Ms Kawaii Eyelash is fantastic. I usually see Aliyah and she has always done my lashes. I highly recommend her. However, today I had Cecilia... I was concerned because I had never used her before, but she was AMAZING! Cecilia did an amazing job on my lashes and I would also highly recommend her to anyone looking to have their eyelashes done. Ms Kawaii is always clean, quiet, and professional read more

This is my 4th time coming here, and ever since my very first appointment, I've always booked with CECILA! I wouldn't go to anyone else. She is truly the best so gentle, professional, and amazing at what she does. I always get a wispy set, and I absolutely love her work every single time. Thank you, CECILA, for always keeping me looking right! read more

This place runs like a well-oiled machine! It does feel a bit like a factory. You check in, your tech calls you back, you're in a room with up to four other clients all getting their lashes done, and you're done within 1-1.5hrs. Looking for a therapy session along with getting your lashes done? This place is not it. Looking for a place that will give you the best lashes you've ever had? This place IS for you! I'm excited to have found this place and can't wait to come back. Open one near Encino please! read more

The tech was very nice and the process was smooth I almost fell asleep! I was able to make the lashes last more than 2 weeks.

The ladies are so wonderful! They are thoughtful and kind and incredibly through the place is clean calming and I always have a nice nap! They go over all the lashes, the different lashes with you so you feel like you are getting exactly what you want/need. And they have a five day policy if you need to change anything where you can go in and get an adjustment for free! They text which comes in handy & take cards and you sign in and get points. I can't recommend them highly enough! I always feel so pretty and taken care of when I leave. read more

I've gotten my lashes done three times now and have had a great experience with both Allison and Sunny! They are both very detailed and helped me with the style that I wanted. I also like how the extensions made my lashes ok full but still natural. Will definitely be a regular here! read more

Tina is the best! She's the only one I trust with my lashes. She listens to my concerns patiently, gives me great advice based on my preferences, and makes sure my lashes are perfect every time! I've tried so many other places and techs all over LA and I refuse to go anywhere else! Super relaxing vibes too! read more

I went in for a lash lift, but the tech left the product on too long, which made my lashes extremely dry and over-curled. She also never asked what style I wanted, which was something techs on past visits always did, so the work felt inconsistent and rushed. Some lashes are even facing the wrong direction. I didn't use the 5-day warranty because adding more perm solution at that point would have only irritated and damaged my lashes further. I waited to see if the curl would relax on its own, but it has now been a full month and my lashes are still like this. read more

The place is true to its name, very kawaii. I have gotten my lashes done with two different last tech so far and they were both good. I'm on my third visit, second refill. This is the first time I have stayed with a last place this long. They have mink lashes which are soft and fluffy. And most importantly they have selection in lash glues. I have extremely sensitive eyes that gets red easily, but with their sensitive eye glue, my eyes don't burn at all and the retention is still great. My lashes are also never clumpy. The beds and rooms are comfortable that you'll probably fall asleep. read more

It's only been like three days after I got my lashes done they look so terrible. I spent so much money just for my lashes to look so terrible lashes keep falling off. They're not even connected to my lash line. They're just floating and going in different directions and they're drooping down. I really expected a good service with the way that they charge us. Very disappointed because if they're gonna do such a terrible job, at least charge us less. read more
