We went there almost daily in the early-mid 70s for lunch. My favorite was the scallops on Friday, these are not heavily breaded, and have a unique taste. Another is the corned beef hash on Thursdays. The antipasto salad is great and the corn muffins are the best around. Gus is still running the place - he was a "junior" way back when I first started going. I'm glad he has kept it running and expanded it over the years. whenever I'm in Worcester, I go there, and my sisters still go once in a while. It has a hometown atmosphere, which is great being that Worcester is my home town. There have been many, many servers / waitresses there and all have been excellent.

The home fries needed seasoning, badly. The omelette was good. Mainly carried by the feta. We did agree on the coffee: not favorably. It "delivered the goods," but it wasn't very good. It seemed watery.
