Very unprofessional, will take your money after rescheduling appointments due to her own reasons.

My lashes been taken care of by Tracy for half a year now and after months of searching for a place to get my lashes done, i knew i had come to the right place! Tracy is truly the sweetest and most accommodating person whom i'm always able to rely on. A true time-taking perfectionist-- which i admire! I am always able to trust her on how to style my lashes (full classic is my favorite). Before she begins, she applies under eye stickers and gel patches which is so cooling on the eye area. I don't see many technicians apply gel pads on their clients which makes me feel luckier to be at Tracy's since it does make a difference throughout the experience. When she begins she is very thorough and gentle when applying each lash onto my real lashes. Never have i had even the slightest bit of issue during her service. I've received countless of compliments on my lashes and it's all thanks to Tracy! Overall, my favorite part of having natural looking extensions is that i no longer worry about applying mascara (or even makeup at all) since the lashes give me that effortless flawless look. I've referred plenty of my friends here and they're all so excited to enhance their lashes. read more

Tracy is the best!! I've been getting my fill for about 2 years now and she does an amazing job every time. She's extremely friendly, accommodating, and skilled at her work. Not many lash techs can work with my short, thin lashes well except Tracy. She also has a very clean set up and will make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend! read more

Tracy, the miracle worker. I have contemplated in getting my eyelashes done for months now and I finally mustered up the courage to make an appointment. Tracy was easy to get in contact with. We texted back and forth about the type of lashes I wanted. I decided to go with a partial because I wasn't sure about the full. She was understanding and answered all my questions and concerns. Once I got there, I was immediately greeted with a friendly face. I signed a waiver and we were ready to go. The bed was comfortable and she made sure I was at ease. The process takes up about an hour and a half to two hours. So going to the bathroom is something you should definitely consider. She has great taste in music and I found myself dosing off. Next thing you know she's done and I wake up to a new me. Tracy will explain the aftercare and will also give you brushes for your new babies. 2 1/2 weeks after: My lashes are still intact. It was hard trying to not rub my eyes. Sometimes I catch a glimpse of my lashes in the mirror and it's a constant reassurance that I made an amazing decision. I will definitely be back for a fill. read more

I came to Tracy with some sparse lashes already on, needing a fill. She took the time to figure out what shape I like, how natural or full I prefer and let me see and feel the lashes she uses. Needless to say I stayed with Tracy because I loved the work she did. The lashes lasted much longer than i'm used to. They felt comfortable and never itched or irritated me. I have sensitive eyes that water for no reason and she's patient with me and waits for the perfect time to apply each teeny lash to my very blonde, almost invisible, lashes. I don't know how she does it! The space is a cozy room rented in a salon. The salon owners can be a bit gruff but it's all good because you just head to the back and Tracy is there greeting you with a smile. She keeps her area clean and comfortable. The music is good, there is always a warm blanket on hand and she keeps everything safe and hygienic. One time, after a stressful day, she even opened up a chocolate and popped it in my mouth for me! What service! The price is more than fair. No one should be looking for the cheapest lashes. This is not an expensive boutique but you feel as though you are getting much more than you're paying for. Her hours are flexible, she responds to texts quickly and she is an absolute delight! Oh and ahhhhmazing lashes! read more

For my high school graduation, I wanted to get my eyelashes done by someone who I knew would take good care of them. After much research, I found Tracy, and thank GOD I did, because I refuse to go to anybody else. She will make sure that your lashes look ABSOLUTELY perfect. She's extremely precise, and she will take care of you. Not to mention she's the sweetest person ever. For one, when she's working on your lashes, you can't even feel it. The lashes always last a long time and I can't even tell you how many people have complimented my lashes. I'm literally not exaggerating when I say that ATLEAST three times a day I'll hear, "Oh my gosh, are those your real lashes? They look so natural?" "Your eyelashes are so amazing and I'm jealous!" My lashes are usually the first things people notice when I first meet them and they just make me feel pretty! You'll never find a better lash technician/lashes/prices ANYwhere in Los Angeles. Tracy is the absolute best in the business!!!! She is such a professional at what she does. I leave so satisfied every single time she finishes and get multiple compliments a day, saying how amazing my lashes look. Best of all she does quality work; before getting my extensions, I was afraid of my lashes falling out bc of things I heard from other, but not only have my natural lashes not fallen out but I have very little fallout out of the extensions! P.S. her scheduling is awesome. I have such a busy schedule that Tracy always works with, which I appreciate so much. Since I'm not always able to set an appointment a week in advance she is so sweet at squeezing me in within a day or two. Try her out and you won't regret it!!!!!!! read more

This is 100% the place to go!! I recently moved from Austin to LA, so I had to search for a new place to get my lashes filled. I kept running into places that would not fill my lashes because they were done by an "outside salon", or they would do them but they were going to charge a ridiculous amount! When I finally came across Lashes By Tracy here on Yelp, I sent her a message with a picture of my lashes explaining that I needed a new place to get them filled. I was so excited whenever she immediately messaged me back and set up a next day appointment! And let me tell you, she is the best! I have always been skeptical of trying new lash places, but Tracy did a fantastic job and continues to do so every time I go in. She is extremely kind, takes her time, is very flexible with scheduling, and goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of! Not to mention, parking is so easy and the salon is very well kept and clean. I will never go anywhere else! :) read more
