I also grabbed a huge sandwich because I work overnights. Fried Ice Cream ; unfortunately I think I was oversold on this. When I talked to the counter server last time, I told her that I've been disappointed with many places that coats cornflakes on a scoop of ice cream and that I am searching for a place that actually batters ice cream and deep fried. She told me they deep fried their ice cream, and even Sookie herself told me it's fried. I don't know, from my customer POV it doesn't seem like it. I have to clarify that the item was delicious. It's just not what I expected when I ordered it. Asian Cheesesteak ; I ate this several hours later and cold. This was GOOD. Seemed like some sort of charred teriyaki flavor which definitely matches what it looks like. Very satisfied with this and highly recommended.

Besides Korean fried chicken, they also offer other Korean dishes, bowls, noodles, fried rice, sandwiches, fries, snacks, and Korean donuts. I ordered a Soy Garlic Mopo Corn Dog ($4.99 plus tax) and a Japchae ($15.99 plus tax) for takeout. The order was ready to go in 15 minutes. The Korean Corn Dog had a mozzarella cheese & hot dog center, coated with golden crunchy potato cubes and a spicy mayo for dipping. The Japchae dish had soft glass noodles, carrots, onions, spinach, red peppers, mushrooms and bulgogi stir-fried with soy garlic sauce, topped with sesame seeds. This dish had good hearty flavors. Overall, the Korean Corn dog and Japchae dish were both very good. I would come back to this Gold Star Blvd location once the newness wears off. We live more than an hour away from Nick's, so the sandwich was cold by the time I was able to try it, so I warmed it in the microwave for a few seconds. The roast beef was cooked perfectly; thin sliced and rare. I wished it came on an onion roll (I'm not a fan of sesame) and had more barbecue sauce because I like a messy sandwich, but it was very good overall.
