Here is another review, as I have been consistently coming to get nails done. I've always done Gel Mani and regular pedi which is fantastic for the price of $42. My sister and other family members have gotten acrylic done and like them as well. They are a nice, friendly, and attentive family who run the business. Parking in the back of structure or next to park. I always enjoy seeing the holiday decorations they put up to liven the atmosphere. Will continue to get my nails done here. read more

Shirley and Amy are the two nail technicians worth visiting. They care for the look of your nail and are extremely talented. However, don't expect great (or any) customer service. Make sure to bring cash and hope for the best if you haven't made an appointment with either of the ladies. They don't care about your nails as long as they get paid. This truly sucks because I liked coming here since the ladies do a wonderful job. However, I like being realistic. I would rather pay more and get a massage along with wonderful treatment, than pay less and be ignored at this salon. Also, their nail color options are extremely limited. If you're really in the area, make sure to stop at a store and pick up the color you want because the salon will most probably be out of it, or the ones they have are in the worst quality. This location does have potential. Shirley is hands down the BEST at what she does. And the prices here are unmatchable. That's why I have stayed a returning customer. Horrible !!! It is cheaper But you get what you Pay for ! Lesson learned !! This is my second time getting a full set here but thus time Tom did my nails ! Horrible job ! From far my nails look cute but the problem was the tips were very uneven in length and he cut me 8 times with the nail drill . I didn't bleed but when I washed my hands just with water ( no soap ) my hands burn so much , it's exposed inter skin that irritates . My second pedi was done by Shirley's niece and she was wonderful ! My first pedi was done by Amy and she cut me 3 times with blood coming out that didn't stop bleeding until hours later ! My nails look nice. I'll start on a positive note. However everything else about this experience was awful. Tommy did my nails and he is extremely rude! I was cut 4 times in total, one of them would not stop bleeding. Even with the cut he continued to harshly file my nails cutting the same spot it hurt so bad. He knew what he was doing and wouldn't even apologize, he would just say "oooh.." and continue. Over all the customer service was terrible. no greeting when you enter, no conversation, answering calls and leaving during appointment. they also made me wait 25 minutes even though i had an appointment scheduled. i would have given One star except for the fact that my nails do look good. but i'll pay a few bucks more to actually be treated like a human being. no tip for them that day. read more

The first time I came here I was looking for a different salon, referred by a friend. But when I saw a Mani/Pedi was only $18 I had to stay! Couldn't believe it! This is my second time here and I love it! Shirley is so nice-funny, too! However, Shirley's schedule works around her kids' schedule so make sure you set an appointment whenever you go...and because it's just always THAT busy!! Lucy usually does a great job on my toes. I just wish they had spa pedicure stations instead of the clean, plastic-wrapped buckets. I prefer you know, the ones with the bubbles and remote for a back massage (which is why I give it 4 stars). Oh, not to mention they are probably the only salon I'm aware of that still does Airbrush Designs, too! The salon has been there for 13 years...so little wear and tear but the place is very clean and very chill. There is plenty of street parking, just don't park in the Chase parking lot. read more

I selected this place online to support local business. I called July 3 hoping to get an appointment before the holiday. I was told to come at 1:00pm. When I got there the chemical fumes were so strong I almost left. There was a man & woman doing nails & an older woman on pedicures. I decided to wait. When I got called I noticed the older woman was not friendly and seemed upset. I proceeded & explained I had bunion & hammertoe surgeries a year ago and my feet were sensitive. Bottom line, she was rough, in a hurry, and nicked my cuticle & nail with a small sander. I never had that used on my toes before. I asked for a French polish &it was a terrible uneven job. When she abruptly finished & walked to the next person, I looked down at my toes & noticed a pinkish dot of clear polish lumping up. I asked her nicely to please fix it. She tried to smooth it over & it spread across the toe. By then I just wanted to leave. I paid & even tipped her! A day later the pink spot under the clear polish turned darker then purple. Now it was a dark brown streak! I took the polish off & it was a dark brown stain in my toe. I am headed to Urgent Care. I cant get in to see any of my doctors right away. They are all booked for weeks & months. I pray it is not a fungus! read more

This nail place is very local so I decided to go to it. I went in Tuesday evening as a walk in. I went in half an hour before the closing time but they still took me in, which I highly appreciate. I told them I was there for a full set and they asked me to take a seat. I only waited about ten minutes and then they called me up. I was a little disappointed because I had in mind an olive green color for my nails and they didn't happen to have the color. So instead I chose a burgundy color and I'm not going to lie I loved it. But I still think they should have a bigger variety and shades of colors. Although I do have to say that Tommy did a great job on my nails very nice and quick. Their prices there are also very economic. I was satisfied with the work the did on my nails and the price. One thing that makes me uncomfortable is that they the start speaking to one another in their language. It makes me think they are talking about me or just their customers in general. It would be better if they would try to start a conversation with us the customers. Although Tommy was concerned if I was doing good. He asked me "are you ok? does it hurt" but everything was fine. I was just zoned out. Overall I would go back to this nail place, despite my unforgettableness, because I loved the outcome of my nails. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an economic nail salon. I do recommend people to make appointments before going in because from the looks of it they do have a large amount of customers. I also recommend to take your own nail polish if you want a specific color. They do have several colors but, from my experience they did not have the color I was looking for. read more
