I follow this page on IG, and finally decided to try them. When I checked the website there were no appointments for when I needed but they did also say they take walk-ins. I decided to text the business, to see if there were any cancellations and they responsed so quickly and very professional (which is a rare fine already these days). Just my luck there was an open appointment, and I booked with IVY whom I wanted to see. The shop is very clean, and modern minimal style which is right up my alley. I was greeted right when I came in, and actually taken right away. I told her I was a first time customer, and IVY took the time to ask me questions about what I wanted for my eyebrows. She even asked me if I was okay with starting me while she finishing tinting someone else (I appreciate she gave me the option, and I didnt mind her going between both of us) Everything was a 10/10. The way she mapped my eyebrows, the conversation/music we were listening too. She checked in with me during every step to make sure I was comfortable, and happy. I would definitely go back for tinting after talking to IVY about them. After the shaping, she asked me if I wanted them filled in as well (she even offered if I wanted to watch her to do it step by step). I actually really loved my eyebrows, with the fill in & with out. I've been searching for a good place to get my eyebrows done for a long time. The saying "You get what you pay for" is honestly true when it comes to these small $12 dollar threading shops. The threader will always leave my eyebrows to different shapes and blame it on me as far as that's how my eyebrows just are. Loveee this place. I found Yoadi through a friend and every time she does my brows , they always look amazing. I get them waxed and tinted. She always takes the time to measure out my brows to my face and shows me more or less where my shape is going to be . I never feel rushed through my appointment which I love and appreciate. Thank god I found this place! If you need your lashes done come here and you can also get your brows done. What's better than 2 birds, one stone? Shailah aka VIP Lash Extensions did absolutely amazing on my lashes. I mean wow. So wispy and full and beautiful. She took her time with it and is an amazing Virgo so her attention to detail was just wow.. chefs kiss! She took 2.5 hours brushing and fanning my lashes and refilling any spaces that needed to be touched up. I really appreciate her so much these just so happen to be my lashes that I will be wearing for my birthday. I've only had the set for a few hours and can't wait to come back already. I will definitely be trying the bottom lashes too. Total was $220 for this service. Worth every penny. I highly advise booking in advance because she's always booked and busy. I love her pink set up it was so girly. She provided me with a blanket so I was warm. Her seating is different but there's a specific angle she works best at so keep that in mind. Nothing uncomfortable though the pillows she has you sit on are soft and cushiony. I honestly fell asleep while listening to my audiobook and I have never done that at my lash service before. This goes to show how comfortable and how relaxed I was. I woke up to a beautiful new set of lashes. She gave me a great after care kit too with spooly, lash wash, etc. Danielle did my eyebrows and did amazing laminating, threading, and tinting them. It was virtually painless and she also took about an hour to do them. The tint was a bit dark at the front of my brows for my liking, I informed her of this and she removed some of it. I like that she was open to my input and feedback and made the necessary corrections to provide me with a satisfactory result. I paid $180 for this service. The salon itself is beautiful. Modern and sleek. It's all white; two entrances but they prefer you to use the front. They do have a restroom. The set up is mainly eyebrow chairs, with ample seating and snacks and a separate room in the back for the lashes. It does get busy in the salon itself as people are interchanging to accommodate for their services. I would advise parking in the back drive past the Starbucks plaza and hang a left and you'll enter the parking lot that way but be sure to ask for a paper parking pass that says brow essence on it as cars have been known to get towed. This review is for work done in 2023 at a different shop, so I can't speak to the shop she's currently working in. As a woman in my 50s, I was very cautious about getting my brows microbladed. I did extensive research, and when I found Aly on Instagram, I was immediately impressed. Her portfolio included plenty of examples on melanated skin, which is rare and deeply important. As a medium-toned Black woman, being able to see results on skin that looked like mine gave me confidence in her skill and sensitivity. From start to finish, Aly was meticulous, professional, and incredibly patient. She used every available technique to make the process as comfortable as possible--and I felt none of the horror stories I'd read about elsewhere. What truly stood out was the amount of time she spent mapping my brows. She didn't rush a single step. In fact, I think she spent as much time planning as she did actually microblading, and I mean that as the highest compliment. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She also did something I didn't even know I needed: she subtly lifted the tails of my brows so they didn't slope downward, giving my face a more lifted, youthful appearance. It was such a thoughtful and skilled adjustment--one I never would've known to ask for, but I'm so glad she made. I went back a month later for a touch-up, and now, nearly two years later, I still love my brows. I wake up and go--no pencils, no fuss. It's one of the best self-care decisions I've made, and I only wish I'd done it decades ago. If you're considering microblading, especially as a Black woman or someone with melanated skin, I cannot recommend Aly enough. She's the real deal. read more

First, let me say when I walked in the shop I was taken aback at how clean, elegant and organized everything was. I sat down for my appointment and got started right away. I was talked through every step. My brow tech was Ivy, she even let me know I may not need tinting even though I booked it. (My eyebrows are pretty thick.)
