2 Meat Plate - Brisket and St.Louis ribs with collard greens and baked beans.
    Christopher C.

Great, small BBQ joint. Friendly service, generous portions, quality cooking. Reminds me of joints near Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Large menu. Brisket was great as were the St. Louis ribs. Collard greens good but a bit salty. Baked beans good. Very generous portions. I will definitely come back. Waitress couldn't have been nicer and polite.

It's like a little piece of Nashville in the middle of Westboro. Loved it. Cute place with several high tops for seating. Pop country music playing. Great craft beer selection. I had the wings, delicious. There must have been a dozen sauce options plus the BBQ that is on the table. We also had the loaded sweet potato tots. THOSE are like a meal, brisket, cheeses and a sweet potato tot bottom. Leftovers for days. Yum. We went on a Sunday for lunch and the place was ours. Very nice service. Easy street parking out front

First off the service was outstanding! I ordered chicken wings buffalo medium......they were pretty good, I just like mine a bit more crispy. The flavor was spot on for a medium buffalo. I also ordered fries loaded with cheese and bacon.......and OH THEY WERE LOADED! Fries were fantastic, crunchy, hot and fresh, with at least 50lbs of mozzarella.....lol Wife ordered a smoked chicken ranch sandwich....she absolutely loved it. Great flavor very juicy. All in all we would stop by again to try the bbq, wish there was more of a selection of alcohol.

Wow, stumbled into here when the other restaurant was closed. What a great find. My brother in law had the spicy southern Caesar with added chicken. He loved it. I had the beef barbacoa tacos and a pork slider and the waffle fries. The brisket was fabulous, as was the pulled pork. The amount of meat they serve is tremendous. We will come back. And they have guest wifi which is a prerequisite for a 5 star in my book

Our first time out to The Coops new spot in Shrewsbury. We wanted to try it out because the new location has a bigger area for eating ( the Millbury spot has very limited seating area). Nice location in downtown Shrewsbury, we didn't have any problem finding a street parking spot. The inside is decorated very nicely and they have table service. We both decided on the Rueben with Mac and cheese as we loved that at their other location. We also got a side of collard greens and cornbread. They had quite a few beers to pick from and my husband was happy they had some Jacks Abby beer (one of his favorites) and I got a sweet tea (although they had a few mixed drinks that sounded yummy). Our service was excellent and the sandwiches were amazing (we both could only eat half). I love their Mac and cheese too! Collard greens were almost as good as my recipe and cornbread wasn't too sweet. The Coop is one of our favorite spots to grab some southern food!!

Food was meh. Service was meh. Would not go back, left nothing to be desired for. Barbecue was way too salty, especially the brisket.

We think the quality is worth it so this is our newish go-to for wings. Perfect for takeout as they usually time things well if you order online. Not a ton of parking so the lot can get full if it's a busy time. Not a lot of seating inside and the place seems to be catered toward takeout. Had the original, honey garlic, and spicy galbi. All three were great (photos are of leftovers the day after, sorry). Love the pickled radish that comes as a side. We ordered three boxes for two people which was plenty. The half/half box might be worth it if you're eating alone and really want variety, otherwise, I would go for individual boxes since you get more for your money. Since I'm eating the leftovers as I write the review, I will say they are definitely not as good as leftovers (not surprising) since they lose their crunch. Still tasty though!

The woman coldly pointed to them menu and said this is popular. The guy working sat on a tablet watching tv almost the entire time we were there. The food: The noodles were really spicy. I didn't like them and I thought the texture was weird. The cheese bread tasted like cheesy, greasy fried dough. They were ok. We got a half chicken which were small pieces with almost no meat. I would definitely get wings or boneless next time. Chicken was juicy and crunchy very yummy. Boba was bad. Tea was ok but my pearls were 1 clump. Sauces we tried were pretty good. Overall go try it. Don't expect any service at all or any help deciding.

The interior is very sparse and clearly modeled for most takeout; there are literally only 4 tables inside; 2 meant for couples and 2 meant for groups of four. None of the decoration stands out but it's clean and that's really all you should want when you spend your hard-earned cash. I've eaten here several times and this place never misses. The crunch on this chicken is out of this world and somehow it stays very delicate and ultra crispy. The meat inside is perfectly cooked and juicy. Even the dang popcorn chicken is juicy perfection. This isn't KFC - the meat and batter are not heavily seasoned and if you're expecting more you better pay 50 cents per sauce cup. I always grab a couple of Yum sauces. Everyone needs to come check this place out - it sets a new benchmark for quality fried chicken. Good ac and bathroom down the long hallway is decent. One person taking orders. 5/5 popcorn chicken one of the best ive had. It was fresh fried so everything is cooked to order. It came out hot and crispy. The breading was solid and retained a lot of flavor. Each chunk of white meat chicken was tender and juicy and full of flavor (definitely marinated before with some tenderizer like yogurt maybe) 4.5 / 5 drumsticks. Like some reviews, super crispy and had to bite a few times before getting to the juicy tender meat in center. Like the popcorn chicken, has good flavor with savory seasonings in the breading and marinated meat. 4.5 / 5 has to do a separate review for the sauce. The sauce is incredible. The Yum Yum sauce is a mix of this tangy mayonnaise garlicky sauce that you sometimes we get on like Halal guys or chicken and rice guys but a slightly tangier flavor. The first small cup of sauce comes free per chicken dish but 50cents for any extra. Well worth it! Have gone twice and will definitely go again.

I got the wings bone in with sweet chili and garlic buffalo. Really nice cook on the wings, but the garlic buffalo is way more garlic than one would presume so I just took them home and put more buffalo on them and that balanced them out really well. They have really good ranch. They also serve blue cheese. They do celery and carrots. I also got my husband some to go wings that they serve by the half pound when they're boneless and so he got a pound and a half and so every half pound you get a sauce option so he got three different sauces and he got the garlic buffalo also another one I can't think of right now and then he got this balsamic fig! It was the most interesting experience I've probably ever had on a piece of chicken was very, very good. There's street parking I don't think they have a parking lot but it's a small space. Honestly they probably do a lot of carry out just because I'm presuming only about 15 to 20 people could actually sit in the restaurant, but the quality of the chicken was really really high it wasn't that busy so the service was good That's it.

It's over-the-counter ordering, with pizzas another option, and more importantly, you can also get beer to complement your wings. -- Buffalo Wings: From the first visit, some of the best I've had in a long, long time. Not the biggest (I'd say right around average size), but they nailed every aspect, from the piercing tartness of the sauce to match the spice, to the butteriness, to the crispness of every surface, to the tender and juicy interiors on every piece. If that weren't enough, the blue cheese tipping sauce was also spectacular, with noticeable sharpness and lots of chunks of real cheese to go along with the creamy liquid. They matched the buffalo sauce nicely. -- Loganberry Wings: From the second visit, a Buffalo regional sauce mixing raspberry flavors with barbecue sauce. The result is a mix of sweet and savory in a rich, full-bodied sauce with plenty of oomph and plenty of cling. It's sweet for sure, but its barbecue sauce component cuts it and a dip into some ranch cuts it more while adding a little something. I loved the sauce. The wings, though, were a little bit smaller and a little bit dryer this time. Still very good. -- 716 Mulberry Chicken Fingers: Also from the second visit. Nothing like Chinese chicken fingers; more like a chicken tender, and more still like a chicken cutlet. Three flat pieces in the small order provided minimal thickness, but a decent amount of meat, spread out. The Mulberry sauce has a Buffalo base with some additional secret seasonings and other ingredients to change the flavor a bit. Not bad, but I think I'd go straight Buffalo next time. Tender inside, but no crispness outside. This includes fries, which were a very solid McDonald's facsimile. Notable: Easy parking in their own lot. A minimum 25-minute wait for wings, so plan accordingly. Friendly, helpful counter people. So two visits, one great, one very good. Some memorable sauces and some memorable presentations. I'll be back to see if they hit great again and get bumped to a 5.
