The technician who worked on my nails was very sweet and kind. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was very poor. I was extremely unhappy with how my nails turned out and felt embarrassed enough that I had to book an early-morning appointment elsewhere to have them fixed. I felt bad speaking up at the time and leaving a negative review, but I don't believe the technician had the skill level needed for the service I received. She hands me the nail file and tells me to do it myself. I started filing and then told her that for my next hand, she could just file down a bit on the top instead of an almond. Super modest it's not a soak your toes spot / no massage chair literally her station and that's it but she makes it happen. It was clean, my gel pedi was well done and she is FAST - bonus for having Greys Anatomy on for us to get sucked in to. There were nail spots closer to my work that have gotten bad feedback from my coworkers so I am excited for this little find. Will be back.
