i got a lash lift here a couple weeks ago, service was great nice girl who lashed me but this was the worst lash lift i've ever gotten. she wasn't able to fully put them up and only one eye ended up being kinda curled but the curl that was achieved was horrible and even broke some of my lashes. Take two, I wrote a prior review and yelp didn't want it to be great. (Smh) Long story short this experience was TOP NOTCH and I will only be going to this establishment. Stasia showed compassion and grace during my appointment as I had my daughter with me. (No I don't trust people with my child and her dad was working) Baby girl was crying (nonstop) and seeking attention during the appointment. At a point I had to breast feed baby girl and because the music was so soothing she fell asleep. Not once was I made to feel any way nor did she rush the appointment. My LASHES ARE ON POINT!!! I've been going to this place for a while because when I first started going, I was getting exactly what I asked for, but not only have I not been receiving what I asked for but my services have been fairly painful for reasons I'm unsure of to be honest I think sometimes she accidentally glues my bottom lashes with the extensions and then they have to be physically pulled apart with tweezers or cut and hurts a lot i've been getting lashes for years and have never been in pain like this but this is what I asked for and this is what I got. I honestly have no words. Also to note I'm not gonna tell her to her face that it's not what I wanted when I showed her a photo beforehand of exactly what I wanted and her saying she could execute it. so from now on, I do know to take my business elsewhere and I will be asking for a dispute from my credit card company because 170 for nothing like the photo is ridiculous. read more
