fully remove nail polish and proceeded to apply new polish color on top - absolutely no attention to detail, I asked for straight nails and they were all crooked. When I asked to have them filed again I received attitude - the first gel coat was applied all over my skin and my skin felt tight like I stuck it in glue. I had to go home and remove the gel coat around my nail - lots of air bubbles were left on my nails - debris was left on my nails and nail tech still proceeded to apply the finishing coat on top of the debris - left nail polish on skin and did not remove I had to literally go home, clean up my nails, file them to make them straighter, try to remove the gel on my skin but couldn't do anything about the polish lumps they left on my nail. Overall bad experience and I will never be coming here again. If you live close by, I recommend Nails N Beyond next to the Carl's Jr. and Daniels Tacos on glenoaks, which where I should have gone. read more

I am in so much pain from the pedicure I received yesterday. I get pedicures regularly, like every 2-3 weeks and I have never had someone go so deep on the sides of my big toe, while she was digging away I thought it was a bit much, but thought maybe I needed it, she's the professional. Today I woke up with sore big toes, red, pussing, and throbbing. It really hurts to put pressure on the toe itself. Called to resolve the issue and the woman said come back and we will give you medicine. No thanks. Then she offered to clean up the toes, thinking I have an ingrown which I don't, beware. This place looks pretty dirty and im sure I'm having this issue due to dirty utensils. Needless to say I won't be going back. read more

Mani/ pedi. Gel nails. YES!!! My feet were calling for some serious TLC. No, I do not have gross clickity clack centaur feet. Long days of wearing heels will make your feet cry for some love. This place is awesome. The woman who did my nails did a fantastic job. I'm not about the acrylics, seeing that I do a lot of cooking and baking - it just wouldn't be festive having gunk stuck under my nails - so I can't review that. But I can tell you that my manicure lasted for a good 2.5 weeks before I had to do anything to them, what a nice surprise. Great prices too. Definitely coming back. read more

I came here again after 2 years since I moved out of the area. I used to love this nail salon. To put it bluntly, the vibes are just bad here now. Before it was always welcoming and cheerful and ALWAYS did a good job. I rate a good nail job by the shape of the nail itself and how straight and filed it is. That shows the care and love of the nail tech. I was not given TLC here and my nails reflect it. I felt like I was bothering the lady to have her file it straight so I ended up doing it myself. This time my sister and I went for manicures and a full set. We were in and out in an hour. Hannah is the best for a full set! She does mine every time. So ive went to this nail place maybe like 15 times, mainly for pedicures. The last 3 times a girl named Judy did it. The 1st time was good the 2nd time she cut me really badly and the 3rd time Judy again did my pedicure and not only did she cut me really bad AGAIN but i got a really bad infection on my big toe. I ended Up in the emergency room to get all the blood and puss drained Out. I will never ever go back to the place again. I didn't like that they don't give a nice massage on your hands like the other nail places or they don't spray anything on your nails or air dry them for you . For a new nail salon this place is GRODY! All the equipment looks busted up and used and they do not keep the place clean as some of the other reviews have mentioned. I just got home from getting a gel manicure. First off, next to the lack of cleanliness in this salon it also lacks customer service. That aside the workmanship I received was poor. My nails were all filed differently, I have some round and some square and of course all at different lengths. Simply put - Not worth your MONEY or your TIME. I hate writing any negative reviews but I feel anyone looking to get their nails done are much better off going to Kim's down the street which is called 'Hollywood Nails' (okay service) or even better yet going up the street to a nice clean, modern spot called 'Nails N Beyond' (usually busy/slow). BTW: To reinforce what Anna G. said about getting cut. While I was there I witness a girl cut deep into this lady's toe while getting a pedicure. She was bleeding quite a bit and when she had asked why she did that, the girl had to give this long explanation saying how it will help her toenails grow. The 'manager' (i guess) started talking to her in their native language and it seemed as if he was scolding her. Very well done.. The only thing was on the down side was that my lady was gonna put some kind of final spray & this other lady yelled at her in their language & from what I assume she said I didn't need it & sent her back w/ the spray. I've given this place so many opportunities I am officially done. Almost every time I've been here there will be a wait, then they "attend" you by letting your feet soak in water for over 30 minutes and still no pedicure. I was SO annoyed I told them I would rather come back if they were that behind because there was nothing worse than being told you would have your pedicure and instead have your feet soaked in water for over half an hour. I honestly feel that they do that just to prevent the customer from leaving and going else where. Well, let me tell you, I've left TWICE after I was on the massage chair with feet in water for over 30 minutes. They told me it would be any second and I said no I was done. If I'm going to be admitted and have my feet prepped in water it's because my pedicure is about to begin. It's even happened with appointments as well. Aside from this, the employees are so rushed their job seems to be compromised. There is only like three employees that actually do a good job and are sweet. But watch out for the man or owner because he will hurt your nails when you do a manicure. This review is long over due. STAY AWAY 1st of all the older lady with the short black hair is RUDE and ALWAYS rushing you. None of there good techs last they end up leaving. I only come here more out of convenience when I'm desperate since it's so close to me. My mom brought my daughter in to get her nails done on Saturday and for an event we were having on Sunday. My daughter nails we're chipping by the next morning. I brought her in Monday to have them fix it and the owner who was the one who did her nails kept telling my daughter who mind you is only 14 how she must have bumped her hand somewhere that's why it was chipped. It had been less then 24 hours. She even had the nerve to say she put her shoes on right away that's why. No, they started on my daughter way before and she finished first. She was there for an hour. How much longer would she wait for it to dry?! It was chipped on her hands and toes. The polish was not put on correctly. You can see thru the color and the owner said that my daughter didn't say anything so that it was fine, that it's only when the customer ask to add an extra layer that when she does it. Wtf?! She also acted surprised when my daughter told her she was the one who did her nails. So anyhow she was upset redoing her nails and kept making comments about how it was her fault. I finally snapped and said something to her to stop and just fix it and to quit blaming her. She then said something in Vietnamese and the 3 who were there started laughing so I called her out on it and told her not to talk about us in her language and that it was rude. We were the ONLY ones in the shop at the time. The owners brother tried to get involve and so did the other girl and I told them again to stop. He then made a comment and said they didn't talk about their customers there that they did that at HOME!! These people are so unprofessional. Any good owner would have just fixed it and been apologetic for it. You've lost out business and I hope everyone reading this does not support this business who talks about their customers when they go "home". Stop attacking minors who can't fight back on their own. Hope they got my message cuz Mama don't play! Don't mess with mine. read more
