They never even tried calling me. I tried explaining there was clearly a miscommunication, but she had an attitude and was so visibly upset that I decided I didn't want her to do my nails. She then tried to guilt me into staying because they had "waited for me," to the point that my boyfriend had to step in because it was so uncomfortable. If they didn't have time for my appointment, they could have simply said so. I've never been treated so rudely at a nail salon and will absolutely NOT be returning. PS - I also have no mean bone in my body so this review is coming from someone who doesn't raise their voice/doesn't like arguments. The whole time I was very kind and even apologized when she said she was ready to go home. This is the only reason I'm writing this review, I don't think it's fair to be so rude to customers when they're just here for your service.
