I went in thinking I needed to get extensions but after consulting with her, we decided a lash lift would be a great option for me. All I can say is, THANK YOU! I can't leave a review without mentioning a few things about their location and studio. They are right off of Ventura, and a huge bonus is that they have customer parking spots in the back. No more driving around trying to find an open parking meter. They are upstairs and as soon as you walk through the door you'll feel the relaxing boho chic vibes. I came in for a new set of lashes. The reference photos I showed the lash tech depicted a longer, wispy cat eye look with visibly longer ends to elongate the eye. She ended up giving me lashes that were identical to what I had before- too short for my liking, too full and dark, and a very subtle cat eye. Instead of elongating my eyes, they looked small and round. After this experience I decided to save my money and taught myself how to apply strip and cluster lashes. For $300 I was expecting my vision to be met. I will not do lash extensions anymore after this. read more

She anticipated the humidity and water activities of my vacation and my lashes held up amazingly well. I just got another 3 week fill and I still had a fair amount of lashes from before my trip. I had horrible extensions done the day before I went to Lash Den. I had wanted to save some money, and I have learned my lesson. The lashes were too long and curly, they were stiff and unnatural looking, they were this weird wet black color, and they just looked very bad. I called early the next morning and Jacquie called me right back. She said I could come in that day and told me they would take care of it and remove some lashes and put new ones in or remove them all and do a new full set. When she saw me she agreed that they were the wrong lashes for me. She painstakingly took off each of those lashes. I am telling you, nobody else could have done this. The glue was also weird and apparently was harder to remove than usual. But she and Brenda were so patient and detail oriented and I felt such relief being there. It took at least an hour to remove the lashes and glue. Brenda and Jacquie took such good care of me. They also were fair in their pricing. Thank you so much! read more

Their work is good but I was charged 140$ including tip on card for being a no show a to refill appointment. No, not a deposit... the full price for service and tip for service. Maybe don't book online? Call instead because their agreement is very rigid, be apprehensive of the fact they're not nudging for customers. There are also other great lash places without this policy.
