Lash Factor has been my go-to place for over a year now. The environment is cozy and clean. The staff members are fun and personable while professional and hard-working. My lash extensions have been extremely high quality and long-lasting (much better/longer than other places I have tried, like LA Lash) and I have gotten nothing but compliments from friends and strangers. They look real at any length-- I happen to choose a dramatic look, and even then people still ask me if they're real. My favorite staff member is Veronica and I now book her exclusively. She knows my exact preferences (I now get 3D volume lashes) and she introduced me to an electronic waist training machine that she applies which works simultaneously with the lash application process. It relaxes my muscles and often helps me sleep through the entire process. I didn't believe it would actually have much of an effect other than to relax me but after using it several times during sessions, I actually do notice improved definition in my waist. I highly recommend Lash Factor for first-timers and have been with friends who got their lashes done for the first time here, and the experience was comfortable and pleasant for them. I love this place. Few weeks ago I got the Groupon deal, one full set of eyelashes and one fill for $125. Technician who was doing my initial lashes was Vicky and I found her very knowledgeable. This was my first time doing lashes and she took time to explain everything to me. Answering my questions she helped me make a right decision and I was so happy with my choice. Then the time came for refill so I called to set up appointment. I wanted to do facial as well and they advised me to have facial first and then lash refill. I inquired about type of facial they had and asked about any promotions and they said they had microdermabrasion for $65 which was normally a $100. I was a bit surprised as this promotion was not mentioned on their page or the Groupon but I definitely appreciated it. I arrived for my appointment and since I had lots of blackheads on my chin and nose Miranda had to extend my session for almost 30 minutes but she took her time to take care of me without even mentioning the clock! ( I know I know girl shouldn't have that but in my defense I have a small baby and could not find time to take care of myself ) Once she was done I realized we were very well over the time and I got worried she is gonna try to make up for the lost time on my lash appointment...nope didn't happen! I fall asleep during refill, my lashescame out perfect, I didn't have and tears, nothing! My face feels so good, no horrible blackheads anymore yay ! I inquired about different facial treatments they offer and again she took time to explain different techniques, pros and cons and help me decide what I want to do next. Again, she offered me another special! I am thinking about having some body sculpting/ cellulite removal treatments. Looking at the before and after pictures they have on some body sculpting I was very impressed and guess what, for first seasion they offer 50% and if you decide you like it and decide to purchase multiple sessions there is another promotion! I love that they are not ripping you off and that they don't make you feel bad for asking for specials or Groupon deals like some other places do. Nope, they are all about promotions and deals and discount packages and they literally shower you with deals if you mention it. The place looks very neat, you can definitely tell there was money invested in equipment but there is also slight personal touch that makes it special. There is cute refreshments station where you can get water, tea and little snacks. I used their bathroom on both my appointments and must say it was very clean, I almost felt comfortable like in my own bathroom. You can definitely tell these are down to ground hard working people making it happen. I am a big supporter of small businesses and can't wait to tell all my friends about this hidden gem I found. I have been going to lash factor for the last 2 to 3 years. The owners Lili and Melina are always there and give excellent service and attention to their clients. Lili does my lashes every 2 to 3 weeks and does a beautiful job. Everyone always compliments my Lashes and I have referred a lot of clients to them. I would never go anywhere else! The best thing about them is that they never make me wait when I get there! They are always on time with their appointments. For the past few months Miranda has been doing capitation on me which I absolutely love cause I lost so many inches in just 6 treatments and it feels amazing. Lash Factor is honestly amazing. First off, product: my lashes look and feel real, AND they last about 3 weeks. They dont like fake and gross and like too much... but you can get it done that way if you so desire. I just wanted a natural look, so I would never have to bother with mascara again. And Ive gone back three times and will continue to, every few weeks now. Second, experience: Theres a certain calm here. Ive fallen asleep during the technicians work on me. I love walking in there. What can I say these two ladies are just great! Both Melina and Lily have been doing my lashes for a few months now/ and it seems like longer. I was referred to them by my old gal who told me one day as I asked for an appointment that she no longer was doing lashes. Let me tell you/ I was in a panic because I had just gotten used to having them again, and to have to find someone I could trust- was gonna be rough./ boy was I wrong. I want to leave my review for this place. I have visited the place this weekend and have the lash lift and tinting service. This was an awful experience. My lashes did not lift or curl at all. The girl did not remove the glue from my eyelids and I had to remove it myself at home. Not even the lifting was not done properly, the tinting color washed off in 2 days. It looks like I have not done anything to my lashes. Waist of the money. If you want to get good services, don't go here. read more

I made an appt and got a same day appointment for lash lift, tint and keratin which was awesome. For that I'll give 5 stars. I honestly don't notice a difference in my lashes and it's been five hours since my service. They are barely curled anymore and you can't see a color difference with the tint. My $45 eyelash curler does a waaaay better job. While the technician was nice and sweet the actual service to my lashes was pointless. I naturally have long and thick lashes but i guess I should have just done extensions if I was going to spend the money. Wouldn't recommend lifting your lashes. #sadday read more

First I was kinda disappointed cuz the lashes were too long and not thick enough, exactly the opposite what I was asking for. None of my friends noticed any difference on me when they saw me after my appointment. Then my lashes started to fall out after 5 days plus they were picking my eyes. I called and went back after a week exactly with lots of missing lashes, she told me maybe I just didn't take care of them what was not true at all. Then she fixed them and then the same thing happened again. When I called again after only 4 days they booked me another technician, she even told me her colleague did a bad job. She tried so hard to fix them but I think it's difficult to correct someone else bad job. When she was fixing my lashes another technician or manager, I couldn't see her cuz I had to keep my eyes closed, told me, this is my refile and they already did two refills for free. Not an apology. Since I bought a package on Groupon none of those refills were free it was a promotion. I bought one full lashes with one refile within 2 weeks. So that two appointments were for fixing a very bad job not "free refiles". Thanks for not making me pay for your mistakes. I had a feeling I was having this experience because I bought the deal on Groupon. At my first appointment the technician keept asking what did I buy. Maybe the owner who signed the contracts with Groupon should tell the technicians to treat those costumers the same and not try to save lashes cuz those costumers are not going to go back after this experiences... read more

I wish I have never visited this place!!!! It seems they use horrible products and be warned!!! I lost all my lashes to a horrible infection!!!! Lili the lash lady was not able to recognize what I am going through or May be she did not care!!!! i am sure glue that they use is very cheap! i always found yellow products left on my eyes which she could not recognize what it was! I shared my experience with her from first day but it seems she has not been trained or she does not understand!!! the lashes are terrible! very cheap product! Completely messed up my eyelashes!! They are over permed, and the curl is super tight. My face looks smooshed and the eyelashes are so tightly curled that they hurt! I literally had to blow dry them straight today, it barely helped. To top it off, the girl blamed it on me saying that I wanted them curled. Are you KIDDING ME?!?? Absolutely don't recommend them. Lashes fall off in three days. In 5 days all gone. Waste of time and money. Full set means barely half full. Half full set takes up to 90 minutes. Worse of all, while you are laying there and are asked to keep your eyes closed, they jump to another client who is apparently more important and leave you laying there not knowing what's happening... no effort is made to make things right. I am not new to lashes but I received a Groupon gift certificate and thought I would give this establishment a try. They were accommodating with appointments - same day. That might have been a clue. Not certain of my technicians name however she was pleasant and gentle. She asked what type of look I was looking for -length, full etc. I showed her a previous picture or two of my other lashes and she said " no problem" and suggested I upgrade to more lashes at an extra $20 which I agreed. Once we were finished, I had VERY exaggerated, over extended lashes over the whole lash line. At first i thought there were ok ( I thought it was perhaps my "eye " hadn't had lash extensions for a couple of months so they looked longer than normal?) I got home, trimmed them myself and now 9 days later they have all fallen out except for maybe 5 extra long lashes. As they are routinely falling out, I notice they are plastic resin like; and now irritating. I know what to use and not so my home regimen is not to blame. In the end, im not not sure the technician had enough experience and oversight so I learned my expensive lesson. Back to my tried and true Olivia. read more
