I love Lea! It's so important to like the person who is doing your Brazilian. This was the best Brazilian experience I've ever had! She was the perfect balance or professional and personable. She had a great waiver and talked me through the process. I also thought the care tips hand out was an amazing touch. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. I also like that we had a natural conversation as she did it. I was sufficiently distracted and it barely hurt. And amazingly she includes the tummy strip for free! All I have to say is yes, yes, and yes! I used to do my own sugaring at home years ago but it would get messy. This was my first experience sugaring at a salon and it was a great experience. The salon is located inside the Phoenix suites across the street from the Glendale Marketplace (luckily they offer about an hour of free parking, maybe even 90 minutes I can't recall the exact number). The minute you walk in the door Lea makes you feel comfortable and like you've known her for years. The salon was cozy and clean. The experience itself was great as well - minimal pain and quick. I just wanted to respond and leave a comment to the 1 star review I'm not sure what this lady's problem is I have been coming to bare box sugaring now for years and have never had a issue Lea works with you she is very direct but I wouldn't call her rude and I'm sure almost every one can vouch for that. Almost every place I go to has a cancellation policy in tact and leas is very clear not only that she mentions it on her Instagram frequently. I think that this girl was just mad because she fell short of the policy and got charged but it's so hateful to try to bring down a small business because you got charged a fee you agreed to... seems fishy to me. All I can say is I've trusted Lea for years now my whole family gets sugared by her and we have never had any issues. For a while I was doing the vajacial which was great but due to living so far and having to set up a separate appointment for that it's difficult. The vajacial was a great experience, she also extracted all ingrowns. The best thing about coming to Lea is she does not make it awkward or uncomfortable AT ALL. You can literally tell her your life story. She's judgement free and works at the same time before you know if your done. It no longer hurts for me at this point unless I let my hair grow way too long but my hair has become so fine over time especially under my arms. I had about 10 hairs under my arms within 4 weeks.
