I am so upset with this Chic fil a. I lovedddd their kale crunch salad, but after ordering it on Monday, I will never return. The salad was HALF gone and a soggy mess! It looked like someone's leftovers. I was so excited to eat it on my lunch break as I only eat out once every now and again. I had to waste my ENTIRE lunch break to wait in line to get a new salad. - which was full but soggy and disgusting! I added two photos - this was RIGHT when I opened it! I am so disappointed, they lost a customer. The manager was nice and helpful but that is the only good thing about my experience. read more

Terrible. Ordered a pickup order for curbside and never received it after waiting for over half an hour. Saw the employee walk outside with my order and then turned back around and went back inside. Went through the drive thru to ask if It was an issue with the order and that I could pay again if it needed me to and they told me to go inside. Today I ordered a fruit and yogurt parfait from the Marlborough, MA location. I think using the "fruit" description in this item is quite a stretch considering there were 2 pathetically tiny blueberries and 3/4 of a strawberry artfully arranged in this treat. The contrast between what they advertise on the menu as opposed to what you actually get is just absurd. Have you ever heard the phrase that you eat with your eyes first, in this instance I wished for blindness. He not only took great care of us, I watched him greet every customer in the store with the same enthusiasm. When he wasn't greeting customers he was non stop cleaning the restaurant. Came here for a light dinner. This location is the least busy of the four locations I have been to so far but quality is still good. Like other locations, they have a big parking lot and their app is good to use. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and large waffle fries. Both were good and tasted as you expect. My only complaint was the chicken in the sandwich was very small size. But extra points for the fancy bun. Overall, well cooked and assembled. Love that they offer variety of sauces to remix your sandwiches and fries. It is pretty awesome. Pro tip: drizzle enough sauces on the sandwich with each bite so the the sauce won't drip out. Well, I'll admit I am late to the game. This is my very first time trying Chick-fil-A. I hear about it all the time. Saw the long line at airports when transferring flights. Never had the desire to wait in the long lines. So, it never happened. Not to mention, don't have any up here, except for in the Airport. I asked my friends and relatives what the big deal was, and they simply said, "Fresh, Tasty, and Service." Something I've noticed the old fast food joints seemed to have forgotten. So, I finished my meeting and was anxious to get back to Albany in time for my Friday night rendezvous. Was just high noon, and I was filling my rental with enough gas to get me to Albany, and make sure their was still the required amount in the tank when returned. We all know how that goes. As I stood there contemplating the to-go snacks I would pick up in the service station convenience store, I saw a familiar sign poking its head out just beyond the hill. "Ah, Ha!" I thought, in excitement. The opportunity presented itself, so I of course obliged the Chick-fil-A gods. First, I checked the menu on my trusty iPhone, so that I would not be that annoying person in the drive through saying, "Let me seeeee, what do I want to orderrrrrr.... I'd like the..... ummmmm.... hmmmmm." Instead I opted to go with their simple mainstay item... one regular and one spicy. Wanted to taste both and see, as I like both flavors, and really depends on my mood. The person taking my order was polite, and knew exactly what I wanted. One regular chicken sandwich meal, and then the spicy one by itself no pickles. Figure see if it makes any difference. Food came in nice wrappers. I drove for a while, and found a nice place to stop in the shade. It was about 10 minutes or more, and I was panicking my fast food would get cold fast. Always worry about that when ordering fast food to-go. Wow, was I surprised. Must have been the special wrapper, but the sandwiches were still piping hot. I mean hot like just off the grill. They were also very tasty, juicy, and fresh, just like everyone said. I tried the regular first, and ate it so fast, was ready for the spicy one next. Talk about addiction. I can now understand the craze. The spice was perfect, the breading crispy, sealing in the juicy white meat. The chunk of meat was just the right size. I wonder if this is what the original McDonald's burgers must have tasted like years ago, before they became commercialized flat bland pieces of meat. Well, there you have it. I am a fan, and will definitely try again, maybe their deluxe next time, and their nuggets and chicken strips which I hear are delicious. Food is good, but wrong. Order was messed up: forgot the pickles and the drink was not what I ordered. Congratulations This site had easily the most unfriendly Chick-Fil-A employee I have ever seen. She's a manager too... When I went up to get the right drink, I got a really angry look. I didn't mention the pickles. I didn't want her to kill me. As a whole, Chick-fil-a typically has employees who are typically pretty friendly Chick-fil-a has a really nice commercial about an employee who gives her friend a car so that she didn't have to walk in the winter. We had a kids birthday lunch here after a trampoline park party. It worked out great! The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our food was ready on time and cooked well. I ordered a large platter of chicken nuggets and fruit and a gallon of lemonade. The kids took a picture with the Chick-fil-A cow and continued the play at the play place. They had a great time! Dr Pepper and the drink was carbonated water. Told them it didn't taste right and the response I got was We gave you Dr Pepper. That's it. I was fortunate to have a contract in the city of Marlborough for a few weeks, why you ask? Because there is a brand new Chick Fil A location there! Yahoo!!! When I ate my spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles, and Chick Fil A sauce I heard Heaven must be missing an angel cause this chicken sandwich is here with me right now (Tavares song). :) The drive through location looks brand new with plenty of parking. It was very busy every time I went in. The customer service was great, I had a conversation with an assistant manager (young, cute dark haired guy with glasses) I believe he is from down south. I asked him to please tell corporate to put in a location in Boston, Somerville, or Cambridge area. He agreed to spread to word for me! Despite the crowds the service was always friendly and speedy. My spicy sand and waffle fries were delicious. I even took a bag of sandwiches to take home to my bf. I would recommend this location to everyone, I don't know why people wrote negative reviews maybe, they need to not sweat the small stuff and just enjoy life! read more
