This place doesn't know how to get your orders right they charge you and then when you say your order was wrong the try to charge you for the right order after. And after telling them 4 times what my order was they still gave us the wrong sandwiches(if you could call them that) we had to rebuild the burgers after unwrapping them and the mayo/ ketchup is all over the outside of the bun. 10out of10 would recommend going to a different location maybe they will be better. read more

Came here at 1:30 am for some late-night, regret in the morning food to satiate my grumbling belly. --Waited in the drive-thru line FOREVER --Started out the experience at the window being handed drinks that were not part of our order... handed back said drinks. --Waited for a bit. --Was handed a large bag of food which we immediately began checking to be sure the delivered order was correct. --As we are checking said food, window employee looks straight at me and states "Can you just take it and go?" --"No" I reply... "I would like the 4-piece chicken nuggets I paid for" --We are handed chicken nuggets then proceed into the night. Seriously?!?! I understand that a teenager's last choice on a Saturday night is to be working a fast food restaurants drive-thru window... but it doesn't mean they have a pass to simply be rude to customers because they are tired and annoyed. I just went here order a baconator and a CHOCOLATE frosty she tried giving me a Peppermint frosty and said that's what I said I am almost positive chocolate and peppermint don't sound ANYTHING alike, and I got a mini baconator burger with one patty, cheese and bacon for $10.14 unbelievable just pure laziness and lack of giving the correct order, no RECEPT either. I'm not really sure why I stopped here the other day. Oh yes, I didn't want McDonald's which the kids did. I should have just gotten lunch with the kids. My luck here over the years has not been very good and this visit was no different. This location is usually not the cleanest and I'd rather hold it then use the bathroom here. I used the drive thru since the kids already had theirs. The staff at the window seemed friendly enough although there seemed to be a bit of a language barrier. Lucky for me I decided to park and eat my sandwich rather then take it with me. What a surprise to find out they made my sandwich wrong. Now I am forced to walk in the restaurant sandwich in hand. I had to wait at the counter for a few minutes as the employees whispered to each other first, probably to figure out who draws the short straw. Eventually I get my new sandwich from the manager, but to be honest, at this point I'm just cussing myself for stopping here in the first place. read more

Avoid this Wendy's at all cost. I ordered the 4 for 4 chicken wrap to go and a large chocolate frosty,(literally the only reason I ever go to Wendy's) and was told the total was 6.52$. I pull up to the window and some lady with a mean and aggravated look on her face tells me the total is $10.97. Instantly I'm triggered because I feel as though this lady is trying to steal some money from me. So I mean mug her back and say actually the total is 6.52$. Without saying anything she looks at the screen and looks at me again and takes my card. She hands me the bag and drinks and says have a good night, trying to rush me along as if she just didn't try to scam me. I say can I have my receipt please and my card was charged 6.52$. Ok atleast they fixed that but after I drive away I look in my bag to find no straw for my drink and no spoon for my frosty. .. the chicken wrap is just a slab of chicken with barely anything else in it. It was dinner time when we stopped here around 6. The kids were cranky from a lot of driving so we needed to in and out fast. There were literally 5 people behind the register and nobody was willing to help I guess there's only one cashier but still no greetings or no "she will be right back with you" nothing. I was standing there looking confused because you think their service would be quick duh fast food! Let me go on record as saying that the only reason this establishment is getting one star is because they do indeed serve food. That is the beginning and end of anything positive, however. While we are speaking of food, let me address that: you don't expect amazing quality at a fast food restaurant, you just expect it to be cheap, quick, and cheerful. This wasn't. I waited an excruciatingly long time, and when my food was finally served, it was cold. Ok, things happen...but that wasn't the worse part.... The "customer service" was so incredibly appalling, that I was shocked. Yes, shocked. The two girls behind the counter were so negative, miserable and disgruntled...as if they wanted their misery to be inflicted upon others. They were clearly stressed, but decided to take it out on all the customers! Terrible move... When I finally made it to the "dining room", it looked like Stalingrad after the battle. We have come here a handful of times and keep smacking ourselves in the head for forgetting how awful service is here. They always mess up an order one way or another. It's obvious the workers are not happy there and have attitudes when you try to tell them they messed up or forgot a drink. It's clear their manager must be horrible to work for. Stopped here for a quick lunch on our way home. I ordered chicken tenders with fries and my husband ordered a burger, all to go. They said my tenders will take six minutes but then they give us the fries and sandwich right away. I go here because I hate McDonald's and sometimes you need to pick up fast food when you're in a rush (this place is close to where I live). It's a fast food place, so I have low expectations on the quality of food (but It's much better then McDonald's), but I agree with the other reviews - the service here stinks...If you go through the drive thru - check to make sure you got what you paid for (they may either forget to give you something that you paid for or may mess up your order all together)... read more
