I paid attention to their work and what they use. Keep in mind I've been here about 4 times. I noticed the lady takes off her gloves so carefully just to put them back in her box and use them on the next client. She used them on 4 different ppl while I was there! They make you believe/ see that they're using new tools on your feet. In reality the packaging is open and it's not new it's all being put back in the same box. I asked for a gel mani and I noticed they cover the front of the bottle when they "apply it". The actual gel bottle was on the table. I confronted the man about it and he said that he was almost finished. I'm not trying to be a Karen but this quality isn't 45$+ My nails felt so flimsy from the excess electric filing and haven't had acrylics on since June. My polish has ripples and it looks bumpy. On top of that they charged me 110$ for 1 reg. pedi and 2 gel manicures. read more

I came in yesterday and I waited for Wendy to do my nails because I heard she was the best and its true she is the best because she did my nails the way I've been wanting them done for a while. I think there's parking in the back I'm not sure I parked on the street and it is in the ghetto I will admit but honestly for great service I don't even care if it's in China it's the best service I had in awhile. I walked outside 5 minutes ago and I'm already making a new appointment at another nail Salon to FIX this AWFUL MESS. I just left the salon with the most horrible feeling. Just got my nails done and when I expressed concern that it wasn't the color that I had chosen I was laughed at by the owner and if that was not enough he began to yell at me. That is no way to treat an already unhappy customer. It is one thing to have a mixup in the colors even tho I color coordinated with an outfit I was wearing, and it's another thing all together to yell at a customer. I am currently wishing that I did my own nails because they would look better and I wouldn't spend money to get yelled at. (They charged me full price BTW after completely messing it up) read more

I had a wonderful experience at pro nails. The service is AMAZING!!! Holly and Dennis do the best acurlic nails and their daughter Wendy does the best gel nails and they have an awesome group of workers that do the nicest pedicures. Everyone is really friendly and they place is never too crowded so u always have a place to sit right when you walk in. They dont make u wait a lifetime once u walk in they immediately start working on you. Also, Dennis gives the BEST massages!!!! The best part is, is that the place is always well maintained and VERY CLEAN!!!! I LOVE GOING TO PRO NAILS... I went to this nail salon on Friday, 2/24/17 & got a gel manicure done by Wendy. Two days later (2/26/17) three of my nails were chipped & starting to peel off. Now 4 days later two more nails are peeling off!! They look as if they are 2 week old nails when I just got them done on Friday!! For a place that is a bit overpriced considering the location I'd expect better quality nails. I'm very disappointed & do not recommend this salon. read more

I'm a returning customer and will never return ever again. I'm very unhappy with the work done I asked to not file my nails thin and she filed it thin with the machine without even soaking my nails or cleaning my cuticles... And started putting on the gel nail polish and throughout the whole time I kept asking her to stop please because that's not what I wanted she kept saying ok I'm doing it after wards.... Lol she put the gel on and said thank you bye... She didnt do my manicure of soaking my nails n cleaning my cuticles, she buffed and filed w the machine versus using a nail filer it's my natural nails why would you use a machine after I tell you I'm concerned about my nails thinning out more... She didnt use the color I choose and convinced me that it's cause she put on two coats... And as if this isn't enough the guy doing my pedicure tells me we do manicure and cleaning of cuticles after the gel nail polish...are you serious... If anything look at picture 91 an 92 you can see the color stop 4/5th of my nail... I paid $38 for pedicure and half a gel nail polish. Because she made an executive decision to not do the manicure I asked for... I would never recommend this place to anyone ever... read more

Absolutely no customer service. I didn't even receive a hello. The place was totally Empty when I walked in I guess that should've been my sign to walk out. She removed My acrylic nails and charged me $7 for doing it without even telling me until it was time to pay. It took her less than a Minute. A manicure cost me $19 and all finger nails are uneven that's ridiculous. I highly don't recommend this place. read more

The most comfortable nail salon I've ever been to. The staff are very nice to you and they are patient with the clients. It's my 4th time going and I have not yet been disappointed by Pro Nails.
