I have been seeing Dawn off and on for 13 years. The reason I say "off and on" isn't because I don't L-O-V-E her, it's that I moved to Santa Clarita 6 years ago and it's difficult to make it to Burbank regularly. I've been all over SCV and have paid upwards to $85 for a pedicure and it doesn't even compare to Dawn. She is the best! When my mother and brother are in town from Michigan, the first thing they request is an appointment with Dawn. Not only does she give the best pedicure I've ever had, she is beautiful , kind, funny ( she talks and jokes with you) professional , clean and CHEAP!!! Tip her well, she's worth it!!!! read more

I've tried to go this place about half a dozen times. Every time I call for an appointment (they're appointment only), I'm told they can't fit me in for at least two weeks. Finally, I planned ahead, dealt with my nasty cuticles and funky looking feet, even through the Fourth of July holiday, holding out for my long awaited appointment at this place at everyone claimed was so amazing. I pull up and wonder, "Are they even open?" No lights, no movement, no customers. Weird. Walking inside, I find one dude and one very pregnant lady; no clients. "Hi, I'm here for a mani-pedi," I announce to the man who asks if he can help me. "Oh, I'm sorry. We have an appointment. We can't take you," he replies. "Yup. That's me! I have a 3:30," I reply. He looks at me, shakes his head and walks over to their appointment book. The pregnant lady doesn't even acknowledge me. "Noooo, we have someone at 3:45. We can't take you," he says. "Umm, I'm sorry, I made this appointment weeks ago. I have a 3:30 for today." I give him my name. "Sorry. No. Check the phone number, I think you called the wrong place. We can't take you." I'm not going to fight someone to get my nails done, so I walked out, funky feet still funky. To be clear, I called them from the number gotten off my bookmark on Yelp because all these fools on here lied and said this place was amazing. I don't care how well they apply polish; their customer service is garbage and their inability to take MORE THAN ONE CUSTOMER AT A TIME is ridiculous. How does this place stay in business? I'd call and ask, but they wouldn't get back to me for two weeks and then they'd act like I hadn't called in the first place so I'll save the time and effort and just go elsewhere. read more

This place is great. Everyone here is friendly and gracious. You can tell that a place is good when you see the same people coming in over and over. I have a bone spur on my right pinky, right under the cuticle, and it makes that part of my finger very sensitive, and painful if not handled very delicately. I have never had even a little ouch here - other places I've been in pain for hours! Someone here posted about having a bad pedicure. I've always had a great pedicure, even with my old, crusty feet. My feet are always treated gently, and I get a foot/leg massage the makes it worth every penny. I always look forward to my appointment at Fashion Nails, knowing I'll be well taken care of, and be all nice an relaxed when I'm finished. The polish lasts a long time, and the price isn't going to break my bank, either. read more

I've been going here for a few years now after a friend recommended this place to me. I usually go once a month during my lunch break from work and I am in and out of there in less than an hour having both a manicure and pedicure. Parking is easy also since you can park behind their salon. Dawn and Hoang are such wonderful people who are so friendly and try to accommodate if necessary. They have so many regulars since they do such a great job & they know their clients by name. I don't live that close so if I need a fast mani/pedi when I'm not at work, it's hard to go anywhere else. They do such a great job on my nails many people think they put gel on my nails but they don't. The prices are great and my nails look great! Highly recommend to everyone! read more

Come here the day before thanksgiving to get meni-pedi... First she put my legs in a bucket of water regardless the fact they have 2 spa chairs... I got the worst nail fungus from here! Tony did my acrylics with fills several times and apparently didn't take care of any lifts I may have had on my nails during the visits for fills and I developed a nail fungus. He would always rush during my visit to probably get as many clients as possible in a day. My nails now look so bad and I am not able to get anything to cover my disgusting nails until the fungus goes away. It's so embarrassing! I will never go back here again. read more

This is hands down the best nail salon in Burbank. The nail technicians are very friendly, professional, and most importantly clean. The best part is they all speak English. They don't speak in their language like other places that talk in Vietnamese behind your backs. Just don't expect them to be your therapists. All of them are very hard-working so they don't want to hear about who did what to who. =) I'm a therapist, and I get paid for listening to people complain about their dramatic lives.
