Nancy is the best nail tech out there. My mom and I have been going to her for years. She's fast, efficient, kind, and you can book an appt easily. Kim and Rosie are also great. I got gel x today from Nancy and they are so cute!
I used to come here with Nancy coz it was easy to get an appointment without waiting.. and was okay with whoever will do my mani/pedi , I called and came here because I was in a rush. So I showed a picture to this lady of what I want for my nails for my big day. At first she was it was okay and not giving attention to her because she was disagreeing what color I want, though she told me she's not good or confident to do the design, I even trust her and cheer her up that she can do it.. she didn't even bother of asking Nancy to help her. So I didn't start any scandal for this coz I don't have energy to complain but atleast do some good with a costumer to make them happy for the result of the work. So as time go by..she started talking to me like we're closefriend and scolding me about my cuticles etc... I just smiled and just think of back of my head that it is obviously thats why I'm her costumer to do work. Then she started to offer and forcing me to do the gel pedi when I don't want it, and said something "no money" and easily dirty. Long short story.. she's rushing me to get done and not taking it seriously to her work which is obviously you can tell the vibe of a person if she's like her job. Or she doesn't care at all..

I liked how fast it was to get an appointment and the service was also efficient. My pointer nail chipped the same day (I got a gel manicure) and I called Nancy and she was super helpful and let me come in the next day to fix it. Unfortunately, my pointer and middle finger chipped again the next day after she fixed it. I think it might be a polish issue. She also applied the coats very thinly so it could be that? I really like my manicurist and would give this place another chance but it was also sad to pay for a gel manicure only to get results of a bad regular manicure. My gel manicures usually last 4 weeks without any chipping. I don't think I can go back another time to fix the chips.
Nancy and her team are the best in the game! I've been going to her salon for over 3 years, and I can say with authority she is my favorite nail tech in the Los Angeles area. I'm pretty picky when it comes to the shape, length, and design of my acrylics, and she executes them brilliantly every time. I have recommended her to all of my friends, and strangers who have inquired about my nails. Her salon offers great gel pedicure and waxing services as well. Nancy and her staff are friendly and professional, and I cherish the friendship we have built over the years! Tell her Jill sent you, and she'll make sure you're well taken care of.
Came for the first time a few weeks ago, and got a beautiful french pedicure by Nancy! It lasted so long but my nails were growing out so came to get them redone. My mistake was letting a different lady do them and the difference is major!! Base color too pink+opaque, and Lots of imperfection in the french tip execution. Now I know to only ask for Nancy from now on...
Super crazy to say that my family and I have been coming to Nancy for over 15 years! She has always been super accommodating (even when we run late ) and has never disappointed. I always leave very satisfied with the services provided! When you walk in, everyone is very welcoming. You don't find yourself standing around waiting to be helped. They help you right away! This time around, I requested for acrylic nails. It was my first time so I didn't know what to expect. I provided her with a photo of something I was interested in. Nancy was able to replicate what was shown in the photo. Amazing! I was very happy with the results. 10/10 would recommend. Come thru yall!!!
Nancy and Kim are the best! I called ahead of time to get a Gel Mani and Pedi and they were nice enough to get me in towards the end of the day. The salon is clean, neat, new massage chairs which I love and loads of colors to choose from. They offer many services at a great price. Nancy was able to translate a design I wanted onto my short nails (I play music so unfortunately cannot have beautiful long acrylics) Her suggestion of color and design turned out to the exactly what I was looking for. They will not disappoint! I've found my new nail salon

I went in to get a mani/pedi and this was my manicure! Extremely disappointed and will not be going back. They charge you a $1 if you use a credit card. One of the ladies was also pushy about getting the tip in cash. Not a good overall experience. read more

Nancy Nails has been remodeled to include the most luxurious massaging Spa Pedicure stations and a big wall of new colors that are available in regular, gel and dip powder colors. My feet and hand color matches perfectly and the new colors have a beautiful sparkle. I have been going to Nancy for close to 10 years because the prices and services are fantastic. Very clean nail salon with plenty of color options for you to choose from! I made an appointment Monday morning for 6:30pm and they were pretty open. When I arrived, there were three nail technicians and only one lady getting her nails done--I was able to get seated immediately! The ladies were really nice and I enjoyed watching some TV while I was getting my nails done. I also asked for a spooky design for Halloween and they were able to recreate it perfectly at a fair price! Overall, great place and fair prices! Prices: I paid $33 for a gel manicure with design on my ring finger ($25 for gel and an additional $8 for the design). They do take credit card but like other nail salons, they charge $1. There is also a sign below the price board that says tips should be in cash! Parking: There's a large parking lot right outside the salon. There were plenty of spaces when I arrived so it is super convenient! They are also located right by glendale galleria/Americana so you can also go shopping right after with some glamorous nails! read more

I LOVE nancy nails & spa. my boyfriends mom introduced me to nancy and her salon since she's been a customer for 20+ years. This is my new go-to salon. they always do my nails how i want and they are so kind. i got birthday nails done and asked for long, gel x with french tip and chrome. i also got gel on my toes. i love this set so much!! will continue going here always. read more

Nancy and her team did a great job! She was very flexible with me in scheduling my appointment so I can come in before hours and not be late for work. I was booking for a couples pedicure and manicure for my boyfriend and I. My boyfriend did a clear polish and enjoyed the message and chairs. I have been coming to Nancy for almost 5-6 years?!! Time really flies! She always knows how to get the color or style that I like. I love that she is so fast too! Parking is always easy, if you have an appt .. they are always on time. The place is clean and beautiful. The lady that does my pedicures too is so amazing. She is very attentive to my big toes that have ingrown nails on the side. Anyways.. TMI hahaha. Remember to bring CASH to tip! And I'm so happy and in love with my nails . I've held off writing anything negative about Nancy's nails because of the fact that the people that work there are nice. However, today is the last time I go to Nancy's nails unfortunately. Every time I've asked for a design in the past it's been extremely sloppy. If you don't know how to do the design or aren't confident YOU SHOULD LET THE CLIENT KNOW! Today, I went in for a chrome ombre, which I asked ahead of time if they could do & they said YES. upon arrival I was told they only have one color of chrome. AGAIN! Those are things YOU SHOULD LET THE CLIENT KNOW ahead of time! Lastly, I choose a color and give it to them to apply. I pick a matching toe nail color to go with my hand. When my nails are being done & color is applied & put in the gel machine I realized it looks a little more pink than the color I chose. I bring it up to the technician and she then tells me it's the same color however on the sample nail it looks different because it's a sample nail and on my nail it looks another color. AGAIN!! THOSE ARE THINGS YOU SHOULD LET A CLIENT KNOW BEFOREHAND! I had a sitter watching my baby so I could get my nails done and was on a time crunch (which the technician knew) . When I bring it up to her that the color is not what I wanted she proceeds to tell me she could put silver which is not at all what I had wanted at any point. THAT IS NOT OKAY! She would've had to take the polish off and start over and that would've been more time than I had available. I proceed to let her finish and keep the color because I can't leave the salon with nails half done. She still charges me I pay her I leave and now I will never return. People, you get what you pay for. I hope the owner of the business reads this and makes some changes in how they communicate to their clients. Very disappointing. I use to refer people here, now I will not. TIPS: 1. asked ahead of time if they can do what you want. 2. They are not good at designs. 3. They rush you ALWAYS! 4. When getting a pedicure, be careful! they have cut me 3 times. read more

So happy I came here! The people are very friendly, I LOVE how Nancy did my nails! And the lady that did my pedicure was great too! I never leave reviews but I had to for this place (: I really recommend it to someone that is looking for a new nail place to go too. The old nail salon I was going to would charge me so much, so I glad I found Nancy the prices are amazing! read more
