Seeing all the negative reviews made me hesitant to go here but after trying experiencing the place for the first time, it was amazing. Amazing quality and service, all the workers here are so kind! The vibe is a bit loud but nothing much really. Definitely a must go to place. read more

I normally do not write reviews unless necessary... I'm usually happy with my nails, but today I walk out sad as I have extra cotton on my fingers from the removal of my gel x nails. Last time Henry (great guy) did my nails and charged me far less with design and French tip. Not a happy camper, but it is what it is... I would have preferred being told my design could not be done and get something else from the beginning. *Sad.Times* read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after giving this salon multiple chances, I feel it's important to share my experience. I was a loyal customer here for about four years before I moved out of town. I recently moved back to the area and have visited three times over the past few months, hoping to have the same experience I used to. Unfortunately, the quality of this salon has gone downhill in almost every way. The customer service is honestly some of the worst I've experienced. The staff is consistently rude, dismissive, and unfriendly. Appointments don't seem to matter because I've had to wait even when arriving on time. No one apologizes or communicates about the delay. One of my biggest issues is the pricing. There is no clearly posted price list, which makes it feel like prices are made up as they go. Every visit seems to cost something different, and when I asked for a breakdown of the charges, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. For what they charge, the service and overall experience simply don't justify the price. The salon itself also feels very outdated. The massage chairs are old, the towels look super worn out, and during my visits I personally did not observe equipment like the gel curing lamps or the massage chairs being cleaned between clients. Cleanliness is something I pay close attention to, especially at a nail salon, and it did not leave me feeling confident. The atmosphere is anything but relaxing. The employees talk loudly to each other in their language throughout the salon for most of the appointment, making it difficult to enjoy what's supposed to be a spa experience. There were also moments when staff laughed and spoke among themselves while looking at customers. I can't say what was being said, but it made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. What disappoints me the most is that this salon used to be one of my favorites. I kept coming back because I thought maybe I had just caught them on a bad day, but after three visits, it's clear this is the new normal. After reading the recent reviews, I realized my experience isn't unique. It's unfortunate because this place has so much potential, but somewhere along the way they stopped valuing customer service, transparency, and the overall client experience. There are too many great nail salons in the Burbank/Los Angeles area to spend this kind of money only to leave feeling frustrated and disrespected. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this salon based on my recent experiences. read more

UPDATE -- Response to the salon's/Monica's reply: I am extremely disappointed to see the salon respond to my review by making claims about me that are simply not true. I have been a customer at Eden Nails & Spa for approximately eight years, and I have NEVER in my life repeatedly asked for discounts. In fact, I cannot recall asking for a discount at all during those eight years. Sofia would give me a discount on my manicures because I was a regular returning customer and I found this out towards the end of my experience there. I never knew she was discounting me, I had never asked, and I had ALWAYS tipped all the technicians during every service there. This situation was the first time I asked for a refund in my 8 years of being there, because I was genuinely unhappy with the service I received. Asking for a refund for a service I was dissatisfied with is not the same thing as having a history of asking for discounts. I don't know why the salon would make this kind of false accusation against me. I also strongly disagree with the implication that I have had a history of negative or difficult interactions with my nail technicians. I have consistently been polite and respectful toward the technicians who have taken care of me, regularly tipped them, left positive feedback, recommended the salon to friends and family, I've even brought family and friends with me to the salon, posted my nails on social media, and tagged the salon in my posts. They had regularly asked to take pictures of my nail designs that Sofia had done and I had always been eager and supportive of their business. I had particularly positive experiences with Sophia and other technicians over the years, until this incident occurred and I was treated very disrespectfully. If my interactions with the staff had supposedly been so consistently "difficult" or "not positive," I find it difficult to understand why I would have continued returning to the same salon for eight years -- or why the salon continued accepting my appointments and business for eight years. What is especially disappointing is that their response does not meaningfully address the specific issues I raised in my original review or my attempts to communicate directly with the owner afterward. Instead, it introduces allegations about my behavior over the course of eight years that I dispute. This experience, and especially the salon's response to my concerns, has only reinforced my belief that there are serious issues with the management and customer service at this establishment. I was a loyal customer for years. I spent my money here, tipped the people who provided my services, recommended the business to others, and publicly supported their work. One bad experience did not erase those eight years for me -- the way this situation was handled afterward did. I also need to correct another statement in the salon's response. I did not simply "feel" that I was being refused service, nor did I misunderstand the situation. I was explicitly told over the phone that Sophia would no longer see me, that the technicians would no longer do my nails, and that I could no longer come to the salon for nail services. I was effectively told that I was no longer welcome as a client. I am therefore extremely confused by the public statement that this was "not our intention" and that you have been trying to schedule appointments for me, because that directly contradicts what was communicated to me over the phone. Please do not characterize a direct statement made to me by your staff as my misunderstanding. If the salon has since changed its position, then please say that clearly, but that does not change what I was told at the time. I stand by the experience described in my original review. I would have much preferred for the salon to address my concerns directly rather than characterize me publicly in a way that I do not believe accurately reflects my history as a customer. read more

I've found that lately the wait time here is really challenging. I always book an appointment and yet I am finding I am waiting anywhere up to a half an hour just to be seen. Invariably I get a pedicure and manicure and on more than one occasion, including my more recent time, they forgot about the manicure. So I've been waiting for half an hour just to be seated and then waiting still further for the manicure. It gets a little tiring. It's convenient and they do a great job, but the scheduling and being seen can be improved. read more

Nail salon with pretty convenient parking. They took me as a last minute walk in with little to no wait which was great. Henry did my nails and Gene did my gel pedi. They were both super sweet and did a clean job. Shape of my gel x nails were all different but he did a great job cleaning and applying the polish nicely. I would probably choose a different shape next time because the rounded square short was probably not his specialty. read more

My daughter and I have been loyal customers here for years. Henry is the sweetest, and I have always appreciated his work and tipped him generously. Unfortunately, my experience with another employee today left me feeling disrespected. When I went to pay, the woman wearing green contact lenses threw my change onto the counter instead of handing it to me. I then politely asked if she could give Henry his tip, and she responded, "Go give it to him yourself," in a very rude and dismissive tone. If tips need to be handed directly to the technician, that is completely understandable, but there is a respectful and professional way to communicate that. Loyal, paying customers should not have their money tossed at them or be spoken to that way. Henry has always been wonderful, but after supporting this business for years, I was extremely disappointed by how this employee treated me. read more

First impressions are everything. This salon is near my tanning salon so I decided to try it. I called prior to going, to get information and pricing for exactly what I wanted and received. on the call - I verified the amount and time before hanging up. When nail appt was 3/4 of the way done i was informed the price was now higher. 1- because the polish that was suggested to me by nail tech would be $5 more - I said no thank you- just the normal gel colors is find. They completed nails and tried to persuade me why it was more. I only attempted to stake my claim with the woman who originally took the call and she wasn't budging that she gave the new price quoted. So, I just paid and said " first and last time." I did tip the tech 20% , because I believe it wasn't her fault the error in pricing. **Side note, I paid cash so they gave me $3 off. read more

I've been coming to Eden Nail Spa for years, but after today's experience, I'm not sure I'll ever return. I walked in early on my birthday, finally with time to pamper myself before an upcoming trip--and instead, I left feeling completely disrespected and disregarded. I waited over 30 minutes just to be seated, with zero communication or apology. Once they finally started, they left acetone-soaked foils on my hands for over half an hour, damaging my natural nails I had been carefully growing. My skin was irritated, and no one checked on me even once during that time. To make it worse, the service felt rushed and careless. There was no towel under my hands--something every other customer received. I walked out with glue still stuck to my nails, powder on my skin, and no attempt was made to clean my hands. It was clear they were just trying to get me in and out as fast as possible. These weren't just any nails--they were my birthday nails, and I scheduled my day around this appointment. If the salon was too busy, they should have been honest and turned me away instead of ignoring me and treating me like an inconvenience. Eden Nail Spa used to value their loyal clients. Now, it feels like all they see are dollar signs. There was zero care, zero attention to detail, and zero regard for the fact that I'm a paying customer who has supported them for years. I'm deeply disappointed and honestly hurt by the way I was treated today. Do better. read more

Very disappointed with my experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. Customer service is a big part of any business, and first impressions matter. I'm frustrated with this nail salon because my appointment is never on time. Every time I come in, I still end up waiting well past my scheduled time, which defeats the purpose of making an appointment. It feels disorganized and disrespectful of customers' time. Even if the nail techs do good work, the front desk sets the tone -- and unfortunately this experience left a bad taste. I hope they work on being more professional and respectful to customers in the future. read more

Tried this place with a friend and it was a terrible experience. We had an appointment for both of us to get pedicures together. They said we would be sat next to each other but that didn't happen. Then when I finally got in a chair the nail tech Jessica was very rude. She never said Hi or asked if I was comfortable. My feet barely reached the end so I couldn't put my feet flat. I had to ask her to adjust the the seat position so it didn't hurt trying to hold them up the whole time. As she cleaned my toes she wiped the tool across the top of my foot instead of on the towel. Why would you put back on me??? So bizzare... Then the color issue....I picked a sparkle purple but when she put it on, it looked like bubble gum pink. I said no that's not the right color. She told me ITS MY SKIN TONE THAT MAKES THE COLOR LOOK LIKE THAT! I was completely appalled! My skin tone doesn't change nail polish color WHAT??? I said no that's not the right color and compared it to the polish on my nail and shes double down its the same. Then she said you just want a lighter color then and walked away to get the right one. When she put the 2nd polish on she said well maybe the sample you wanted was gel and not regular polish...DUH!! It was totally different...As a black woman it is very insulting to blame the color of my skin for the polish looking different. It was just the wrong color and could have easily been a mistake. I get my nails done often and never been treated this way. Definitely do not recommend Eden Nails. read more

I love my nails but felt it was very overpriced especially for short nails. Short gel x nails start at 60 she said but I paid 102. The nail art was 42 dollars ? I've came before and gotten longer nails and different nail art and in my opinion it was more complicated and gems for 120ish. The nail tech also didn't mention the price until after. I should have asked but since I had been here previously and I had a general idea of the prices I did not think this short set would be that much. read more

She said she could do it and then when I go up to the front, they said it was $92 and when I asked why the girl at the front desk assumed that I had a removal. I love this salon! You definitely need an appointment but I love every visit I've had here. Good work, clean shop and fantastic hospitality.

This is my regular nail salon and has been for 2 years. I made an appointment days prior for 5p. Showed up and after 45 mins of waiting they still had not started my service or updated me. I asked how much longer as I had arranged childcare for a set time period and drive 30 minutes because this is my normal spot. They said it wouldn't be for a little while longer so I had to leave because I had no other choice. This was my birthday nail appointment and my only opportunity to come to get my nails done prior to leaving out of town which means I now get to go on my birthday trip with three week old Nails. Happy Birthday to me. I guess the point is if you made childcare arrangements do not depend on this place holding your appointment time . read more

Absolutely the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. This was my second visit, and it reminded me why I avoid places like this. I wanted to give them a fair shot, but I'll definitely be going back to my usual, more reliable salon. I booked an appointment over the phone with the Vietnamese receptionist for 10:00 AM. When I arrived, I waited 45 minutes with no explanation. No one greeted me or communicated the delay. The staff were either in the back or glued to their phones. It was disorganized and unprofessional. They told me they couldn't do gel powder until Rose arrived--so I waited. When Rose finally started, the service went from bad to worse. She painted over a visible piece of lint stuck on my nail, creating a bubbled finish. I pointed it out multiple times, and instead of fixing it, she shrugged and said, "It's done." She was dismissive, rough, and clearly lacked both skill and care. Thank God the Hispanic receptionist was kind and tried to advocate for me--because I left with some of the ugliest nails I've ever had, even after they gave me a $6 discount. The whole ordeal took over 2.5 hours. Vivian eventually stepped in to fix what she could, and even she admitted Rose's work was subpar. Honestly, Rose was arrogant, wouldn't own up to her mistakes, and hurt my nails trying to rush the job. This salon is chaotic. Appointments are mismanaged, and the Vietnamese receptionist clearly didn't know what she was doing--booking me with someone who couldn't even do what I requested. Saying "everyone is good at nails" is not only untrue, it's misleading. A busy salon doesn't mean good service. If you value your time, money, and sanity--do NOT book here. And especially, do NOT book with Rose. They also paid others to do 5 star review at the front desk so when you see 5 stars beware. Their overall ranking was a 4.6 to a 3.3 for a reason! Ladies run away from this place!! read more

I called on a Tuesday to book an appointment, they let me know they were all full for the day. I scheduled the appointment for Wednesday at 6pm. I showed up and the receptionist was apologetic when she let me know that i would have to wait 25 minutes for someone to start on my mani/pedi. I wasn't in a rush and they let me sit on the massage/pedi chairs so i didn't complain. The two ladies who did my gel mani/pedi were friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:15 AM, and the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I walked in.As soon as I entered and told the receptionist that I had an appointment, she looked at me and started laughing while saying something to the nail tech in a language I couldn't understand. It was very uncomfortable and honestly felt very rude. She then told me, while still laughing, that I would need to wait another 15 minutes because the nail tech was still working on someone else. I reminded her that my appointment was at 10:15, but I said I would wait. I came back at 10:30, expecting to finally be seated, only to see that Anna, the nail tech I had the appointment with, had started working on another client. I honestly don't understand why a nail tech would begin working on a different client when I had a scheduled appointment with her.The receptionist then asked what design I wanted, so I showed her. She went to show the nail tech and came back laughing again, which was confusing considering I had already been waiting. She told me that Anna's client changed her mind and wanted a design, which would take longer, and asked if I could keep waiting. I don't understand how another client changing their mind becomes my problem when I had a scheduled appointment time. She even said Anna normally charges $30 for the design but would charge me $20, as if that somehow makes up for completely ignoring my appointment time. On top of that, this place is very overpriced for the level of service they provide. The lack of communication and professionalism was shocking. The receptionist never apologized once and spent most of the interaction laughing and giggling, which felt extremely disrespectful. The staff overall came across as very rude and unprofessional, and they clearly had no shame laughing in a customer's face. I ended up leaving because I have other things to do.
