I wish I can give them 0 Star. Cute place but it's a terrible place to get your lashes done here. I was there a year ago and gave them 2 stars, now it's just horrible. I went in for a fill, the lady that did my lashes told me my previous technician was bad and she said I can remove everything and do a full set. I told her no, I just want a fill. She wasn't happy but she said ok. The fill lasted 15 mins and I looked in the mirror and see a bunch of hair that wasn't lashed. I kindly asked her to lash them and she said she can't because it was stuck when it clearly wasn't. She then put on 2 hair. I looked in the mirror again and ask if I can do volume and I'll pay extra. She said she can't because she doesn't have time.... ok??? But you have time to remove all my lashes and put on a full set??? This place is just awful. read more

My experience at Face and Body Factor has been wonderful! Miranda helped me for the first four sessions and Melissa helped me during my last visit and they were both so kind. First time getting my lashes done and I'm obsessed!!! I've gotten so many compliments and everyone thinks they're all natural!! I called to book an appointment with any one of their lash specialist and I'm soo glad I got Estefany! I was kinda of nervous because it was my first time, but she made me feel super comfortable and was very gentle. I was disappointed that the lady doing my lashes was talking in Spanish to her other coworkers the entire time she was doing my lashes, I believe her name was Estefy Hernandez. That was so unprofessional for my taste and it did not help me to relax . I feel if she was quiet she would of done a better job and been focused. I feel if the client starts a conversation then that is a different story but I feel it was unprofessional and even worse that it wasn't in English. Then to add insult she made a comment on how she thought I was Armenian or Middle Eastern And was surprised when I told her I was Cuban. I think talking the entire time was horrible. Then she asked what I do for a living to top it all off and gave her opinion on my occupation. I should of nicely asked her to please be quiet from the beginning but when someone is doing something as sensitive as your lashes it made me feel uncomfortable that I would even have to tell her how to be professional. I think all the workers should be quiet when they are doing their job unless the client starts the conversation. Also the place is way too bright it is hard to relax in there and I felt like I was on display as the beds are literally at the front window of the store! Terrible layout! Even a room that is relaxing and dimly lit has an overhead light that will be right in your face to light everything up. And if she thought I was Armenian or Middle Eastern it was so disgustingly rude that they were talking in Spanish or even at all while working! I purchased a groupon for full lash extension plus 2 week fill , I did my research and based on the reviews I hopefully booked an appointment. My lashes came out super natural which is what I wanted. Estefy is my girl! I love this place! I get my eyelash extensions and facials done here and they're great. I get my lashes done with Estefany and I just feel they last much longer than other places I've gone to before. I got a lash lift done recently as well for the first time and I loved the natural look. I couldn't believe it was my own lashes. As for the facials with Miranda I can't express the difference it's made for my skin. I have acne and my facials with her have helped with my dark spots and scarring. I was in today. I tried to have a lash lift. Estefany spent 20-30 minutes on me and then said that what I wanted wasn't going to work. She spent all that time with me and didn't charge me any money. Not a good experience. I'm new to lash extensions, I called spoke with Malina to make an appointment. I told her about the Groupon $88 deal. I arrived at the Lash Factor salon 15 minutes early. Malina was very nice greeted me and gave me water while I waited. My lash technician was Stephanie. I told Stephanie I was new to lash extensions, she asked me what kind of lashes I wanted, then I asked her, "Which types of lashes do you have?, she was in a rush and then says "Just lay down I have another client!" The result was not great, she made them long, straight and with a little curl which made my eye lids drop down. When I got home to get a better look in the mirror, I saw clumps of glue on the roots of my eyelashes . I had to go to another eyelash extensions salon, better experience, better quality, more attentive, takes their time, more pricy but worth it, to get my eyelashes fix. I call the place to see what offers they have and since Im not familiar with beauty process I asked the girl who answered what could be the best service for my wife. She explained all the services they have and I ended up getting her a refill and a facial. I initially came to Lash Factor for extensions. The technician recommended me the Lash Lift instead, saying that I had long thick lashes and if I dyed and lifted them I would have a similar result as the extensions, just a little more natural. I went for the the tint and lift. I also dyed my brows. After the procedures neither my eye brows or my lashes looked darker. I went for a round 2 on the brows and still didn't look darker, but I was honestly over the whole thing so I opted to pay and leave. Once I got to my car and saw my brows in the sun light, they actually looked lighter!!?!? I followed post Lash instructions beyond requirements and didn't wet them or even wear any make up for 2 days. At first they were sticking up and curled at a harsh angle, but she told me they would relax after a few days. After a few days the left eye did relax a little but the right eye lashes now looked bent at a 90 degree angle and looked crazy when I tried to put mascara. They told me to come back in 5 weeks so I actually figured that at least I know by 5 weeks this will all be over... well no. Now it's 5 weeks and my lashes still look crazy and still can't put mascara w/o them clumping up all weird where they are still dramatically bent in a 90 degree angle. What a waste of money, time and the discomfort sitting there for an hour with my eyes taped shut for this terrible result that won't up away! read more

I rarely, if ever, give one star ratings. However, I feel that I must do so in order to prevent others from having the same negative experience as me. I am very upset about having lost just about all of my lashes on one eye. I am new to lash extensions and can only assume what the person did wrong, lack of experience, too much glue, or who knows what. I think she used too much glue because my eye would sting a lot, they would get stuck together and I can now see the chunks of glue. I think she also glued the synthetic lash to two of my own. I lost of lashes each day. The woman who did my lashes commented on how many lashes I had and now I have seven lashes on one eye. This is horrific and I just hope they grow back. I feel like crying. I did not wear makeup, I did not rub my eyes at all and have been careful with the, even when showering. I have always had a lot of lashes and with mascara they look fake. I wanted to get extensions to avoid wearing mascara for a whiles What a mistake and disaster. Why would someone do this - it's irresponsible to learn on your patrons and risk them losing all their lashes. What an awful thing to do. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. read more

Lash Factor is wonderful because of the people who work there specifically MITRA. I visited them last week and MITRA worked on lashes. She is amazing, the product she used is great and my lashes look and feel real and the lashes stayed on for weeks. Whatever she does it looks natural, I got so many complements that made me feel good about myself. She works so gently and beautifully and I feel I am getting a message and while she is working on my lashes I feel relaxed and almost fall asleep. MITRA is totally amazing, since she is a Statistician, Make up artist and has certifications in all aspects of beauty which gives her more power to make you look better and more beautiful. Not only her work in number ONE her attitude and manners tops that. MITRA is so friendly, beautiful and a pleasure to meet. I will go back and ask for MITRA every single time and I do recommend her to everyone who needs to get eyelash extension and any sort of beauty advice.
