Kate did my smart gel pedicure - with French tip It's almost a full dry pedicure but towards the end they do put a lovely smelling scented scrub and then soak your feet for a little bit and then start the polish It was my first time doing a pedicure this way and I personally prefer it to a traditional pedicure because you can actually feel have soft your feet will be with no calluses or cracks ! My feet were busted!!! I had a broken nail (Kate fixed it with some gel/acrylic thing idk but it looked good and natural) After 4 months of not getting a pedicure and I have naturally crooked toe nails she made them look straight- I wish I had a before photo but it would need to be censored because they looked jacked up lol !!! Naira did my hard gel mani and it wasn't a pleasant experience. My nails look thin like no hard gel was applied , I'm able to bend them...I always get hard gel and they never bend like this . She cut me very deep on my thumb, washing my hands BURNS. The nail polish is lousy around the cuticles , and you can tell she didn't apply top coat evenly . Definitely don't recommend. *UPDATE* I received a call from the salon asking " why I didn't say I was unhappy because it hurts their business" it felt as I was being scolded since whoever called had an attitude. If the conversation would of started with an apology the conversation could have shifted to a positive outcome but she seemed to be so concerned on how this post hurts their business. Seda did my nails the first time and she did the cutest design for my Italy trip ! I got so many compliments and my nails lasted SO LONG! This was my last visit to Rashen Nails. I usually go to Seda and while she does good work, the overall experience just isn't worth it. The staff talk, not to you, but to each other, laughing loudly the entire time--it's not a relaxing experience at all. Seda wasn't available last week when I went, so I decided to book with two other techs. Alla did my manicure and Daria did my pedicure. Same issue with the nonstop chatter/laughing and I wasn't happy with the results of my manicure. My "hard gel" nails chipped in less than a week. $182 later. They offered to fix one nail, but it didn't match the rest. I would've been better off going elsewhere for a completely new set. I've given this place quite a few chances, but I won't be returning. read more

It's very uncomfortable when they use that russian tip to drill off the cuticle because they get so close to the skin it feels like they're cutting you. It also burned me a lot while I put my nails in the UV light. Their machine is so hot. The lady that was doing my pedicure told me I had an infection on the side of my big toe and she kept on pressing it asking me if it hurt & I told her about 10 times that yes, it does hurt she kept pressing it and pressing it. read more

Worst experience ever. Seda was rude, unprofessional, and the salon had an overall negative vibe. I showed up on time for my appointment, and Seda asked me to sit down but didn't give me any kind of update about how long it would be. When I approached her to ask, she said it would be another 15 minutes. However, more than half an hour passed, and she was still not done. At that point, I had to cancel because I couldn't wait any longer. To my surprise, the guy at the front desk told me I'd be charged a $30 cancellation fee even though THEY kept me waiting. Not sure why I even needed an appointment if I was going to wait that long. From the moment I walked in, Seda had an attitude and was very unwelcoming. This was probably one of the worst experiences I've gotten at a nail salon in a while. I made appointments for both myself and my mom for the same time. Thankfully they took my mom immediately, but I waited 50 minutes. Initially it was fine because I saw they were busy, UNTIL another customer came in and they started working on her when I wasn't looking. It was only when I turned to my mom and said "don't worry, I'll pay for your nails but I won't get mine done," did a nail tech next to us call for someone from the back to help me. As she was working on my nails she kept messing up the shape 3 times until I gave up, because all I wanted was to leave as soon as possible so I could fix them myself.
