I've been coming to this salon for several years now. Ven and Susie usually do my nails. Sometimes it's Lisa and Annie or the other girls like Ivy. Jason manages the salon and is very great as well. I love texting them for my appts, it's super convenient and I always get a fast response. I appreciate it! Susie usually does my pedi. Ven is my go-to girl for my nails. I used to do gel x a lot because I bite my nails and want them to look nice. With time, Ven helped me grow my natural nails - something I have NEVER seen before. The fact that my nails are this long and it's natural is so shocking to me. I never thought I would see this day. I have been doing hard gel on my natural nails to protect my nails and make it a bit thicker. It lasts much longer now about 4-5 weeks vs the 2-3 weeks with the gel x. First time coming here. I've been going to the same place for the last five years and the quality has gone down so I wanted to try something new I called to make an appointment for a pedicure and the gentleman who answered the phone, who I believe is maybe either the owner or the manager, was super friendly and was able to make a same-day appointment happen for me and my partner Each of us got a traditional pedicure. It was $30 each for me getting regular polish and him getting clear. The same gentleman was super friendly and welcoming when we arrived (as was consistent with every customer) . The rest of the staff did not say more than just a few words. I did appreciate that we were separated by another patron and he was going to try to switch it so that we sat together, but it wasn't a big deal to us. We just got simple pedicures. I did appreciate that they did not try to pressure us into any ups sale or anything like that My lady was quick but she also did a great job. They do have massage chairs. You can tell that a lot of the patrons in here are regulars. There is a parking lot with a decent amount of spots available Overall it was a really good experience. I wish we could get a half stars. Patrons really appreciate when you can have conversations with them and not just with each other. I don't mind people speaking in their native tongue but be willing to have a small interaction with me as a customer as well. read more

As I was sitting there, I saw the girl next to me, her nails were so nice, so I told the lady that was starting to do my nails "look at her nail, please do the same". I came in with long nails and this lady chopped them, once she chopped the first one she said "shorter is nice" ‍ Ok so little shorter is fine. I sound like comedian Anjelah Johnson Pictures says it all, I don't think she is good enough to do this job yet, but she can train on her coworkers not on clients. I did get my money back with no issues. The male manager was very nice. Been coming here for many years because we used to live really close by! This is the first time I've been back since they closed during the pandemic and I did miss them and their service! Jason is the best because he's so charming and has great customer service skills. All the other ladies are also very nice and talented. I also had a chipped thumbnail and instead of adding a whole gel-x extension he just fixed the corner with the silk extension which I also had never heard of at the time. My go to nail spot. I love coming here to pamper myself. At least once a month I splurge on the ultimate mani/pedi. It comes with a scrum, mask, and massage. I always get gel on my hands and regular polish on my toes. Occasionally I get a full set. Admittedly, some visits are better than others. I've had experiences where the polish lasts an entire month and other times where the polish chips within the first week. I do come here a lot, and more times than not the gel polish lasts two weeks or more before chipping which is why I keep coming back. You can't expect a PERFECT manicure every single time. That's unrealistic. Always call ahead to book an appointment! They do accept walk-ins, but it's best to just call ahead and not throw off the staff's scheduling. Came here for a gel mani because my regular place was closed on a Monday. When I called, the gentleman on the phone was very nice and told me the next tech would be ready in 10-15 minutes and I could come in as soon as I liked. The salon is located in a strip mall and being midday on a weekday it was relatively empty so parking wasn't an issue. When I walked in the gentleman was working with someone and told me to pick my color while I waited. They have a large selection of polishes to choose from. I waited around 10 minutes until one of the ladies called me to a table. She was very sweet and genuinely cared about what I wanted and what would look nice. Despite the language barrier we had a little bit of small talk. She did a thorough and efficient job cleaning my nails and the skin around them without cutting me. The polish (I went with OPI bubble bath) came out very even and looks great. The salon is older so the interior isn't as glamorous looking as so many of the new nail salons these days. But that doesn't matter to me as long as it doesn't compromise the cleanliness and professionalism of the salon. I rather have quality work on my nails and good service than fancy chairs and upscale decor. This salon is clean, efficient, and generally quiet with employees who all seem very genuinely nice. I came in for a French tip regular manicure 2 days ago. The manicurist was very polite and sweet. However, 2 tips were messed up (small but noticeable) and I had to ask her twice to touch them up before leaving. I had large chunks of polish chip off the very next day. I was told they do not retouch non-gel manicures but would make an exception for me. That was quick and easy, but the top coat on one nail was not applied to the whole nail. One corner of the nail was missed. Later that night, 2 more nails lost large chunks of polish. Today, the white tips on several nails are beginning to lift and chip at the edges. 48 hours later, only 2 nails do not have noticeable chipping. I sent photos to the salon and asked for a refund and was denied. Obviously gel lasts much longer than regular polish, but having this be the result 48 hours post $40 manicure is not acceptable. read more

I'm glad I did :) Friendly service, lots of high end polish like Opi and Essie, very clean interior!! It's the little things that make this place 5 star worthy..manicure water has marbles to keep your hands entertained, hot towels, hot lotion at the end for your massage, and paper slippers. Nancy did my spa pedicure. I love/ hate getting the callus scrub. She did such a great job getting everything. Best massage hands down!! I will come back just for her!! She's got strong and soothing hands!! I was in heaven!! Coloring is pretty good too!! Can't believe she's the best of both worlds!! It's hard to come across one whos good at coloring and massaging!! I have had problems in the past with other places where I have a appointment but they still make me wait up to a half hour but not this place. They are always ready for their appointments! I usually do my own nails and toes and ended up with a bum knee over the summer and was restricted from doing my own toes so I ventured out and found Q Nails! I was so impressed after my first time that I suggested them to some friends! Take it from someone who has had issues with cutting nails too short or not listening - over charging to me actually getting up and walking out. So when I say I LOVE this place it's for good good reason!! In fact day of surgery my surgery buddy needed a pedi and mani so I told her to go see Jason! He was so sweet and remembered me and treated her like a queen! Trisha is great for manis and gel - so is Candice! I've had a few other ladies and didn't get their names but they were great as well! Nancy gives a great pedi and will clean up your callouses if you add that in. This last visit I tried the rock star gel and absolutely LOVE THEM!! My friend tried the regular gel and they are amazing as well! Love the strength and instant dry time :) Oh and I must speak of the chairs because going in two days before knee surgery was making me nervous and it wasn't necessary - they made me feel at home and put up the calf supports on the chair it was amazing and unlike any massage chair that I have sat in! I really do enjoy coming to this nail salon because everyone is so nice, however the last 2 times I've come here I've been cut on my fingers during the manicure. The last manicure she forgot I had a cut next to my nail that she had accidentally given me with nail file, and she kept going over the cut with the nail file, or her finger nail (trying to clean up the paint) now today it's red and swollen. Besides being cut a few times I do feel like all the girls aren't at the same level. Some days I'll get someone good and the next time my paint is already chipped at the side or my nail is pointed in a weird position. They do have a lot of really fun gel colors so that's a plus! They do a good job on my pedicure, but they don't know how to properly do dip powder. My second time going there and one of nails cracked in 24 hrs,( usually my nails last 3 weeks). They don't use the proper top coat, instead they use gel. I went in to fix my nail two days later as I work nights and ask if I would be charged because happened in 1 day to no fault of my own. The guy says "I won't charge you this time,but next time I will" with an attitude, as if there will be a next time. I had to pay for an uber to get there. Overall just a waste time and money. Two days after they supposedly fixed the same nail it cracked again. I don't know what cheap products they are using but it's not good quality. I've been getting dip powder for 7 years, I know it supposed to be done and how long it should last. Subpar quality and service. I don't need anything for free, just what I pay for! read more

I have been going to QNails and Spa for years - probably more than 10 years. I moved away and still travel the 40 minutes to see Jason, Lisa, Nancy, Ivy and the team. I've never had a bad manicure or pedicure here. The staff is kind and friendly, they're good at what they do. I'm so glad to be moving again where I'll be closer to the salon once more. Several customers kept the store afloat while the business was closed during Covid (meaning even though we weren't getting our nails done, we sent money so that the salon could stay open). That ought to tell you how great they are. You won't be disappointed, just make sure to call ahead if you don't want to wait.
