Well, I'm happy to report that upon my arrival I was met by Lily & Yvonne to address my disappointment with my lashes. The ladies were very concerned and assured me that they wanted me to be happy with their service. Lily did my FILL today and I am very pleased with my lashes, they're gorgeous! I'm 100% satisfied. Unfortunately, my lash lift experience at Lash Factor wasn't so good. I went twice, and both times, the process didn't work. I followed the after-care instructions ... no getting lashes wet for 24 hours. After that, my lashes were going in all different directions and some parts were not curled. The price is pretty expensive for the initial as well as the refills, I can't afford maintaining my lashes with the refills or I will go broke. They do have this loyalty card where you get a free refill after a certain amount of stamps, but I won't be able to even buy that much to earn it. I purchased 2 sessions of lash lift from Groupon and was so disappointed by the job that the tech did. Right when I stood up and looked in the mirror, I could see that it didn't even lift my right lashes and the left one only had a small curl. Their lash lift didn't work at all and when I told them this, they didn't do anything about it. Have an excuse about how my lashes are short etc. I've had lash lifts from other places that were super visible and lasted so long! They for sure didn't look like this. I didn't even want to use my second Groupon as the results were so terrible, it was such a waste of time and $90. What a twisted business model/customer experience. I'm in my 50s and had the "brilliant" idea to get lash extensions. My initial appointment went well enough, although your lashes will never remotely look like advertised. They immediately booked with me a follow up appointment for 2 weeks later to fill up the lashes that fall out (I lost a good 70% of the lash extensions within 2 days). The week of my follow up appointment my lawyer scheduled a call with me for exactly the same time I had my lash appointment. So I tried to cancel my appointment with lash factor online and they didn't let me. So I called them and left a message that I needed to reschedule for the next available appointment. On the day of my canceled appointment I received text message alerts about the very appointment that I had canceled. So I called them again 2 hours before my canceled appointment to let them know that I couldn't make it and canceled this appointment because I have a conflict. Needless to say while I was on the phone with my lawyer text messages from Lash Factor came in that I was recorded as a NO SHOW. To make matters worse Lash Factor started calling me incessantly every couple of minutes while I was on the call with my lawyer, interrupting my call about 8 times! Who does that? Which sane person would ever want to step foot into a business like that and endure this type of unwarranted harassment? People do get sick and need to cancel, or another more pressing appointment comes up. I can only imagine how many customers they have lost. read more

Estefani is the best!! She helped to take photos of my lashes before and after. I've done lash lifts before so I didn't really ask what was going on since I'm already familiar with the process, but I'm glad she reminded me about aftercare without assuming that I remembered, since I would have forgotten. She's super sweet and I would recommend Lash Factor! Note that it's in a safe neighborhood, but sometimes the door is locked if it's just one person in the salon or if they're in the back. Just give them a call and they're super responsive and will let you in immediately. They also do microdermabrasion and I'm looking into that, so I might have another review from that. read more

I am very disappointed with this specific employee here , the lack of communication and customer service . I've been here many times for different services that I would give a 5 star for but as for Ivonne she doesn't deserve one star. I found this place on Groupon every since I started coming for services they have always honored the Groupon price it all changed last week when I got cavitation . When I scheduled the app and gave a deposit I was told it would be one price the day I came I paid almost $200 I was like mm mam I saw the Groupon price she said oh no that's no good I was like ok whatever I paid gave a deposit for another app . So I didn't my math all late keep in mind it had been a long day for me already plus I had gotten another service done that day . So I call and I ask to get my money back for my upcoming app because I was not ok with the price change in person from what I was told and what I saw online the day before . She tried telling me they didn't have that price it's on their Instagram!!! So she said because it was her mistake I can do my next 5 sessions for the price I saw but I must do the treatments now I said no I rather not continue and get my deposit back so she had the audacity to tell me since I wasn't going to continue she would only refund me $30 instead and charged $150 for last weeks session! Like WTF !!! False advertisement I contacted my friend who knows about law so technically I can sue them for it so guess what I'm going to do because I have proof ! Melina is a sweetheart her customer service is great but as of Ivonne she wants to take your money and doesn't even focus on what you want to get done . My appointment was at 8am. No one got to work til 8:15. The lady doing the eyelashes didn't get there til 8:30. The parking situation was a mess in the back parking lot. My eyelash appointment was nice I was very comfortable. The actual results of my eyelash lift was horrible I had my left eye that looked perfect and beautiful, my eyelashes were all separated and had a nice lift. My right eye although looked horrible 80% of my eye lashes were crossed in weird directions. Needless to say I definitely won't be going back. My eyelashes took about 4 months to completely go back to normal. read more

I found lash factor on Groupon and figured I would give them a shot, The lashes that they used were cheap as well as the glue... my lashes fell off within hours of having them put on, I went back and they used a sensitive skin lash and glue but again they fell off within hours. I honestly think I'm being generous with 2 Stars. I bought the natural set on Groupon as a treat for after I finished my final exams. I got there a little early because I knew I had to fill out some paperwork before my appt. I was kindly greeted by the receptionist and checked in for my appointment. I had an 11am scheduled appt. with Melina via the online appointment system, so I was a little upset right off the bat when the receptionist told me Angelina (or Angelica?) would be doing my extensions. I had read amazing reviews written by other yelp eliters so I made sure to schedule Melina. Melina was definitely there. I met her and was really bummed she wasn't doing my lashes. There was one other girl getting her lashes done and I was next. After finishing up the paperwork, I was escorted to my "bed/chair" and the technician started. Immediately, there was a red flag. I don't think the technician washed her hands or changed out the blankets after the last girl got her lashes done. Yikes! Since both of these issues were only strong hunches, I decided to hold my tongue and let her proceed. The lady didn't even give me a chart to look at to decide what kind of "look" I wanted. I had to bring up a picture on Instagram to explain what I wanted. Usually, at least in the past, there have been pictures and charts that tell you what looks you can essentially get. Only after she taped down my lower lashes did she ask me what I wanted... but I obviously couldn't see because my eyes were closed with the tape. The session itself was enjoyable for the most part. There was relaxing music and the chair was comfortable. She didn't rush, and I'm happy they all wear face masks so we can't smell bad breath or hear breathing. When the appointment was over, and it was time to open up to admire my new lashes, my left eye was SHUT CLOSED. Somehow the top lashes stuck to a few bottom ones. Naturally, I began to freak out. My eyes started to water and she got a pair of either scissors or tweezers to pry my eyelashes apart. I'm pretty sure they were scissors because where she cut left blunt edges on my lower lashes. Water was streaming from my eyes out of fear and frustration. She ran to the bathroom to grab tissues and continued to use the sharp metal object. If I had moved an inch, my eye could have been punctured. The end result isn't terrible looking but I'm positive I could have had a better experience. Definitely won't be back, and the hunt for a trustee lash extension technician continues. TL;DR: Recommend? No. Not if you're looking for a clean place and pristine service. Parking? Free but limited spots in the back Service? Yikes read more

Melina is a goddess and I'm so thankful to find Lash Factor via Yelp! You book online easily and they can fit you in very quickly. The studio is small and based right on Ventura Blvd. There are a few dedicated customer parking spaces around the back near the Lash Factor sign on the backdoor. I was seen too straight away and the beds were super relaxing with Spanish music playing peacefully in the background. Melina worked so quickly it was unreal. Almost a full set (lashes 3-4 weeks old) completed in 40 minutes max. Really good value at $65. I will definitely go back particularly as they offer full microblading and I need a touch up. I love coming here! It's my second time going here - I am not one to leave reviews ever on Yelp, but I really needed to because this place is amazing. My eyelashes look amazing for a second time in a row having gone to Mel (Melina) and gotten help from Lili, who I believe are co-owners. This place is so easy, relaxing, enjoyable, and nice - I have recommended them to all of my friends. So I just got a keratin lift, but what I have to say is that these women know what they are doing, can answer every/all question that you may have, and make for a very nice experience. The only thing I will say (and this is not their fault, just a warning for anyone that has not gotten a lash lift before), is that for the rest of that day, they advise that you do not get water or steam (so no hot showers) near your lashes, so just have your face washed and workouts in before you go in! You may notice a little bit of white crust here and there the next day, which is just the dried up glue that was used and it's totally normal! Don't freak out and don't think it's something that was done wrong - it washes off the next time you take a shower! I can't wait for my next appointment and I could not recommend this place more, ESPECIALLY in COVID when all you can see on anyone's face is their eyes! read more

Both my mom and I had horrible experiences. 1. Lashes poked eyelid and were painful 2. They're to heavy 3. Whatever sealant they used constantly left the bottom of my eye black! 4. Last but not least the lash size is way to long and way to heavy. I wanted to love lash factor but the following morning my lashes had went from having a curl to being completely flat! And I had lost so many lashes it was unbelievable. My new lash lady couldn't believe the horrible job they did. Luckily I had them removed ASAP before they caused more damage. My mom on the other hand wasn't as fortunate, she now has to regrow her lashes before our new lady will touch her. I will never recommend lash factor to anyone! read more
