Sadly not a great experience. What initially concerned me was that I came there for a refill on builder gel, and had the new set put on only 3 weeks before. When I sat down she insisted I needed a brand new set. I was skeptical, but decided to trust her. (though my gut said they were just trying to make more money) The process itself was mixed. On one level she seemed to care, asking me a few times if I was happy with it. But then, she filed a nail down WAY past what I asked for and made a weird excuse. And then it concerned me that she didn't fully dust or clean my nails during some of the steps. Oh, and the entire time I was there, they played really loud music with one song on repeat about 5-6 times before a new song would play and then repeat as well. I left feeling exhausted. Then, walking away I noticed just the next day that there were some tiny bubbles and spots on my nails - that looked almost dirty. After my friend brought it up that my pedicure nails needed touching up, the technician complained in their native language and only touched up one nail. Location and parking is fine otherwise. Pedicure. Asked if they had time for pedicure, since I didn't have an appointment. They said yes. Worst pedicure I ever had. She filled the tub with about 3 inches of water, added nothing to the water. Put my feet in water for about 2 minutes. Took my feet out, trimmed nails, added cuticle oil. Scrubbed feet, barely. Rinsed of feet. Massaged legs for a few minutes. Painted nails and was finished. Shortest pedicure I have ever had. She didn't even give me the menu. When I went to leave she was already helping someone, who most likely had an appointment. That is fine, she should have told me she didn't have time and I would have just went across the street. I told the lady at the counter that was the fastest pedicure, she said the other was more expensive. I said I would have paid and then I left. In and out within about 20 minutes. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with this location. I visited yesterday, despite its great reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was subpar. I sustained a cut from the clippers on my foot and was then subjected to the use of a callus remover that created a blister . To be completely transparent, I will share the photos with you, which clearly depict the unsatisfactory service I received. The overall experience was terrible, and notably, there were very few patrons present. As I visited yesterday, I will attach the photos for your reference them ! The nail polish is severely cracked. I got a pedicure and I got a manicure. I paid a total of $65. I gave the woman for the pedicure eight dollar tip and then the following woman for the manicure. I gave her four dollar tip. However, the cracking of the nail polish is really bad not to mention. There's a lot of skin around my fingernails in my toes . The manicurist kept pulling my cuticle being that the clippers are not very sharp, which was very irritating and she constantly twist my wrist. Proof is in the pudding. read more

Very unsanitary. They DO NOT clean nor disinfect pedicure chairs and bowls between customers. They rinse tools and then rewrap them to look like the tools they are using are new and sanitized. The prices shown are not what they charge customers. When you go to pay she tells you her card machine isn't working and to pay cash or Zelle. The lady who did my pedicure only painted half my nail. When I asked her to paint my whole nail she caught an attitude. Did not even get the hot towel which was suppose to be included in my pedicure. While filing my nails she broke 3 nails and then charged me for 3 nail repairs. No licenses are posted for their workers. They Constantly have young children of the employees running around salon and banging into chairs while getting serviced. My Gel polish was peeling off on day 2. Do not recommend this place. By far the best nail salon in the area! I got a GelX set here almost 2 months ago and it's still going strong. I go in for fills every 2-3 weeks and they always do an amazing job. The salon itself is so clean and relaxing. The ladies who work there are so sweet and hospitable (and they offer water, tea, coffee every time). The prices are also quite reasonable, considering how expensive nail services are nowadays. This is my go-to for any nail service from now on.
