The first time I came in, the owner was working and she did my eyebrows and upper lip. She did a PHENOMENAL job and I loved my eyebrows. I didn't have too much redness or cuts afterward either. However the next 3 times I came the girl in the second chair did my service and despite showing reference photos, describing exactly how i like my eyebrows and asking her to fix it/make it even multiple times I always left unhappy. The third time this happened I came back the next day and asked her to redo them bc they were super uneven. I paid for the "fix" even though I was still unhappy. I also noticed I would have a significant amount of cuts and burns on my face from the thread after going to her. Soon I learned that if I want my eyebrows to look good I have to go when the owner is in, so i started going Friday mornings only. Yesterday, I went in for a clean up and the owner was there but she sent me to the other girl instead. I gave her a FIFTH chance. I told her the owner does my eyebrows good. Showed her multiple pictures of the last time i came. She nodded as per usual and said she knew what to do. Again, my eyebrows were incredibly uneven, not the shape I wanted, and a little too thick. I honestly gave up on trying to give feedback for her to fix them, and left unhappy. I was not going to leave a review until I woke up this morning with an absurd amount of scabs and scrapes around my eyebrows. Not only do they look bad I also am in pain. Please, if you are going to have two people working make sure both give the same quality of service. If you are coming here for the first time and have a specific look you want for your brows I would recommend requesting the owner do your service until they get it together.

Since you claim my "before" picture could have been taken at any time, I am explicitly uploading additional photos of my nails from throughout this year to show a consistent history of my natural nail health. The "before" photo I provided was taken exactly two days prior to my appointment. My natural nails were incredibly strong and long--so much so that your technician explicitly looked at the undersides of my nails during the appointment to verify if they were my real nails or extensions. A tiny bit of gel lifting on two fingers does not change the fact that the rest of my nail beds were perfectly healthy before walking into your salon. Regardless of what base was on my nails, a professional gel removal should never result in raw, painful "rings of fire" and bleeding cuticles. The e-file was used recklessly, and too many layers of my natural nail were taken off. Free cuticle oil and nail strengthener cannot instantly fix over-filed, physically thinned nail beds that now hurt to the touch. I am sharing my experience and this undeniable photo timeline so others are aware of the risks to their natural nail health.

I had the pleasure to invite Tina over to do airbrush makeup for my prom this weekend. She did an unbelievable job beautifying me. She was the first makeup artist who knew how to camouflage my nose. It has been an issue for me with every other makeup artist, who enhances the size instead of hiding it. Tina is a very talented and professional makeup artist. Kate did an amazing job on my lashes! I have allergy issues, so she used a sensitive glue that hasn't caused me any problems at all. She took her time and checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the results. She even asked me if I was okay with starting me while she finishing tinting someone else (I appreciate she gave me the option, and I didnt mind her going between both of us) Everything was a 10/10. The way she mapped my eyebrows, the conversation/music we were listening too. She checked in with me during every step to make sure I was comfortable, and happy. I would definitely go back for tinting after talking to IVY about them. After the shaping, she asked me if I wanted them filled in as well (she even offered if I wanted to watch her to do it step by step). I actually really loved my eyebrows, with the fill in & with out. She definitely has a God given talent. She explained what she had to do to get them to match as well as what I needed to do to get them to where I wanted them. She uses thread and tweezers.
