Every time I go, I've had really good experiences. I had my mani and pedi done today. This was my third time getting a manicure here and my first time getting a pedicure. Both Ani and Anna were very attentive throughout the appointment and kept checking to make sure I liked the shape and cuticle work, which I appreciated. I especially loved my pedicure. The only issue was with my manicure. Toward the end, I noticed a piece of dust trapped under the gel or top coat on one of my nails. Since it's something I'll probably notice every day for the next few weeks, I pointed it out when she asked if everything was okay. She checked it and added another layer of top coat, but the dust was still visible. I'm not someone who likes confrontation, so I ended up just leaving, even though I knew I'd probably regret not speaking up more. Overall, everyone was kind and detail-oriented, and I really enjoyed the pedicure. I just wish the manicure issue had been fixed before I left. read more

I needed to get my nails done asap for the holidays and this salon was able to accommodate me for an early weekend appointment. It's located on the busy street of Burbank but you can find parking in the residential streets if you don't find any up front. I was warmly greeted as soon as I entered and offered a beverage. I was promptly seated and my technician, Tamara, was with me immediately. She was very thorough and made sure my service was top notch. I opted for cat eye gel x and I was not disappointed. In total I spent $135. This included: previous gel-x removal, nail and cuticle cleaning, gel x nails, cat eye design (extra), and tip. Although it may seem steep for some, I found it completely reasonable given the quality of the work performed and what the price included. I strongly recommend this salon and Tamara. read more

I never write reviews and I've never been a "nail girlie" until this place. I made a real effort this year to take better care of myself, and finding this nail bar was honestly one of the best decisions I made. I only go to Anashe -- she is an actual angel on this earth. My nails have always been brittle and weak, but she's helped me grow them out and now they're strong, healthy, and look better than they ever have. She always does a fantastic job and somehow puts her own creative spin on any idea I bring in, making it come out 100x better than what I pictured. I'm sure everyone here is great, but I'll never go to anyone else. I'm almost hesitant to recommend her because I don't want her to get so booked that I can't get in. Their manicures last me almost a month too, which has never happened anywhere else. The whole staff is so sweet. Robert, who runs the shop with his wife, always makes you feel welcome. Most of the staff is Armenian and they offer strong, fresh Armenian coffee that I sometimes look forward to even more than my new nails. Only minor downside: appointments can run 15-20 minutes over sometimes. But it's clearly because they're perfectionists and take their time to get everything right. I honestly don't mind it at all -- just plan for a little extra time. Absolutely worth it. Highly recommend (even though I selfishly want to keep Anashe to myself). read more

I have not gotten a manicure or pedicure in over 8 years. I had those services and my eyebrows done on 11/13/2025 due to my son's wedding in Maui Hawaii. Today 11/22/2025 my gel nails still look lovely even after walking on the sand daily and being in the salty water. Other people in my wedding party had to redo their nails before the wedding, but not me. Customer service was exceptional since everyone was super nice. I went to the nail bar on Saturday to get henna done on my brows. I have been looking for a place to go for quite some time because I can't do micro blading on my eyebrows due to health reasons. I went to this appointment. The lady that does the eyebrows is upstairs. Room was not clean and sanitary, and when she was done with my eyebrows, all she did was tint them and she didn't even tint them the right color. My hair is blonde and my eyebrows are a very dark brown. I had to use clarifying shampoo and dish soap to wash the dye out of my eyebrows. When I told the lady that this was not henna, she proclaimed to me and said that yes, this is Henna and if she wanted my skin colored, that would be tinting. I argued further with her to say no that's not correct and she said yes it is correct and that's when I got up and left. That is the most absurd thing I've ever heard as it even says what henna is on their website. I was so disappointed when I left, but didn't make a big deal out of it, and I guess she called downstairs to the owner and the owner stated that he was not gonna charge me if I wasn't happy. I told him my insisted on paying them something and so he charged me $20. Do not go to this place if you're looking for a professional eyebrow service. Awful awful awful. Do not go here. read more

I again, received a very low quality pedicure and had the owner who's commenting, or someone who looks very similar, try and change my nail color because SHE didn't like the way it looked on ME. Very off putting. I would've given it a second chance if the pedicure was at least good... however, that didn't go well either. I'm not one to write a review, but this was the worst nail experience I've ever had. This was my first time at this place and I only came for an acrylic removal. Whoever worked on me absolutely destroyed my nails. When we sat down, without asking me a single thing, she took a nail cutter and chopped my nails to my skin. It was very unpleasant and I was in shock. She moved so quickly that before I could say anything she cut it all off. She then took a drill to file down the nails and she cut the sides of my nails/skin, let the drill roll over my fingers, and when I jumped because it hurt so much she laughed. I was uncomfortable and kept moving my hand away to let her know, but it didn't change how she worked. She left my nails so brittle, jagged, and uneven that I had to try to salvage my nails when I returned home. It's been a bit over a week since this service and my nails have been and are still in physical pain. It hurts with any slight pressure to touch. I've attached photos of what my nails looked like prior to the appointment (my natural nails under the acrylic), right after (destroyed), and what it looks like now (after I filed, buffed, and added nail strengthener). You can see the small blood lines in the photo of what my nails look like due to slight pressure. This should not have happened with a simple removal and whoever worked on my nails should not be allowed to work on anyone else. read more

Now I know why they wanted a credit card when booking because they know how awful their service is. I go in there wanting a Gel X ombre which the owners husband and wife said "wait the tech is on the way" tech came and owner showed a photo on my phone and they put me on the chair for mani-and gel x and said we will give you exactly that. Not only did they, after trying for a long time but she couldn't get it, she goes i can only do single color since you have been here 4 hours now and I tried. I said it's ok bc what other choice did I have and she did try but couldn't...(owners lied that their tech can do a simple ombre gel x) and put a tech that they knew couldn't. While I was there another customer came in and started complaining about her nails she got done the day before. So they sat her and redid her nails. I got the single color which I never wanted, paid and left. That night within 12 hours I take a shower and 4 of my nails just come off in the shower. I went back and asked for them to fix it and I was very nice about it. The owner starts getting very upset, starts having a panic attack, tells me she is having a panic attack and she will sue me if something happens to her and she called the cops (i told her your health issues seem to be a you problem and i told her why are you shaking like this its just nails jesus‍ cops come and I explain and ask them to pull the cameras which shows how nice I was and how discusting the owner acted even though I was lied to. The cops saw the 4 nails in my hand and I explained that since it came off within 24 hrs, all I asked is for them to fix this 4. Cops were BOTH on my side and even made a comments about how wrong the owner was. Actually, they told me to "go on yelp and write a review" im assuming they wanted to protect other innocent clients. The cops said "we can't force her to give you service since she doesn't want to but go write a review on yelp" and even made a comment about how she is so wrong in this situation and I wasn't going to but I decided to take their advice since they are absolutely right. I need to protect innocent victims. Nobody know why in the world she called the cops cops were shocked since they have cameras in the nail bar and they can be reached to see who was causing the caos and who was so kind about the situation even though they lied to me about giving me the service I never got. But the owners are crazy specially the wife is mad at the world for some apparent reason and even said "you didn't even pay" i was like "dude you have cameras in here we did pay" and you can see all the other bad reviews on their site. Ill post my pink gel ex pic that I never asked for that came off within 24 hrs. And I will also include some photos of other customers on yelp that complained about even regular polish that they couldn't even accomplish correctly. Be careful with them because they call the cops knowing you haven't done anything or even caused any sort of drama.
