I tend to be dramatic but I would literally throw myself in front of a speeding car for Gohar mainly because my picture in the paper would feature the best brows I've had since before I discovered anxiety plucking. Located in the Burbank hairtown, this cash only joint is fairly unassuming from the outside. Most brow places have you sitting upright at a counter, or hunched over at a kiosk. Here, you're laying down on a comfy reclining table in a private room in the back so no discomfort or gawking. She takes her time to discuss your brows with you, what you want, what your goals are before she works. She's appointment only because of this. She doesn't rush, she doesn't gab or get distracted by coworkers, your face is her priority. With her array of wax, threading, tweezers and etc she works the best gameplan for your brows and gets to work talking to you about what she's doing as she goes. She takes her time to make sure everything is perfect and even. Because I'm patchy and my brows look like trampled golf terrain due to bad waxes from other more expensive places, she recommended using castor oil to help regrow the sparse areas. She sells castor oil but doesn't push it and even recommends buying in bulk online if you want a ton of it. I bought a small 2 dollar bottle from her to try it out. She's warm, friendly, a perfectionist and a delicate hand. Also parking is easy which sells me on 90% of things.

I would give them 0 if I could. I went there initially in April and I got a set done for a vacation and then five days until vacation all of my lashes were gone I took a picture and I'll send it to them and after a lot of back-and-forth with the manager they said that they will give me a new set on the house with no charge. I booked an appointment drove 30 minutes to go there just to wait 45 minutesss because they were running late. I had to leave because obviously I have a life. Again I contacted them about the inconvenience and they apologized and told me to go back. They did not mention that This offer will have a expiration date!!!!!!!!( i attached the screenshot) I called them a month and a half later trying to book an appointment To get that full set on the house.And I booked the appointment and I attached a screenshot that they confirmed that the lashes will be on the house but then I got a call from the manager she said that they can't offer that deal anymore and the deal has expired. They never mentioned an expiration date and it's not a gift card to get expired it was something that they did wrong and they failed to own up to it and keep the customer happy. read more

I posted a review here A couple of weeks ago the following day after my appt. It was removed for some odd reason and I hope this one isn't. I love my lashes and I love my new micro bladed eyebrows. The ladies are so nice to me and for me they created a space of comfort and a relaxed atmosphere.I am so grateful that they are located about 2 1/2 blocks from my house. I just had my touch up and fill in for my brows and lashes. So far so good. I love the salon and the ladies are very professional.I love the receptionist Milana. The experience here is heavily dependent on your lash technician. I have visited in the past and had both horrible (Anahit) and amazing (Roza, Armine) full sets. But my most recent visit I had a technician, Anahit, complain about my sensitive eyes the entire time. All of my lashes also fell off within 5 days. When I requested a refund from the business, I was given excuses and told I have "oily" lashes - but she claimed to have cleaned them before my appointment. I had to follow up several times before being given only a partial refund. Overall, there is too much fluctuation between good and bad service for this to be a dependable business. read more

I have been getting my lashes done here for the past 4 years and everyone is amazing! The reception desk girls always go above and beyond with their amazing customer service and friendly attitude. Once you receive the notice from the health department and better business bureau you will see my documentation versus your faulty and unsanitary service to your clients and employees. Like I stated just because you have a brand new facility that does not dictate sanitary service to your clients nor for your employees. Did you want me to come in sick ? Not sure if she was purposefully pulling out the old extensions before beginning the fill or if she really works this rough. It looks too dark for your features. I would have chosen a softer look. The shape is pushed too far above your natural brow line and the arch looks quite harsh. Also your left brow looks puffier and more raised than the right, which affects balance and symmetry. Your brows need correction, not just a simple touch up." "It seems like not enough care was taken in choosing the right artist." I purchased this through Groupon, my permanent and costly mistake.
