I recently visited this nail salon for a full set of Gel-X nails, and unfortunately, my experience was not good. Shortly after my appointment, I developed contact dermatitis on my fingers, which caused redness, itching, and irritation. I've never had this reaction before, so it was really disappointing and uncomfortable. The tech didn't mention anything about possible sensitivities, and the products were applied very quickly without much care. I expected a clean, safe service, but instead I left with a painful skin reaction that required treatment. I hope the salon takes better precautions in the future--proper sanitation, product awareness, and gentler application would make a big difference. Terrible experience. Do not come here at all. This nail salon and the nail techs especially the girls tech there having seriously issue. My feet were long due and i stop by during an evening to get my feet done.. I call in first to make sure that the salon available to take me in and the girl says they have will have someone taken care of me. Once I came and request a girl to do my pedicure service for religious reason. All of the girls there two of them at the time not sure what their name are but refused to service my pedicure. Only one dude glasses guy that is there, now he is not there no more is willing to take me on for service; but I cannot work with him because of my religion....... the vibe is not there too. Electronic music was way too loud. This is a salon where everybody come and relax and having me time with other people. Talking along and get to know each other not a festival just to sit there and listen to music while not having talks to each other. Stop wasting people time . UPDATE: THREE NAILS have now fallen off. It has been less than a week. I paid $100 for these and they didn't even last a week. I'm so upset and I would really like a refund. UPDATE 2: At this point, no one has reached out to me regarding a refund. I have even offered to get them removed/offer proof of removal so they know I'm not trying to scam them. I have already made an appointment at another salon to have all of these removed and replaced, which sets me back another $100. At this point, including what I have paid to have the two other broken nails fixed, I have paid $135 and now will have to drop another $100 just to replace all of my nails since they keep coming off one by one. I am being ignored by the owners even though I am basically begging them for reimbursement. I am a single mother who RARELY does anything nice for myself. The one time I do, it turns into such a huge ordeal and forces me to spend money that I don't have. Please learn from my mistake and do not come here. read more

The woman did a fantastic job on my manicure from first glance but then 7 of the 10 gel x nails came off within a week and now my nails are damaged and look horrible. The pedicure was also super botched. My feet were being worked on for so long that my feet were freezing by the end of the pedicure and both my big toes were literally turning purple from how cold they were from having them exposed and wet for so long. i got a beautiful gel x set from super set nails. the staff was really nice and took their time with my nails but - this is a picture of the nails 2 days after i got them done. the rest of the nails fell off, including one that broke my pinky nail. i've never asked for a refund for nails but every nail falling off is insane. i contacted the business for a refund and they said they would repair the nails, but can't refund my money. all of the nails are gone and there's nothing to repair. My pedicure started 30 minutes late and they had me sit in the chair so my feet could soak in the water. The water was freezing cold. Once my lady finally got to me and she was doing the cuticle clean & push back, she kept looking at her friend to chat, instead of at my feet, and pushed my cuticles so far back it hurt, and I started bleeding. I really dislike posting bad reviews on here but my experience at Super Art Nails was a nightmare to say the least! I called last Friday at around 3:40pm and they were able to give me a quick appointment at 4:30pm. I was glad to have gotten a fast appointment but surprised to hear they weren't busy on a Friday. I get to the nail salon and a man I believe his name started with a T sat me down to start working on my hard gel fill. He took 1 whole hr to try to remove the lifted old hard gel and I had to tell him he was leaving some lifted pieces. I think he was new because he didn't know what he was doing. He then proceeded to apply the shaping hard gel and was using way too much product and leaving them uneven. After an hr and half he told me to move to the next nail station that the woman/nail tech was going to finish my nails. The lady starts working on my nails and seems to be doing a better job applying the hard shaping gel until she starts filing my nails. She does so in such a rush that my nails looked like a 10 year old did them. I asked her if she was gonna leave my nails that way and she said yes, I replied, "no way I'm walking out of this salon like this." I had to ask her to file my nails down because they looked very thick and clumpy and uneven. I had to shape/file my own nails because she didn't know how. The whole staff barely understood spoke English so it was almost impossible to communicate. As I was shaping my nails she just sat there unbothered! I even cut my right thumb while filing my nails because I'm not left handed and she didn't offer to help me shape them. I have no idea how this place has any positive reviews or how it is still in business. I paid 70$ and one of my nails (my right thumb) completely popped out yesterday! You have been warned run don't walk away from this nail salon! They don't care about their new customers nor do they know how to do their job! Awful Nail Salon! read more

Decided to give this place a chance since it had nice images of nails. But the nail tech although very nice , she did an uneven job of my acrylic nails. I've had them done many times at another salon and know this isn't professionally done. I asked her to make them all look the same but after two tries I noticed it still looked uneven so I let her finish the color and left. But it's not nice at all. I showed up to very outdated decor/equipment, which explains the low prices, all chairs occupied and a child as the receptionist. When I asked how long the wait would be, especially considering that I made an appointment, I got no response. When I asked a second time, still no response.
