Absolute trash. Extremely greasy, overpriced, and bland. Cheese sauce has no flavor. They told me after I paid that they were out of a specific topping. Then they forgot to include two of the other toppings. $17 is ridiculous for a food court burger with no fries or drink. Many better places for food at the Worcester a public Market. read more

Located in a small plaza like corner in Kelly Square, the burger bah offers a wide variety of burgers to choose from. They offer basic, to "fancy". The patties ate nice and juicy, but the toppings are made and then they obviously sit until needed. Chicken wings came out nice and crispy and the sauces on the side we had were pretty decent. They had run out of lettuce and while one of the servers said there was nothing they could do, the cook then went around to the other food places and managed to get some lettuce, so kudos to him for making things right read more

First off, best burger I have ever had. It was juicy and it was ginormous I couldn't even fit my mouth around it. the Bacon is delicious, the cheese is delicious, and the fries are amazing. What a great food marketplace to gather with some friends and family and just explore all the foods they have to offer there. They have a variety of Japanese, burgers, Jamaican, Mexican, Italian, and many others as well. My wife and I took a stab at a few places and did a few tastings for some bubble tea and smoothies and some Mexican cuisine. Also wrapped up our day with dessert with some nitrogen ice cream--which is a first here in the Woo. Bubble bee cafe is where you can grab some boba milk tea and smoothies. What a lot of folks might not notice is that they also offer fried foods selections. We also tried out Taqueria Del Pueblo for some Mexican food. Had the chicken quesadilla, pulled pork taco and chicken taco. I enjoyed the tacos...the chicken quesadilla was a bit dry in my opinion. Also, parking is a mad house here. If you're not familiar with Kelly Square here then you might have a challenge finding some parking. There is paid parking in the back where the gate is. Or you can park around on the street but beware of posted signs as there's residential parking as well. Overall great place to hang out and try a variety of different foods. Enjoy folks. read more

I was so excited to come to this restaurant that was inside a marketplace when I first got up to the vendor location the person was not there and it took probably about 15 minutes for him to come to take my order. When he finally came, I ordered loaded bah fries, the buff chicken and I asked if I could have them with sweet potato fries he said yes and he said it would be eight minutes for him to make them so I sat down at a table and watched him make my food and as I'm watching him make my food, I noticed that he doesn't have any gloves on and he's touching my chicken and cutting it up with his bare hands. But the blatant disrespect came when I noticed another customer that looked like he was his friend come up and start talking to him, and then he allowed the customer to put his hand in my food and eat out of it!! I immediately got up and I confronted both the WORKER and the customer about not having gloves on and two, allowing the customer to eat out of my food and immediately ask for a refund. This is disgusting and is not sanitary I would never ever eat at this place or recommend it. The worker should be fired and if he is the owner, then he should be fined heavily. read more

The Burger Bah caught my attention as soon as I entered the food court. I was skeptical when I saw the grills overly dry to the point it was white in color with zero oils on it at all. Got a side of sweet potato fries along with the Chandler Hill burger. The burger, both sides were burnt black and crispy, taste meh and could've been better. The fries stole the show and my picky toddler son ate most of it. I feel like this was a fluke and would give it another shot next time. read more

The Worcester public market is a new farmers market/food court in Worcester. Parking is in the back for about $4/hour. They have organic, fresh food shops selling ware as well as a food court with everything from bagels to tacoss. There is also a wachusetts brewing bar in the back. There are so many people here, making it hard to navigate and move comfortably. I will have to come during the week to see how different it is in the daytime. read more

This place has it all from Japanese cuisine, burgers, pasta, tacos, and bubble tea. In addition to food, there are shops that focus on selling local products. So come by and support the local vendors! There is plenty of parking nearby that you can pay by the hour or if money is tight then there is also free parking in the surrounding area around Kelley Square. read more

Happy to see something like this open up in Worcester. There are many vendors and we tried the Jamaican vendor and had bubble tea. Both delicious. There was barely any room to stand, however, and lines were hard to decipher. It seemed more of a free for all at some of the more popular spots. The entire place was far too crowded which poses a larger issue down the line for people with disabilities. I'm guessing that since it was open I g weekend there were far more people than expected. I will certainly be back for many meals and drinks at the tap room. read more

Finally got to check this place out! Have some cute stores and small restaurants. It's like a miniature version of Faneuil Hall except Worcester is not a walking city and the shops/restaurants aren't on top of one another. Wachusett's brew yard has almost their own separate area. There are some shops you can only get from outside like Worcester Wares second location and some vegan shop which when I went was closed because they were sold out. Some you can get to from inside and outside like Stillman's Farms and the Legacy Deli. The seating area is small. They have bathrooms as well. We got tacos from taqueria del pueblo. They are pretty good but they are very tiny. You only have the option of one hot sauce. The tacos cost the same as if you were to go next door to el patron (our favorite restaurant) where you get bigger tacos, bigger menu selection and 3 hot sauce options. It's convenient if someone wants something else and you want tacos but if you really want Mexican, I suggest next door or their siblings restaurant, Pepe's. We also tried MoMo's Palace which sells dumplings. We thought soup dumplings but they were not. They were still very good although we have nothing else to compare it to. We got jerk chicken from One Love Cafe and it was very delicious! Reminded us of the jerk chicken we had in Jamaica. We tried ice cream from the sub zero ice cream. They weren't very helpful with the explanations and the written explanations were a bit confusing. I would hope as time goes on they will figure that out. But the banana ice cream was okay and my boyfriend had lime slushy ice type and he said it was good. Creative cakes I got a cake pop and my boyfriend got some dipped cookies. These were nothing special and things that we could make at home. If you are going to sell items you kind of are expecting a wow taste that goes above and beyond what you yourself can create. The Northampton Olive Oil store sells some great items - BBQ sauces & rubs, olive oils (obviously), local bacon, JaJu's pierogis (local company), and other various local made items. All in all the WPM is worth checking out. I still have yet to try the burger joint in there, the bubble tea place that makes these amazing waffle desserts, the Japanese restaurant, and the pasta place that makes their own pasta and sells fresh pasta, the deli, the vegan place, and to buy some of Stillman Farm's items although I thought they would be selling meat there (and every time I've been there, there is not meat). Really conflicted. The staff was very nice and I understand that no one is forcing me to eat there, so prices shouldn't matter, I guess. But here is what I got for $12: A frozen, then deep fried chicken cutlet on a bun with lettuce, tomato and pickles. That's it. No fries, no drink. Just an uninspired sandwich that cost $12. And this is not a service restaurant - they call your name and you walk up to get your food. Now, if this was some artisan sandwich with in-house bread/bun and a special, home-made sauce, then maybe it fits into a better category? But when the main ingredient is grabbed from a plastic bag and deep fried....well, that is a $5 sandwich just about anywhere else. I hope they succeed - but hopefully they make some adjustments to either their pricing or their ingredients. read more

I am so thankful Worcester has something like this, a place where you can support local businesses and get amazing food. Came here on a Saturday morning and was able to find street parking. I didn't realize there was parking in the back until afterwards. The max capacity is about 80 people or so and the vendors are all wearing masks. We love places like this with a mixed selection of food options. Less interesting are the craft/shopping areas. The African cafe has a tofu option as well as a salmon option for their build a bowl/wrap, but my daughter wasn't interested in the veggies that accompany the bowl so we didn't end up ordering there. It seemed really popular, though! The Jamaican stand also had some vegetarian options which we look forward to trying. We did get some momos from the momo place, the vegetarian dumplings with the soup-which is a tomato-sesame-peanut based pureed soup. Very, very good. We also stopped for some sweets from the Brazilian desserts lady. The brewery looked fun, and the burger place was also popular with a faux burger option, which is not something we usually eat. I saw this place on Instagram. It looked good enough to try. We'd never been to Worcester Public Market bc of COVID. Awesome place. The buzz there and around Kelley Square is so exciting. We got an angus burger and a chicken sandwich with fries. The burger tasted good but was super thin which I like. If you have a burger like that the bun needs to match. It just seemed lacking to me. Needs a bigger burger or a thinner bun with a double patty option. Fries were seasoned well. I hate when fries aren't salted and these were liberally salted with I think kosher salt or another flaked type. Chicken Sammy was average. Nothing bad but nothing to write home about. For the price ($14 for a sandwich and fries) I expected more. Five guys or chick fil a are better and cheaper. That being said, I will still give it another go with hopefully better results. read more

What a fun new addition to Worcester! The Market has limited hours but the food court and the brewery are open late. I went with a couple friends to grab dinner after a retreat and we all ate at different places. I appreciated that all the spots served very fresh food, and most cooked our plates before our eyes. Prices are very reasonable, very spacious and great for groups and families, plus the facilities are super clean. I am a bit disappointed that the hours are limited as exploring the vendors until 9pm would be great, especially on weekends, but hopefully with time, some vendors will remain open. read more

When I brought this to the attention of the two employees they responded "yeah that's how they come, they come out of the cold fridge we don't have a sauté pan here". I was very excited for this place to open, as Worcester could always use more quick, convenient lunch options. While there is the unfortunate added cost for parking ($4/hr), there are alternative street parking options as well. I know there are stores still in the process of being set up, but the market itself almost feels like a temporary pop-up that could disappear the week later at this point. The best thing about the WPM though is the variety of eating options they offer. I for one have been desperately searching for a Boba place that has more than milk teas on their menu. Would I say the things I have tried so far is the best thing I ever ate? No, but did it make me happy regardless? You bet. I would like to come back in about a month to see how things are. read more

I love what they are doing with Kelley Square cause it definitely needed something done. The Public Market is cute and fun for an afternoon out for dinner and a beer. They have a lot of different food options and cute little vendors to buys local cheese, honeys, etc. Wachusett Brewery is also here and packed which is awesome cause I love me a Wachusett Watermelon. We tried the Mexican restaurant and the tacos were good and a fair price along with a chicken burrito which was good. Overall had a nice time and will probably be back! read more

Went here this past weekend with my wife and in laws to see what the hype was all about. It was definitely worth braving Kelley square and the parking situation. They did a really good job getting a nice mix of food vendors, gift stores, with the Wachusett brewery as an anchor. The #1 highlight was Taqueria del Pueblo which had legitimately great street tacos. The Al pastor and carne asada tacos took me back to when I lived in Mexico and the carnitas and chicken tacos were very solid as well and a cut above typical New England Mexican food. We also enjoyed some sweets from Jennifer Lee's bakery which was excellent and much needed for Worcester folks with food allergies. Very excited to come back and try all the other places. read more

OK so I'm gonna write this review and I'm gonna put a disclaimer I want kind of towards the end of their serving hours, so maybe that had an impact on my experience. I went there with my fiancé last night, he didn't complain about his burger he enjoyed it he ate it all. I got the beyond burger, Styled with the tomatoes onions lettuce and fried pickles. My burger seemed overcooked, it was a little tough, and the fried pickles were hard. It didn't leave a great impression on me. I'd be willing to try it again, if I went earlier than the end of the evening maybe when some of the stuff is fresher. But the service was great, the workers were super friendly, it was just my food was a bit off. read more

Holy OVERPRICED everything! This is Worcester, not Wellesley! I could not believe the prices I was seeing, it was ridiculous. I won't be back. I eat out at a lot of restaurants in the city but this is just nuts. You can't charge $5.00 to park for a half an hour and then charge someone $9.00 for a small ice cream. And Stillman's had donuts that I was ready to buy but they were the size of quarters, and it was a crazy price for a dozen of these bite size "donuts". I can't remember what it was but I walked away disgusted, I'm trying to be truthful here. I can't see this doing very well as there are no attractions in this area except for eating establishments. Yay! We've been waiting for the WPM to open and we are so happy it's here! It's a great place to come hungry and explore. Very family friendly with so many options. They have plenty of local vendors selling various food options such as Mexican, Italian, and Asian. They also have a deli and dessert options. If you like bubble tea, stop by for that as well! Make sure to have a beer at Wachusett Brewery. They have plenty of beer options along with some cider choices and hard seltzer. Some of the other vendors include a vegan and allergy friendly bakery, a leather goods store, Worcester Wares (Worcester themed goods!), Smiths Country Cheese, candles, kitchen and cooking items and a few other vendors that I'm forgetting! Follow WPM on Instagram to see it all! They have plenty of seating to eat as well. As of right now, parking is very tricky (especially if you don't know the area) but I promise you there are plenty of lots spread around the WPM along with metered street parking. They have a free lot behind Burger King that has a shuttle that runs during peak hours (check Instagram!). Just drive around and you'll be sure to find something. Just don't park in any lots that specifically tell you not to park there because you will for sure be towed! Once parked, enjoy WPM plus all the other stores and restaurants in the Canal District! This spot is so fun! There are many food spots to try new things! The sub zero ice cream was fantastic. Make sure to try the peanut butter. It was so delicious and the owners, Mark and Rita were so friendly! The bubble bee tea was fantastic. The retail spots are varied and offer great gift ideas. I tried the cookie dough cupcake from Creative Cakes by Colleen and it was hands down the best cupcake I've ever had. I've tried several of their cupcakes and biscotti in the past and have never been disappointed. Super good, huge cupcakes w/ great value, and they always have fun new flavors like smores etc. A highlight of the market and a MUST visit. read more
