I've been a loyal customer for a long time even before Nancy had her own salon. I've always asked Lee to do my toes for 10 years now because she's very good at removing my ingrown nails without making me bleed. This time, I noticed a huge bump nail polish on my left big toenail so I simply asked her to redo it. If you just paint over an uneven nail like that, the polish can crack. I texted Nancy, showed her the video, and explained my interaction with Lee. What really disappointed me was Lee pointing at me and saying, "Next time... me no more." Seriously? I was only asking for my nail to be painted properly. If I'm paying for a service, I think it's reasonable to expect it to be done correctly. On top of that, she was coughing while working even though she appeared to have a cold. The way she handled the situation was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially considering how long I've been a loyal customer. Never coming back here again. read more

I was charged $122 for a full set almond-shaped gel x chrome nails & pedicure with gel. Pretty pricey but I had Lina & Mary work on me at the same time. The owner was there and as usual everyone was pushy about upgrading and paying for more design. Also, as expected the workers will never beat the allegations of talking sht in their Vietnamese language but I guess that's the right of passage at nail salons nowadays. Overall, the place was not busy on a Wednesday afternoon, I just called and walked in. read more

Came here on a whim and it was just a subpar polishing. After my friend brought it up that my pedicure nails needed touching up, the technician complained in their native language and only touched up one nail. Location and parking is fine otherwise. But good luck on which technician you get. read more

I love these nails She really took her time with every detail and it shows! Everything is so clean, neat, and beautifully done. The pastel colors are blended perfectly and the little designs (especially the bunny ) are sooo cute. She's honestly amazing at what she does! You can tell she puts so much care into her work. Definitely a beautiful set ! I've been getting so many compliments!! Highly recommend! She was so kind and really understanding about what I wanted. She listened and made sure everything came out beautiful. She did an amazing job! read more

Pedicure. Asked if they had time for pedicure, since I didn't have an appointment. They said yes. Worst pedicure I ever had. She filled the tub with about 3 inches of water, added nothing to the water. Put my feet in water for about 2 minutes. Took my feet out, trimmed nails, added cuticle oil. Scrubbed feet, barely. Rinsed of feet. Massaged legs for a few minutes. Painted nails and was finished. Shortest pedicure I have ever had. She didn't even give me the menu. When I went to leave she was already helping someone, who most likely had an appointment. That is fine, she should have told me she didn't have time and I would have just went across the street. I told the lady at the counter that was the fastest pedicure, she said the other was more expensive. I said I would have paid and then I left. In and out within about 20 minutes. read more

This is my favorite nail place in all of LA and Orange Counties! They are really good! They don't dig into the sides of your toenail and cause and/or aggravate ingrown nails like so many other place. They just do a great job and are really reasonably priced (I think a basic pedi is $27). read more

Very quick response time & did a great job when I went. Everybody is very nice & the shop is very clean.

My experience was horrible. I asked for a color change but instead the manicurist added another color on top of the color that I didn't want. Then laughed and got frustrated when I asked for a complete color change as she also had her gloves prints all over my color. I come back for a fill, giving the salon benefit of the doubt. I get a different manicurist but this time almost all my cuticles are bleeding. Their work is rushed & not consistent. read more

The meanest nail tech I've ever met. She doesn't let you explain and by explaining, I mean something simple, like whether you want your nails filed or cut. If you're tired or in a rush, don't accept a customer. She didn't even let me talk about the thickness of my French tip. I will never go back read more

I am beyond happy to find this hidden gem! I did gel-x the day before at another salon, it looked absolutely horrible. Thick and uneven. I couldn't keep those hideous nails and decided to redo them. Came here and asked if they can do a better job, Nancy said "definitely". She took off the other ones and did a fresh set! I am in love! Thin, neat and even. Paid $75 (with the removal) + tips. Definitely will be back and regular! Thank you! read more

I'm extremely disappointed with this location. I visited yesterday, despite its great reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was subpar. I sustained a cut from the clippers on my foot and was then subjected to the use of a callus remover that created a blister . To be completely transparent, I will share the photos with you, which clearly depict the unsatisfactory service I received. The overall experience was terrible, and notably, there were very few patrons present. As I visited yesterday, I will attach the photos for your reference them ! The nail polish is severely cracked. I got a pedicure and I got a manicure. I paid a total of $65. I gave the woman for the pedicure eight dollar tip and then the following woman for the manicure. I gave her four dollar tip. However, the cracking of the nail polish is really bad not to mention. There's a lot of skin around my fingernails in my toes . The manicurist kept pulling my cuticle being that the clippers are not very sharp, which was very irritating and she constantly twist my wrist. Proof is in the pudding. read more

Very unsanitary. They DO NOT clean nor disinfect pedicure chairs and bowls between customers. They rinse tools and then rewrap them to look like the tools they are using are new and sanitized. The prices shown are not what they charge customers. When you go to pay she tells you her card machine isn't working and to pay cash or Zelle. The lady who did my pedicure only painted half my nail. When I asked her to paint my whole nail she caught an attitude. Did not even get the hot towel which was suppose to be included in my pedicure. While filing my nails she broke 3 nails and then charged me for 3 nail repairs. No licenses are posted for their workers. They Constantly have young children of the employees running around salon and banging into chairs while getting serviced. My Gel polish was peeling off on day 2. Do not recommend this place. Wish I could've gave them no stars. read more

Nice staff, parking is easy, prices are standard. Unfortunately, they were rough on my hands. My cuticles were cut too far back and my nail tech was not paying attention when filing. As a result one of my fingers started bleeding. She apologized and I didn't make a big fuss but my finger is still hurting a day later. So, I'm rather disappointed with my experience read more

If you don't talk They will do the most expensive service and overcharge you . They also don't know how to design nails. Dont go there

So disappointed. I really wanted to like this place... I had an appointment for a fill and a pedicure. First of all the place was dirty but I overlooked it thinking it's later in the day and they're probably exhausted. Secondly, I had an appointment and had to wait half an hour. I had a manicure, a pedicure and a couple of other services scheduled but since they were running behind they asked for me to just come back another day. This was my first time there and it will be my last. They really didn't do a good job either. I went to another salon two days later to get them redone. read more

I went in here with high hopes because they have great reviews. the treatment was literally a fever dream. i went in with a friend and we both CLEARLY requested acrylic regular, that's where the problems started cuz for 3 minutes straight, they kept pressuring me to do gel x cuz its more expensive, needless to say i didnt budge, BUT THEN i get my nails done, which is badly done in itself, BUT CHECK OUT, i find our they completely disrespected my order and tried to charge me for a GEL ACRYLIC which is 20 dollars more. i thought it was a mistake so i asked them abt it only to find out that they PUT GEL ON WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW and expected me to pay for it. i told them that's not what i asked for and they straight up told me they'd take my nails off and do regular paint if i didnt wanna pay 20 dollars more WHEN I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR GEL. seriously do not recommend Find someone else read more

By far the best nail salon in the area! I got a GelX set here almost 2 months ago and it's still going strong. I go in for fills every 2-3 weeks and they always do an amazing job. The salon itself is so clean and relaxing. The ladies who work there are so sweet and hospitable (and they offer water, tea, coffee every time). The prices are also quite reasonable, considering how expensive nail services are nowadays. This is my go-to for any nail service from now on. Next time I'm going to get my GelX removed and try out hard gel on my natural nails and I'm excited! Love coming here! read more

Called and requested an appointment for a gel mani/pedi. Was asked to come in at 6 but was close so I showed up early. Tech took me early but by the time my service was finished, the shop was closed. Without notifying me or the other customer in the shop, tech closed the register and told me to pay with Zelle because they could no longer take a card. I would have booked another day if I'd known they didn't actually have the time to take me. Poor communication and lacking professionalism. read more

I really like this place for regular pedicures. They actually have massage chairs, which apparently is not a "cool" thing anymore. I've tried a bunch of nail places in Glendale, and I think this one has the nicest nail techs who produce consistently great work. It's also never been super busy when I go on weekday afternoons; that's great because I hate waiting and like the more chill atmosphere. I'll keep coming here for pedicures! read more

Y'all. They NEVER let me down. I live so far away but I don't trust anyone else with my nails. Winnie and her staff get down to business and they are so kind and personable. My actual nail broke in half (because I had to go somewhere else last minute to get it done) and I thought I was gonna have a little nub but she finessed and fixed it. My nails are simply beautiful.
