It was cool for a few days, hence the 2 stars; however, soon my lashes curled back (overpermed?) and now...a few weeks after, they are all over the place. One lash is facing NORTH, the other facing SOUTH, its insane. Im using castor oil to just straighten them out eventually (sooner than the 2 month lead time hopefully) Im never f'ing with my amazing lashes again. I was just thinking it would be less maintenance after covid stay indoors order- admittedly I was wrong and fell in the trap of this social media fad that is more suitable for 21 year olds who don't know better. I went to get my lashes done here for my birthday, knowing that I'll be in water activities for the weekend. The service was fantastic. Stefan handled my appointment, always followed up with me, and explained everything in detail. His wife was the one who did my lashes. She was so gentle. I never felt any discomfort. I have VERY sensitive eyes, but the glue she used was perfect and I did not feel any fumes at all. The reason I gave it a 4/5 is because of the fall out. It's been less than a week and my lashes are falling off so much. I noticed only the extension comes off and not my real lashes which I'm happy about. I take very good care of them, no touching, no rubbing, no makeup on them whatsoever, but they still fall off! I want to start by saying this place isn't bad but I had a few bad experiences and tips for any future customers. First, my appointment was for 3:00 and the women who was suppose to do my lashes didn't show up till 3:40. I made the appointment 2 weeks in advanced so I would suggest for anyone who does the same, follow up the day before confirming the appointment. The women who owned the shop was very sweet and gave me a DIY facial while I waited. Once my lash lady arrived, the experience of getting the lashes was ok. She was very delicate with my lashes expect for one part where she poked me pretty hard. I thought I was bleeding. I understand it can happen but it did make me nervous from that point on. Before I got my lashes done I asked for natural with volume and a little length. What I got was very unnatural lashes. It looks very extreme and I feel very uncomfortable with them on. Personally I feel like a girl working a strip club. But I decided to wait till the next day to decided if it was just the initial reaction to them.. nope, woke up the next day still feeling uncomfortable. So I texted messaged the Owner, Stefen, And politely asked if I could get them fixed. Specifically asked if she could cut them down. Not expecting a whole new set but something so they aren't so bold or extreme......No response. Nothing! No I'm sorry but we can't do anything or we'll fix them.. just ignoring me. So I cut them myself which made them worse and now I have an appointment with another place to get them fixed. For me, this whole experience isn't worth the $130 that I paid. So for future clients I suggest you be very specific, maybe bring pictures and double or triple confirm your appointment. And don't expect A+ customer service. read more

Lucy is just amazing! She got what I wanted. She has a really light touch and despite of the COVID, her workplace is very neat and sanitary. I was going to give it 5 stars but I had some issues. One, it was too hot when she was doing my lashes. I wish there was a fan or some AC because I was gonna pass out while lying there for 1 1/2 hours. Also, there was some issue with the pricing. Stefan (her husband) messaged me with a different price compared to when I got there (which is much more expensive than what he initially told me). It was a little confusing.
