They don't have many patrons there in any given moment because they like to keep their clientele small, which was a huge plus for me since I was in and out in less than an hour. One word: ROACHES!! I saw a baby, medium size and a big ole cockroach who came near my shoes. When I spotted it I said something... So did they which I couldn't understand but they didn't move. I threw a towel over it and it stayed put. when I finished my services they tried to get it but off it went and once again it's roaming around. So for me if your establishment has roaches and I see them I don't return because at this point I question your cleaning methods for your utensils... And btw there are exterminators for a reason!!! read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. This place is just horrendous. Thursday morning I did gel manicure. By Saturday evening they were all chipped. On Sunday they were closed so I wasn't able to contact anyone. Today I called and they lady who picked up the phone was rude and told me that I should have called them Saturday.... which makes no sense I asked to speak to a manager or he owner and she just kept repeating call back Thursday and hung up the phone. In my opinion that's not a way to keep a business going I'm very upset that I paid lots of money for gel manicure and topped the lady $5 for a manicure that did not even last 48 hours. I would like a call back from whoever responds to these reviews... of course if they even care. read more

While I prefer the spa chair I didn't mind there wasn't one. I didn't even mind the limited selection of gel nail colors. I did mind that my nails look like I did them myself with paint on my skin and cuticles. I go to professionals for a reason. Instead of putting a third coat on the lady said to bad. That color isn't a thick one so it's okay and that discoloration is to be expected. Um, no. I've never had that before. But the worst part was when I saw the lady put the nail files, clippers, etc back in her box after merely swishing them in the water my fingers were soaking in. Never mind the jar of barbicide on her table. I was so grossed out but I was done already so there was no undoing it at that point. Now I just need to hope I don't get a nail fungus from the experience. Run away. Run far away. read more

So they did a decent job on my manicure, but that is about all I can say that is good. First of all, since i asked for both a manicure and a pedicure, they had me seated in the most awkward position at the manicure table with my lower body twisted to the right into the tub of water for my feet and my upper body twisted to the left so she could do my hands. It was really uncomfortable, but i guess they were trying to speed up the process. Anyway, unacceptable. Let me sit in the comfy chair for pedicures and then come sit by each hand to do the manicure if you want to speed things up. That is what I've experienced elsewhere. That isn't the worst thing though. The woman who did my pedicure did NOTHING to smooth out the bottom of my feet. When she was scrubbing it was so lazy and barely putting any pressure. I mean that is the POINT of a pedicure. Yeah we want nails painted pretty, but the reason I get pedi's is so that I don't have to spend the energy to smooth out the bottom of my feet myself! It's frustrating enough that California does not allow the razor to be used on the bottom of the feet (they do this in FL), but please do put some effort into smoothing out my callouses. Do not come here... I went there and I got the dip powder which I have been getting for a couple of years now. I never in my life experienced such a horrible time at the salon. I am unsure of the woman's name but she did not know what she was doing. She cut 4 of my fingers while she was using the filing machine. In the 20 years I've been getting my nails done at any salon I've been to that's NEVER happened. She didn't even file my nails evenly or not even on the side. When she said she was finished my nails were not smooth, bulky, the sides were never filed. She had to then call the guy over to refile them for me me. After a manicure they normally give you the usual hot towel and lotion and clean up your hands... I didn't receive any of that and had powder all over my fingers. I was in there for about 2.5 hours and left after the guy had fixed them. You can see in the photo the dry blood around the edges of some of my fingers! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. read more

I was there this past Saturday and will never go back. The place is very dirty. Every one very polite though! The lady who did my manicure had dirty and really bad looking fungusy like nails herself and was not wearing any gloves. She cut my cuticles on pinky and thumb of my left hand and both started bleeding. She rinsed the blood with a blue liquid which is for cleaning their clippers and with some thing else that she claimed was alcohol but it said acetone on the bottle!! It's Monday now and my both fingers are painful, red and swollen. I would never go back! read more

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. people are so rude, don't speak English or pretend they don't. I don't know. all I know they messed up my nails. the lady didn't even know how to apply nail polish. when I complained that she left the tip of my nails white. she said it's a regular nail not gel so that's what you get. then they started talking their language. very disrespectful. very unprofessional and rude. it is a horrible place. it was my first time and last time. there is no manager to complain. they all are in this together. so sad. wasted my money and time. read more

I come here every single week, literally every single week... any time the owner is absent, the phone is not answered, the technicians refuse service and turn away most customers! I had a mani pedi appointment today and one of the technicians was absent, the other 3 ladies refused to do my mani pedi claiming that they have other appointments booked... extremely unprofessional! This nail salon is spacious and clean with six large salon pedi chairs and six manicure stations. The ladies are friendly. I brought my own nail polish so not sure about their selection. I've been here a few times and lucky to get street parking in front of salon. I would give 5 stars but they said if you pay with credit card they charge $1. read more
