Fruit tea, matcha strawberry
angelica s.

I can see why the reviews are so great! Not only was the drinks yummy, the service was top notch! I believe the owner was this man standing outside with a giant boba. He was super adorable and welcoming. The staff that took my order was really nice too. Drinks: matcha strawberry was really good, they had real puréed strawberries in the drink and the matcha was nice, dark, and rich. The other drink was the fruit tea and that was super refreshing with fresh cuts of fruits. Both were satisfying on a hot day. Parking lot is in the back and plenty of spaces.

Nice spot for a meet up and conversation. The drinks are solid with adjustable sugar. If you're looking for a dessert-y option, we liked the mango matcha drink. There's a good balance between the mango and matcha and I think 25% is the right amount of sugar. Convenient parking lot in back but note this place doesn't have restrooms.

Mâcha Mango Mille: I asked for 50% sweetness as how I like it. 4-star I enjoyed the Mâcha flavor as how described by the lady in charge. It's quality. Mango purée is very tasty, but only Tiny little portion on the very bottom. Mostly I can taste is Milk n mâcha. Fruity Tea: 3-star It's overly sweet for my 50% request of sweetness...fresh fruit bits but all I can taste is sugar water kind. My 1st time here. It's a pretty decent tea spot. I'll try the Mâcha Mango Milk drink, but for sure asking for more mango purée to be at least 1/3 of the drink portion!

Tried matcha mango and it tastes very refreshing and not overpowering. Matcha doesn't have bitter taste either.

Teressa killed the service, was very welcoming. She took her time and explained the popular drinks, he also included her favorites as well. The locations was nice and quiet. There was people on the computer on their Wifi enjoying their drinks. The also sell very well prices toys and plushies. My daughter ordered a Butterfly Drink and did not notice it came with sparkling water. They were nice enough to change her order completely and give her a Matcha Mango, which she loved. They let me keep the Butterfly and I give it a 10/10 in flavor and creativity. My wife ordered a Strawberry Matcha drink and also enjoyed it. She requested a 50% sweetness and stated it was still very flavorful and not too sweet. We are very close to this location and will be exploring more of their flavors.

Came on a Sunday around 4pm. Parking is located in the back. It was not too busy so we were able to get seats. The place is small but cutely decorated. They have 3 regular tables and 3 small high tables. The regular tables each have an outlet and there is WiFi so can defintely do some studying here. They play kpop music and have a stamp card reward. Drinks: - $6.25 Butterfly in Love Lemonade (7/10): the drink was good but reminds me of a passionfruit cider - $6.50 Latte Strawberry (8/10): reminds me of strawberry milk - $5 Coconut-Macadamia Cookies: the cookies were good, the coconut was very subtle. they also have a chocolate-almond version. can try the samples before buying The drinks and snacks are not bad and it's a pretty nice place to study. Seats were not cushioned but it did not bother me. Service was good.

Was craving fruit tea after the 626 market and found this spot on the map! I tried the house fruit tea with lychee jelly and no sugar and my boyfriend got a mango latte with boba and 50% sweetness. Both were honestly so good!! The mango latte was creamy and sweet and my house fruit was such a nice blend of fruit - it had pieces of strawberries, passion fruit seeds, and slices of lemon and lime. It's cute and cozy in here and there are some good restaurants in this shopping center. And the staff are friendly and helpful right when you walk in. They also do a weekly raffle for boba plushies!

This was not my first choice for boba, but it was nearest to me at that time. There is parking in the back and there are a few tables inside. I had Ocean Breeze which is matcha, cream foam and butterfly pea. Since there is foam, you have to mix the drink to get the flavors completed blended. There's a decent selection of different drinks which is nice. The staff was pleasant and the drinks came in a reasonable amount of time.

Peach Oolong Tea

Excellent service. They are very friendly here and even offer the option to enter a weekly raffle. The drinks are delicious and taste fresh. I love that they don't taste artificial. Peach Oolong Tea is my fav! It's a small spot with limited parking in the back, but it's cute and definitely worth a try.

Ordered oolong with house made peach puree and it was so refreshing. Boba was perfectly cooked, and my drink was served quickly within 5 minutes. The shop is cute and has various small gacha toys for sale as well.

I love their matcha mango milk tea here! They have a variety of unique drinks to choose from and the interior is so cutely decorated with boba plushies. The worker was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. They have several tables available and makes a nice study spot. There is parking available in the back of the buildings. I tried their matcha mango milk tea with aloe vera and oat milk with half sweet and it was so good. The matcha was rich and the mango bits gave a perfect sweetness. I also tried the sparkling strawberry yakult and it's good if you enjoy a fizzy drink. Overall a very cute boba shop with great unique drinks. I'd definitely recommend their matcha mango milk!

Cute little boba shop with great drinks and eager service. Found this place because I was looking for a place that would have non-caffeinated drinks that my kiddo would like (sadly, slushies are not on the list). Free parking in the back. On our way down the sidewalk, there was a man holding a stuffed boba who was advertising for the shop who insisted that my daughter hold the stuffie - I get the sense they're doing their best to drum up more customers. Their menu is fairly extensive - the only thing they were missing that I would have wished for is sago. It sounds like their fruit purees are made with real fruit. I got a peach oolong tea with cheese cap and no additional sugar, and it was perfect for my taste - they were worried it wouldn't be sweet enough and offered to add syrup if I didn't think it was sweet enough after I tasted it. My husband was also happy with his drink, and my daughter loved her butterfly in love lemonade. I tasted her drink and it was refreshing and not too sweet at 25% sugar. The next time we're out this way, I will definitely try to get the fam to stop here again.

Matcha Strawberry, Ocean Breeze, and Matcha Mango (left to right)

Small boba store that is easy to miss on Baldwin Ave. There are tables inside for seating. Plushies and toys decorate the wall, creating a nice ambiance. Staff was alright but they had trouble hearing us through the plastic divider. There were free cute stickers by the cashier, and they offer stamp cards. We tried three different drinks: 1. Matcha Strawberry ($6.95): strawberry puree on the bottom with oat milk substitute and matcha. The strawberry taste was too strong so that's all I could taste. 2. Matcha Mango ($6.95): similar to the Mango Strawberry but instead with mango puree. It tasted too much like mango, overpowering the matcha. 3. Ocean Breeze ($6.75): substituted the heavy cream with oat milk so not sure if that made the drink like this but it was only half filled. For $7, that is such a scam. The other half was just blue colored foam that came the oat milk? You can see in my picture that the ice only floats in the middle of the cup which shows that's where the liquid is. I checked other pictures on here and the ice is also halfway. And it just tasted like matcha latte, not sure where the butterfly pea tea is cause we couldn't taste it. Their drinks look aesthetic but don't taste that good. Maybe the Matcha Strawberry and Mango were a preference issue but the Ocean Breeze was really such a scam. These are not worth $7 a cup.

It is one of the most local popular tea shops in the valley. They gave a welcoming vibe and a convenient kiosk for faster ordering. I came late afternoon to grab some refreshing tea. I was in the mood for a new a new boba tea house so I said why not 3CAT. Atmosphere was nice and seems very popular with locals. They have limited seats both indoor and outdoor. I had an Avomango smoothie. It was one of the best boba smoothie I had in a while. They can rival Cha Redefine with the type of boba tea they serve. Service was spot on. Staff were very industrious and competent. Prices were reasonable that match the quality. Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed their refreshing smoothie. I highly recommend.

The pineapple tart is more like a dessert drink (I don't think it has caffeine), and it's probably one of my top 3 favorite drinks. It tastes like a pineapple milkshake without being blended. I've also tried the mango tart, which is very tasty as well. I've been here a few times already and service is usually pretty helpful and friendly. Regarding ambiance, this place is mostly for to-go drinks. Yes, there is a little bit of seating, but not enough to be a hangout spot. Happy to have such a great tea shop as an option in Arcadia, especially when I need a sweet and creamy treat!

The first time I had ChiCha San Chen was at the San Gabriel location, when it was still new. I…read morewaited a very long time in line for a peach drink, and it was genuinely one of the best boba drinks I've had. I hadn't gone back since because I'm never in San Gabriel, but when I heard that Chicha San Chen was opening in Arcadia, I was super excited, since I live near the new Arcadia location. Since ChiCha had a stellar reputation for their teas and quality of drinks, and since I'd had such a delicious drink at the San Gabriel location, even when they were absolutely packed and SWAMPED, I assumed Arcadia would maintain the same quality. Unfortunately, I was sorely and utterly mistaken to think that. I first visited Chicha San Chen in Arcadia on Halloween 2025, and it wasn't super busy despite it being a brand new location. That should have been my first warning sign, that there were many better boba spots to spend my hard-earned money on. I can think of at least eight different boba spots off the top of my head within a 1-mile radius of ChiCha, where I can be guaranteed a drink that at least tastes like tea. Depressingly, I had the misfortune of spending my Halloween and my cash on a dong ding oolong tea at ChiCha instead. The Ding ding oolong tea, despite being one of the best sellers at the time, was very watered down. Oolong tea is a very strong and fragrant brew, especially when you choose lower sugar and ice levels like I do, but somehow ChiCha managed to mess it up. It wasn't just me as well, my friend also ordered the Ding dong oolong tea without cream, and he agreed that it was watered down. Adding to the experience was the fact that there was absolutely nowhere to sit, despite the location being pretty empty besides people picking up their drinks and leaving. After that absolutely amazing first impression of Arcadia's ChiCha San Chen, I have avoided this location like the plague! Sadly, I received a bubble milk tea as a gift this Friday. Someone had asked me what I'd wanted from another nearby boba shop, but unbeknownst to me, had changed their mind and gone to ChiCha. I spotted the drink on my desk, saw the ChiCha packaging, and prayed against reality that they had gone to a location besides the Arcadia one, especially since the presumably TEA drink looked suspiciously WHITE. Still, I held out hope that maybe, the sad state of my past oolong tea had been an unfortunate fluke; perhaps I'd come on an off-day, and maybe they'd improved since then. Alas, my spirit of good faith was for naught. I should have know from the color, or lack thereof, of the drink. Despite being a bubble milk TEA, presumably using black tea like most traditional milk teas do, the drink is BARELY OFF-WHITE. However, don't let the vague beige-ness fool you. That beige is not from tea; it's from the brown sugar syrup that's mixed with the boba. The drink looks like those brown sugar boba MILKS that used to be so very popular in the mid-2010s, and boy, does it sure taste like it. I was looking forward to some caffeine, but at that point I wasn't even sure if they put any tea in the drink. It was watered down, I tasted almost no tea, and somehow it was worse than the Halloween oolong tea. It's funny because I could literally tell which location the person who gave me the drink went to just based on the taste, or should I say, the lack of taste, of the bubble milk tea. I asked them later to confirm that yes, they had gone to the Arcadia location. I LOVE milk tea, but I really don't like just milk, so I ended up throwing the drink away after I was out of sight of the person who gave me the drink. I only drank about a quarter of the drink. Honestly, it was genuinely impressive how a renowned boba tea chain can't figure out how to make a basic bubble milk tea properly where you can actually taste the tea. However, I will give them props for one thing -- the boba itself, as in the actual tapioca pearls, were perfect. I understand ChiCha is known for their fruit drinks, so I wonder if that's why I don't see more reviews saying the tea is watered down at this location -- perhaps people got fruit teas and those fruit teas were good. Which begs the question: if your location can only (presumably) make fruit teas decently, then why bother having any milk teas in the menu? Boba drinks are expensive, it really sucks to pay so much for a drink, expect an at least DECENT milk tea, and getting watered-down, subpar disappointment instead. What a shame; this location seems to be the only ChiCha location that's like this. I will not be going back, why bother coming here when I can go to literally any of the other million boba shops around the SGV for a basic decent milk tea??
