I had asked for regular gel only because I did not want to pay $90 for gel-x and she ended up charging me $90+ for the extra services she decided to charge me for. I went in with a gift card and she was extremely rude and dismissive. The manicurist that was doing my nails did not speak english. Do not recommend at all. After sharing my experience I have learned she often mistreats and does the same to other customers who come in with a gift card get treated horribly. UPDATE: First, I never complained about the quality of my nails. This is what I complained about which you did not address. 1. I requested Anne and confirmed my appointment with her and she was not there. 2. I requested a GEL manicure, you guys upgraded it to russian without my consent or knowledge. 3. You charged me 90 dollars for a russian gel even though your website said 70. 4. Finally, it has nothing to do with whether I enjoyed my time, at the end of the day.
