The first time I came in, the owner was working and she did my eyebrows and upper lip. She did a PHENOMENAL job and I loved my eyebrows. I didn't have too much redness or cuts afterward either. However the next 3 times I came the girl in the second chair did my service and despite showing reference photos, describing exactly how i like my eyebrows and asking her to fix it/make it even multiple times I always left unhappy. The third time this happened I came back the next day and asked her to redo them bc they were super uneven. I paid for the "fix" even though I was still unhappy. I also noticed I would have a significant amount of cuts and burns on my face from the thread after going to her. Soon I learned that if I want my eyebrows to look good I have to go when the owner is in, so i started going Friday mornings only. Yesterday, I went in for a clean up and the owner was there but she sent me to the other girl instead. I gave her a FIFTH chance. I told her the owner does my eyebrows good. Showed her multiple pictures of the last time i came. She nodded as per usual and said she knew what to do. Again, my eyebrows were incredibly uneven, not the shape I wanted, and a little too thick. I honestly gave up on trying to give feedback for her to fix them, and left unhappy. I was not going to leave a review until I woke up this morning with an absurd amount of scabs and scrapes around my eyebrows. Not only do they look bad I also am in pain. Please, if you are going to have two people working make sure both give the same quality of service. If you are coming here for the first time and have a specific look you want for your brows I would recommend requesting the owner do your service until they get it together.

The deposit goes towards your total. She is lashing 100% of the time but her response time is still great. To start, she always makes sure you are comfortable upon arriving. The bathroom is readily available and she'll have the heat/AC on depending on the weather. Cutest thing - she always has a candy bowl stocked!! She'll never rush you and will wait if you need to use the restroom, sneeze, etc. During the lashing process, she'll have music playing. Everything is clearly communicated to you - style, length, what she's doing. She's probably the most thorough out of everyone i've gone to. She has great lash isolation - there's no extra glue, no clumping, none attached to the lid. She always primes before lashing and bonds after lashing. Like i said, THOROUGH. At the end, she'll always confirm how you like your lashes and is always receptive to criticism and feedback. The lady loves lashing and wants you to love them too. This not just a job. Even if time is limited, she won't rush and makes sure you feel 100% happy. She always gives me 2 lash spoolies.
