So unprofessional. Called and made an appointment for 1:15 and called her to let her know that I was outside just looking for her entrance and she told me that she was booked already and I let her know that I was her appointment and she said "no you booked for 1230" which sounds nothing like 1:15 and I mentioned I would not have booked that time because I mentioned prior that I got off of work at one and worked down the street which is why we agreed to the 15 minute interval. Cindy is amazing! I can count on coming here to get my nails done for a ball or just to have my nails done! She also did my husbands nails and he liked it very much! Nice and friendly staff but not happy with how my manicure came out. The color selection seems to be ok but the nail polishes are completely almost gone and that's what the lady used on me. My nails turned out clumpy and thick . Stared at my hands for a long time contemplating why they looked dirty??? . They said I was done and sent me home. When I got home and saw it in better lighting . I was upset cause I had it done for a wedding and now I have to go and get it done again. THANK YOU! NOT REALLY. Two stars for customer service and accommodating my walk in. Which I totally appreciate but the Work done was not OK. I don't expect to PAY for services that will come out making my hands look worse then they did when I walked in. I came in to get them done and expect them to look nice. I went there for the convenience of location but now I have to go to another salon waste more time there when this could of been done in one shot. Getting my nails done twice was not the plans I had getting ready for my cousins big day. I didn't get to say anything because they were closing and I was the last patron there. Figured i I tell my story instead. If you're rushing to get things done and manicure pedicure seems to be the least of your concerns, Take it from me, please! go back and have it done at a salon that you know is legit! I've been going to Cindy for my manicure/pedicure for years now and she does a great job! The place itself is very nice and sanitary. Cindy is a very nice and funny person. She does everything from gel manicures, acrylic, fill ins, to french tip nails. I really like how she massages my hands and feet for a couple minutes after my mani/pedi. It feels so good and she can keep a conversation going unlike some places that don't speak or talk to you while working on your nails. When my boyfriend first took me here, he was actually watching me while I was getting my hands and feet massaged and decided to get a manicure also! There's nothing wrong with a guy who wants his nails nice and clean. LOL! It usually costs $20, but with the voucher it'll cost only $17. Shes available every day except Mondays. There's a parking lot and street parking. This place only accepts cash. Appointments and walk-ins are accepted. So give her a call! :) read more

I will admit I totally judged a book by its cover with this one. Cindy Nails is inside a salon in the same lot as 7-11. Cindy is amazing. Very easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor. I was bound & determined to find a good nail salon for a decent price! I am so lucky for finding Cindy Nails! $17 for a Mani /Pedi??? Wow! Cindy was extremely nice, sweet & friendly and she was like a speeding bullet doing both the mani/pedi in one hour flat all by herself! The salon in super clean, wood floors , no nasty old carpet covered in skin debris or nasty nail clippings from who knows what! Cindy doesn't yack the whole time either so you can really relax !
