Unless you want to loose your eyelashes for…read moreseveral months... * I purchased a 6-session full face laser hair removal package. * The first session was fine and my skin had no reaction. * The 2nd and 3rd sessions weren't pleasant as it caused redness and small bumps that turned into whiteheads lasting several days. Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time. Summary: Very inconsistent experience, not suitable for sensitive skin, and poor professionalism, skill level, and customer service throughout. I absolutely do not recommend.

I've been getting my lashes done for years, so I know how to care for them. Some tips for others: - Don't allow your lashes to get wet the day they are done. - Don't let water from the shower head hit your lashes directly - this is really harsh on them. This really harsh on your face too. - You can get water on them (after day one of course) and you SHOULD wash them! I splash water on my face and very carefully clean my lashes with clean fingertips. It's important to clean them - you don't want nasty build up! - Be mindful about how you sleep. I'm a side sleeper and, like most side sleepers, prefer one side over the other. If I don't switch up sides often I've noticed the lashes of my preferred side will fall off faster. Every now and then I sleep on my stomach - this is the absolute worst for my lashes as they consistently rub on the pillow at night. How you care for your lashes directly correlates to how long they last. I usually redo my lashes every two weeks to keep them consistent. By the way, Ray gives great massages. I've gone to him several times for this service and I continue returning because I feel very comfortable around him. I highly encourage everyone to check out Ray's services!

They called days before my second appointment trying to offer something different and I told them I didn't want to go back and still they charged me a 25$ cancelation fee though they didn't mention it. I had to find out the next day when I checked my bank account. Complete waste of money of 95$ + plus the extra 25$ they're trying to take from my bank as cancelation fee. And I don't trust their lasers are effective. Look for a more reputable establishment.

The pain is mild and totally tolerable, and they'll dial it down if needed. But if you want the best results, it's worth pushing through a bit.

The facility is much larger than the Sherman Oaks location....easily ten times bigger... and it's extremely clean, modern, and well organized! Another big plus is the large parking lot and the super convenient location right off the 134 freeway... which makes getting there very easy. The clinic also has a refrigerator stocked with bottled water and beverages for patients, which is such a nice touch while waiting for your appointment. I also want to give a shout-out to the amazing laser staff -- Anissa, Lisa, Mel, and Ramak!! Everyone there is friendly and welcoming , always greeting me with cheerful hellos and saying goodbye with dance movies.
