I went here once and wasn't very impressed. It didn't seem very professional. Also the sugaring hurt a lot and there was a man in the back area of the salon whom she said was her husband but I didn't really like the idea of any men being around when I was getting a Brazilian wax. But what was most appalling was this text message I got today asking me to skirt around the city's ordinance to protect against Coronavirus. I know times are hard but I work in the healthcare field and this is NOT okay! If this person skirts around these regulations it makes me think she might skirt around other health codes. Have been to this place a few times in the past and had no complaints. Now it's a different young lady named Cheryl performing the Brazilians, and it doesn't seem that she's very experienced in this field of work. She waxed over the same spot of skin at LEAST 20 times (not an exaggeration at all) and left my skin red, severely irritated, and even mini abrasions from ripping my skin so much. Even after all of the trauma she caused my skin, there wasn't even a clean result! I had to go home and pluck at least 15 hairs myself. A complete waste of money. Will NOT be returning ever again, and you should save yourself the money as well! read more

I had a appointment with Josie. When i got there someone at the desk pretended that i made a appointment with some other girl. She then said i will have to wait if i wanted Josie to take me in. First, I really did not appreciate the fact that i had a appointment with Josie and spoke with her on the phone, confirm with Josie that it will be her and ONLY her and then be swap with someone else and then be in fault and have to wait for 30 more minutes for her to take me in! The woman here was very sweet, but I did not like the waxing. It was pretty painful, and there were lots of little hairs left. She was very sweet and tried to clean it up once I pointed it out. But I've never had a waxing that ended up with so many hairs still left over. Especially for how painful it was, I was so disappointed to see so many hairs left that were not actually pulled from the root. I'm really surprised by how many positive reviews were here. Background: I get Brazilians 4-5xs a year. I've done every method with tons of different wax because I travel A LOT. Okay two things: I will say getting my wax here hurt a little more than normal. Not the most painful but definitely took a little longer than some other times I've gone, and a bit more ouch. However, my hair BARELY grew back and it took a long time for it to even start showing again. Like considerably less. Probably the slowest it's ever grown back. I have a go-to esthetician in Burbank when I get my sugaring done, but I wanted to try this place out because of the reviews, affordable pricing, and it's much closer distance to my workplace. My esthetician Donna, was super sweet and welcoming. I was more disappointed with the job. I thought it went well at first because it wasn't as painful and she finished so quickly. But when I got home, my skin was red, feeling slightly irritated, and I had to tweeze 10+ short strands that were not pulled out. I don't think most of my hair was pulled out from the roots and caused ingrown hairs a few days later. I thought it would be fine because my hairs were long enough and should be easy to pull as I waited for my hairs to grow out to a certain length. Overall, service was friendly and great. Best pricing. I just wasn't happy with the outcome. read more
