Have been here twice and both times the ladies have been so kind. It is always such a nice a relaxing time here. I also love the vast selection of colors to choose from! I love get serviced here because they are careful with my nails and always make sure that I am okay with the shape, design/color. And they never break or chip! I've been introduced to Europe Nail & Spa by a friend and been here a handful of times. I live in SGV and trust me, there's plenty, but always get a little scared trying out new spots. I've had my nails dipped, gel mani and gel pedi. Each time I've been, Nancy has helped me with my dipped or gel mani. She alway helps me pick out colors because they have so many, which can be a bit overwhelming. She knows what's new, trending or can design whatever you want. She's quick and good! She is so nice and sweet, she is like a sister friend. I usually have my nails trimmed or file nice, short and squared. Simple beige pink or bright color is my go to. I didn't get the person's name that did my gel pedi, but my goodness she did a great job. A little rough on scraping off my previous gel polish but overall, so good. READ THIS before making an appointment at this place . Take a look at the pics and you be the judge. Two appointments in a row they didn't write down my request for a pedicure along with my manicure , causing me to have to wait for a technician to be done with another customer. Apparently when you get a dip powder manicure , they don't even run a drill over your cuticles . I told her you didn't touch my cuticles , and she said it's extra for cuticle care. Umm ok sure , please do it and I will pay you for the "extra service". They charged me $16 for cuticle care and did NOTHING different from what usually occurs at a regular manicure appointment. Not to mention the horrible job she did with the dip powder. These pics are right after I left the salon, and the side of my nails look like they've already chipped or wore off. Also a note to the owner , don't walk up to a customer and get loud with her in front of your other customers . Also right after you get into a disagreement with your customer , it's not nice to start talking loudly with your other workers in another language . It's obviously you're talking about me. This place was recommended to me by my husband's cousin. I didn't have a go-to nail salon here in LA so I had to call her and ask. I went there on a Friday afternoon without any appointment and they are really busy at that time so I had to come back and wait for an hour. The place is small but it's clean, they have a lot of color choices. For a Gel manicure and regular pedicure, I paid 44$ without tip. Tip: they charge 1$ if you use your debit/credit so make sure you bring cash. Kim did a great job on my toes, I forgot the lady's name that did my hands. But they both did a great job. So after getting back from vacation my nails were horrible!!! 4 broken nails. So I needed to try and get them done before work. I walked in at 9:40 am and they had already had 3 people being worked on (wow). So I wanted SNS but, they didn't have someone that does that at the moment. So I decided to get gel. The tech that did an amazing job was Stacy! I switched it up and did orange instead of nude or green. It was $8 to take off my old bust SNS and $28 for the gel Mani. I'm so delighted with my nails and I would love to come back again. I will make an appointment next time. read more

I was with Vivian for a regular gel manicure and she was 20 min late to the appointment, which I wasn't even mad at to be honest. She was very aggressive in the way she handled my hands and nails. She was also throwing her things on the table and tossing things around aggressively as if she was in a bad mood. Overall, it was disappointing because I was looking forward to returning to the salon since my first time was so pleasant. Reading all the positive reviews I was excited to try this salon. Unfortunately I had a super disappointing experience. The color selection isn't the best and my nail tech did a super sloppy application. My nails had bubbles in it and the polish seems old/gloopy. I ended buying a similar color and redoing them at home. It was only $35 which is a great price but my nails look awful. It maybe have been the tech but the person who was supposed to do mani had another customer and kinda passed me off to the woman doing my toes. The reason why my review is 1 star is because I told the nail tech I believed my natural nail was broken. After removing my tips she claimed my nail wasn't broken at all and I could do tips if I wanted. 1. She told me she could do flowers, but took an hour to "perfect" below average flowers. 2. Only a day later, the day before I attended a wedding, my entire nail is off and my natural nail is split across the top. Extremely painful. 3. Called ahead of time to ask about a French ombré, I was assured they could do it (I even explained how I didn't want it done by tapping powder from a brush) I use dip powder and I've had that before and don't like it. When I showed the picture to Jenny she said she couldn't do it like I wanted so we agreed to do something else. I picked white, when the top coat was applied it turned my nails yellow like I just chain smoked a pack of cigarettes, we took it off, re did it and tried a different top coat, again yellow. Jenny agreed it was yellow and couldn't understand why that was happening. We had planned to put stickers on, but apparently that got forgotten and when she was done, I asked if we were putting them on (I've never had stickers on my nails so I am completely unaware of when in the process they go on) she admitted she forgot but could put them on and put a third layer of top coat on. I didn't want thick nails and I didn't want them more yellow so I declined. I went to check out with the so called "manager and owner" I went to explain I wanted to leave a tip but couldn't leave with what I wanted after trying 2 different things that day. That's when this "owner" interrupted me, became rude, and accused me of "giving Jenny a hard time over my nails being yellow." First off: I me speaking up noticing that they are below quality of what I'm paying for, isn't giving someone a hard time. Maybe it's culturally acceptable to you to just pay for a service you aren't happy with without trying to have it correct but not where I'm from. Second: your "business professionalism" is that of a teenager with an attitude. Go back to school learn business and professionalism then run a business or you'll run your business to the ground. Third: Your nonverbal's, attitude, deflection, and blaming me for not being satisfied with yellow stained nails when they are to be white, is just poor business. Fourth: it seems like other reviews have had this same issue, so I'll second the recommendation of investigating in better quality products! What happened tonight was a direct reflection of you and your business not Jenny. Personally she's actually to good to be working at some hole in the wall nail salon owned by you. Her positive reviews show that on your Yelp feedback. I was actually excited for the new design with stickers and the shape of her work. Unfortunately my experience wasn't bad until my nails turned yellow from the product YOU supply. Fifth: re-evaluate your teenage like bad attitude and learn how to be professional and speak to customers without blaming them for something that's actually your fault. read more

Instead she said she can't do anything she is busy and I have to pay another $9,10,11 how ever much their polish change is and I advised as a curtesy you shouldn't be charging me for what my nails look like Regardless of my busy schedule because I am very big on customer service and as a manager at my company how I provide the best service to our clients regardless it's my person phone they call or text I will do everything in my power the provide the best service to the customer! I was not able the take the best picture but you can still see how bad my nails look after 2 days! Unacceptable! I found Europe Nails because I recently had a nail emergency, so I turned to Yelp to find a place nearby that was able to fit me in same day. I was won over by the friendly service, reasonable prices, and my super cute gel mani that garnered me lots of compliments. I've since been back after their grand reopening and love their new space (check out my pics). They even have mini iPads set up so you can browse the web while you wait. As I mentioned earlier, prices are quite reasonable for gel manis (I paid around $40 before tip for a gel mani on natural nails with a simple design and some rhinestones). They don't charge for removal if you are getting another gel mani, which totally helps keep the cost down since at other places I've seen fees from $7-15 just for removal. They don't do super crazy 3D nail art here, but they can accommodate most simple nail art requests. I've been to Stacy and Kim, who are both great, but recently have been going to Vivian since I've been requesting more detailed nail art designs. After giving them business for over than 7 years this was the end...New Owner .. bad Management I picked a color that I always get but this time Jenny got confused and grabbed a different powder. During the process I noticed it was not what I picked. I thought I should inform her before she finishes but she said "wait, I'm not done yet". After she realized that it was the wrong powder she non careful started taking it off using the motor with a rough attitude. My husband was waiting for me as he came to pick me up but he noticed the attitude and the way she handled the situation with me. My husband was more concerned about me getting cut with their sharp tools so, he tried to cool down the situation he said we're human we all do mistakes just make sure there is no harm. During taking off the wrong color I was on pain and mentioned to her couple times "PLEASE BE CARFUL ". After she was done, I knew this color wouldn't last on with me more than couple days due to the unprofessional work. We paid the full amount and left extra tips as usual. Of course we left late because it took her extra 40 minutes, my husband and I tried to keep good energy by waiting patiently even with this horrible terrifying experience. On our way out instead of hearing apologies or wishing us to have a good night we were surprised by the owner response to us saying "next time we're not gonna to fix it" as if it was our fault. My husband and I were shocked... are you serious! I mean she kept us late, cut my skin, got horrible uneven nails and bad attitude. I had an appointment with Vivian to get my nails done so I browsed their yelp to choose the color I wanted then when I went there I showed Vivian the color... the work was very painful and I saw blood coming from at least 4 fingers But didn't want to make it a big deal. At the end of the work I noticed that the color of my nails is VERY clear and completely different and it seemed like I had nothing... even though she wasted my time, instead of me being annoyed Vivian start hitting stuff and yelling at me in front of the "new manager" Katie and other customers in the store and start blaming me, she also refused to fix it. First time at Europe Nails. It was recommended to me by a friend. I would definitely come back. All staff wear masks, there are plastic boards between each chair and between the client and the tech. Did not see them sanitize between each person leaving but I was so focused on how my tech was doing, I could be wrong. I came for a basic pedicure and callous removal. Lin did my pedicure and she paid very close attention to detail. She took her time and cleaned up my toes perfectly. She looked at my feet and said I had no callous to remove haha! This shows that they don't push to sell add ons which is much appreciated. I do have small callouses that I wanted to take care of before they got worse. With me pointing out the location she focused the removal there but still pumiced the usual spots, checking in to make sure she wasn't hurting me. They look 100% better. There's not a lot of loud talk between technicians which I appreciate compared to some other places. I was able to relax in the massage chair and simply get my nails done. I would come back to try other services. Basic pedicure was $22 and $10 for callous removal. read more

I decided to venture out and get a much needed pedicure, and I'm so glad I did. At first I was a little apprehensive, but the salon has plexi barriers between each pedicure chair (hung from the ceiling) with every other chair blocked off, as well as a barrier between the customer and the nail technician. Everyone in the salon was wearing masks. I was able to get a last minute appointment with Katie just for a pedi. She did a phenomenal job! I opted for their basic pedi and added the callous removal which at $10 I thought was a bit overpriced, but it turned out to be well worth it. Pre-Covid I was on the hunt for a nail salon to make my regular place. I'm so happy to have finally found Katie. I'll definitely return in a few weeks. read more
