I was told to come back after a month to actually do the micro blading so i did and they charged me $300 without any guaranteed that theyre work was going to be good. They make you sign an agreement that the retouch is optional NOT NECESSARY. LITERALLY 2 days after they worked on my eyebrows it started coming off so i texted them saying why isnt your work lasting and they said its because they want me to pay an additional $250 for them to touch up to do a better job. I shouldn't have to be charged additional for their half ass job. Its a complete scam they do a bad job to make you keep coming in to keep charging you. Ive gone to several other business and this one has to be the worst most money hungry business ever. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

Worst experience of my life!! I genuinely thought I was going to lose my eyesight due to their…read morenegligence. Please avoid them at all costs they may look clean and professional on social media/ their space but I doubt their knowledge and training after my experience. I'm in the process of contacting the state board so they investigate their products, licensing and response to emergencies. I have been getting lash extensions for ten years and have never had any issues or reactions to any products in multiple other locations. I went with them because of the positive reviews and lack of availability from my usual artist when I had an important trip this past weekend. A trip that had to be canceled because my eye was still irritated and in pain three days after the service. The lash appointment experience started badly when I was made to wait about 15 minutes past my 1:30pm appointment although they have a strict time penalty if you arrive late yourself. The service was going well until close to the end I started feeling like there was something in my eye. Initially I thought it might be a lash so I waited until she told me to open my eye to try to communicate my discomfort. Everyone there seems to speak pretty limited English so communication was a challenge in itself. I told her I was having a hard time opening my eye because I felt something stuck and burning my eye. She said it was normal offered a fan and some eyedrops. After five minutes of no improvement she checked my eye said she saw nothing and then kicked me out of the room because she had another client. I was moved to seat in the reception area where someone else saw my eye and gave me more eyedrops and a little sponge wand to clean my eye. After some time someone else came to move me to their room to check my eye after prodding around a while she said there was nothing in my eye but maybe I should go to an ophthalmologist to have them flush my eye out. I had to ask to be taken to the bathroom to try to put some water in my eye but it was still burning and irritated. I couldn't keep my eyes open so I didn't feel like I could walk out and definitely not drive. I sat back in their lobby and had to beg them to give me some ice, they came back with a tiny chip of ice and left me alone. My original lash artist eventually came back out and rubbed some gel on my eye then left. No more help, apologies or accommodations were being offered hours later to me. So around 6 pm I was in such pain, distress, and felt weak from no food for hours that I had to make an attempt to gather myself privately since it was clear they would do nothing helpful for me. I got up and asked about paying they had the audacity to charge me $170 for their horrible service. The lashes were not even full enough to be considered hybrid, throughout it all I had tried to remain pleasant with them because I needed their help. I was scared of complaining about anything in such a vulnerable position. I was in no state to talk with them anymore I just wanted to leave so bad, so I paid and struggled back to my car. I spent another hour in my car trying to rest to feel better because I still couldn't fully open my eye long enough. Around 8pm I tried driving off but had to pull over quickly on the next parking lot because I just couldn't keep my eyes open due to the discomfort. I did not end up being able to drive until 9pm and immediately went to a pharmacy for saline solution to wash out my eye. I had to spend the night in the emergency room, cancelled my trip and treat my eye for the next couple of days. It's so alarming to think they could be using some horrible glue or products and can cause serious damage to people. They might not even be licensed if they don't know how to respond to emergencies by washing out my eye with saline immediately after irritation, it could have helped me so much! I'm so traumatized by this experience that I'm not sure I want lash extensions ever again but if I do I will be sure to stick with my trusted artist and never come here again!!

She definitely gave me some tough love and I appreciate it so much. When I don't get constructive criticism I do not feel like I am learning. No one should be getting "oh you're doing amazing" at every point of your beginning lip blush career. I need that instructor to point out all my flaws and that's when I can do better. I went to her because she isn't someone to sugar coat anything and I love that she tells it as it is. That's when you know they truly love to help you and make you as great as they are! I originally went to Lucy Harutunian for eyebrow microblading. Permanent eyeliner was her…read morerecommendation, not mine. She told me it would enhance my eyes and carefully drew a beautiful pencil design that looked elegant, symmetrical, and flattering. I approved that exact design because I loved it. What Lucy permanently tattooed onto my eyes was completely different. The final eyeliner did not match the approved shape, thickness, symmetry, placement, or direction of the wings. One side was noticeably thicker, the wings were uneven, curved, and sharply angled upward instead of extending outward like the approved design. I am uploading photos of the original drawing and the healed result so people can compare them for themselves. The appointment itself was stressful from the beginning. Lucy arrived about 30 minutes late, then rushed through my appointment because she needed to move on to her next client. Permanent eyeliner is an irreversible procedure that requires patience and precision, yet I felt hurried the entire time. At the end, she told me she needed to start with her next client. After paying $1,287.50, I found that incredibly unprofessional. I also had a significant reaction to the numbing cream and my eyelids became visibly swollen. Instead of stopping and rescheduling, Lucy gave me Benadryl, waited briefly, and continued tattooing my swollen eyelids. She repeatedly adjusted the lines while my eyes were swollen and even asked me technical questions about placement, although I was relying entirely on her professional judgment. The worst part was how I was treated afterward. When I explained that the healed eyeliner looked nothing like the design I had approved, Lucy repeatedly interrupted me, became defensive, dismissed my concerns, and refused to take responsibility. She actually told me, "I can't deal with this right now," and "Your problem is that you're too much in your head." I was not "in my head." I was trying to explain that I had been permanently tattooed with eyeliner that looked materially different from the design she had personally created, shown me, and asked me to approve. Instead of acknowledging the obvious differences, Lucy blamed my eyes. She told me I had "hooded eyes" and even suggested I get an eyebrow lift. My eyes were exactly the same when she examined me, recommended permanent eyeliner, and drew the original design. If my eye shape supposedly made that design impossible, why recommend the procedure and ask me to approve it in the first place? I contacted her office immediately and reported the same concerns from day one. This was not buyer's remorse, poor healing, or pigment retention. My skin accepted the pigment perfectly. The problem was that the permanent eyeliner Lucy tattooed was materially different from the design I approved. Because of her work, I was forced to undergo multiple painful laser eyeliner removal treatments near my eyes. I spent additional money, had to cover the bright red discoloration with heavy makeup, sought independent professional opinions, and endured months of embarrassment, anxiety, stress, and emotional exhaustion. What makes this even more disturbing is that Lucy attempted to rely on her "non-refundable" policy instead of taking responsibility. That policy is meant for pigment retention, healing, or how a client's skin responds, not for tattooing something materially different from the approved design. A non-refundable policy should never excuse a service that was not performed as represented. Please don't rely only on carefully curated social media photos. Compare my approved design with the final result. I deeply regret trusting Lucy Hart Ink and would never recommend this business. This has been one of the most upsetting, humiliating, stressful, and emotionally exhausting experiences of my life. The photographs speak for themselves.

Leslie has done my eyebrows twice and the second time she had to work around an issue I had with one eyebrow being much higher than the other due to botox a few weeks earlier that had been placed improperly, she was amazing and now that the botox has worn off they are perfectly symmetrical! I'm so glad I trusted her that she would be able to work around the unevenness. She's very calm, easygoing and friendly. The inside of the building is also really pretty the only drawback I could see anyone having with them is they are a little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for and I can't wait until they are open again for my touch up! :)
