I went into the salon yesterday. People were very nice, but they cut my cuticles so aggressively. I think probably four of my fingers were bleeding. And not just a cut but all around. She applied acetone right after on top of the cut, it burned. My fingers are all swollen now it's the day after and they hurt really badly to touch anything. I still paid full price. I do not recommend you go there.

I can not recommend this place enough! Firstly I have never gotten a Russian manicure or pedicure and I am so happy I did here ! I have been back a few times this year and love every experience! My nails last long I always get a gel mani and regular. I also love how pricing is available online so I know exactly how much I'd be spending. All and all 10/10 recommend

I am not one to write reviews but seeing as though I rely heavily on these before selecting a place, I thought I'd let y'all know. I haven't found a quality nail salon since moving to the valley but let me tell youuuuu I am officially sold on Beauty Touch! The vibe that the staff and owner have is immaculate and sincere. I always found nail salons a little intimidating because I would feel treated like a dollar sign or just another customer, but Anita and Jasmine really go out of their way to ensure you feel at ease and like you belong. As for the finished product I couldn't be more impressed. That was the cherry on top of this entire experience!

Hands down the best nail salon ever! The moment you walk in Anita and Anahit make you feel like like long lost besties. The salon is big, bright, modern and of course super clean. Anahit is a master Gel X artist who's precise yet speedy when wielding her brush, seriously she's magic! Then there's Anita, who I swear is a sister from another mister. I came In embarrassed that my feet looked like I was kicking rocks, but did she shame me, no! Instead, she made me super cozy as she transformed my flip-flop feet into sandal ready tootsies. On top of all of that, both these nail goddesses made my very shy teen feel so comfy and welcome, and in her words, gave her "the best mani/pedi ever!". This review is long over due! I 1000% recommend this place! The environment is super clean and the vibe feels so nice and comfortable. Both Anita and Anahit are super friendly and they'll treat you well. The supplies they use are clean and they're super thorough with their work. Anahit has done my nails exactly how I want and even exceed my expectations. On the two occasions I've gotten gel x nails, they have lasted longer than other salons I've gone to before. And I've worn them on vacation! They've gotten wet and I've banged them a few times and they have not lifted. I mention this because nails I've gotten done at other salons have lifted only after a few times of washing dishes. I'm so glad I found this place because I always leave happy! So, if you're looking for a nail salon that's clean, friendly, and will give you nails you'll love, this is the place!

After months of searching for a comfortable, clean place to get my nails done, this place is it! My mother, sister, and I made a very late request for a next-day appointment. Anita responded quickly and so patiently. We had manis from Jasmine, Anahit, and Jasmine; pedis with Jasmine and Anita. They are so sweeeeeet!! They were all very nice and touted the benefits of gel without making us feel forced to upgrade. We will definitely be coming back!!

This place is pretty and pink, elegantly decorated. It's a family operated business both the nail and hair salon next door. Everyone is so friendly and inviting. My nail tech was Anahit. She's does beautiful and fast work. I will definitely go back. Suggestion to owner that I find attractive at higher end nail salons... disinfect your nail tools after each client. read more

I've been meaning to write a review and can't believe it's taken me so long. Anita and Anahit are the sweetest & are so good at what they do! I've been getting my gel x done by Anahit for a while and she's always so precise, has a good eye for color & pays attention to detail. My nails are perfect until the next time I show up for another set. She's also very careful about how she takes them off to keep your nails from being damaged. The space is consistently super clean and it's set up so beautifully. You'll never regret coming here for any nail service. Just left the salon with what might be my favorite set ever! I was looking for a nail salon near me and stumbled across this place. Anita answered when I called and texted me right away with her next availability. Went in for a gel pedicure with callus removal. The salon was beautiful. The service was AMAZING! My appointment took longer than expected because I added on services and Anita had scheduled additional time in advance so she was able to accommodate all my requests. Everyone was SUPER friendly and professional. It was obvious how well maintained they keep the space. I was so happy with my results and booked my next appointment before I left. Love this place! After searching for a great nail salon around my new house, I definitely found it! It's super clean, they use amazing products, my nails look absolutely perfect and amazing and not only that they lasted a really long time, I waited to write this review until I wore my gel's for a month. My skin, my cuticles, my nails, everything is in such good condition and it lasted such a long time, they didn't chip at all. And I'm a chef and I'm really really rough with my hands! My nails have grown quite a bit, and I finally have to go back in for my redo, and I am looking forward to it. read more

I had the best pedicure of life with Anita! I have short nails and a lot of cuticles so it looks like I have essentially no nails. Anita somehow created beautiful nails for me from nothing. Let me just say, i have zero complaints about this place!! I'm so glad I found a new salon to go to that's CLEAN, spacious, cute and somewhere I felt super welcomed. I don't go to van nuys area often but I'd drive far for this. The customer service is top notch in my opinion. Most salons I've tried are super awkward but the owner here was fantastic and friendly. My nail tech is Anahit and I've been going to her for a while now. She does the cutest freaking designs and my nails always last for at least a month. Also this place has an adorable puppy running around and it made the experience even better. Cant wait to come back! read more

I had the most wonderful experience today at Beauty Touch! I was attended to by Jasmine and Anita. They both were so kind and helpful. They showed care for my nails and made sure I was comfortable. I told them about previous experiences with other nail techs hurting my cuticles and Jasmine was so careful and gentle as to not hurt me. This review is long overdue. Let me first start off by saying, this nail salon is CLEAN, I mean so clean you could eat off the floor. Anita keeps the place spotless and all equipment properly sanitized. The decor is darling with pink accents everywhere, very girly and fun. Anita is so incredibly welcoming and when you go in it's like chatting with your close girlfriends. Ana (Anahit), is a master nail tech and is truly gifted at what she does. My gel x nails always look on point, and not one has popped off. It's amazing how fast Ana is able to work but still pay such close attention to detail. Prior to me becoming a Beauty Touch client, I would need to get a fill every 2 weeks on the dot because the grow out what so noticeable. Ana blends the false nail to the cuticle seamlessly and files it to fit my nail shape perfectly. My nails are lasting me 3 weeks +! She's the absolute best! While I know this review will make Ana's schedule even busier, real ones don't gate keep! You seriously wont regret visiting this amazing salon! read more

I spoke to the owner Anita to set up my appointment and she was so sweet. My nail tech was Jasmine and she was super sweet as well. She did an amazing job! I loved the atmosphere and the vibe. I sent my girlfriend to this salon because I saw it was girly and looked good, and was glad I did! She came back very happy and pleased with her nails, and so was I. They looked very good clean and fresh. I already booked her next appointment because we were very happy. I recommend this place for sure! I have never had this kind of horrible manicure before. Do not let ANAHIT to even touch your hands/fingers, because clearly she's clueless what she's doing. She made 2 deep and 1 small cuts on my cuticles and didn't even bother to apologize. No wonder why i was the only customer in there..Unfortunately I had the worst experience ever. read more

Anyway, just that little piece of lack of communication and for such a large place, lack of dryers for the toenails is enough to make me not return. I live in New York and I compare it to that where your nails are treated like gold Before you leave, someone comes over and they're very serious about making sure you have drying spray and wrapping your nails in cellophane and they do it with care and commitment because they know they just did a really good job and they don't want to mess it up or have to redo it. Once the paint job was done I became invisible. I'm sorry I left a $10 tip for $30 pedicure.

Ok, first off, let me just say, do not let the ages of these young girls fool you...their work is ON POINT! I went in for a full set of Gel X for the first time and the tech & I combined two different gel colors to make this FABULOUS color combo that I got complements on for weeks! My nails stayed in AMAZING shape for much longer than I anticipated (I'd read stories of people being a little rough with their Gel X sets and nails popping off, so I was a little nervous since I'm not very gentle on my nails). One of my gal friends invited me to her nail appointment for a Christmas set of nails and I was nervous about going somewhere else, but since she was paying, I said ok. BIG mistake! Her place was cheaper than Beauty Touch and their attention to detail was much below where that of Beauty Touch's is. Only 2 weeks after, the two index finger nails had popped off the set I just got from the second nail shop (that will remain nameless for now). So, I had to glue those nails back on and, to be honest, I'm grateful it happened that way because it really showed me just how important it is to pay a few extra dollars to get truly better quality nails done, as Beauty Touch honestly doesn't fail to deliver! read more

I first reviewed them back in March and I've been a loyal client ever since -- and honestly, they never miss. The girls here are absolute angels, always so welcoming and sweet, and the vibes are unmatched. Every set is done with so much care and attention to detail, and my nails come out flawless every single time. The prices are more than fair for the quality you're getting.
