I've been coming here for about the last ten years or so and they have been mostly good but not always great. Tonight, we ordered take away and were pleasantly surprised because it was better than the last few times we went. The tenders were crispy & delicious. The fries weren't soggy. The cardboard box it comes in now is much better than the styrofoam one they had before (everything would get SUPER soggy)! My husband tried the new Cajun Voodoo dry rub and really liked it. I got the honey mustard which is my favorite and it didn't disappoint. Things to note - the location has mostly street parking which can be a pain. It's in a busy area so be prepared to walk a little if needed. There's not a ton of seating inside - most people take their food to go. read more

Absolutely unacceptable! We placed our order at 4:44 p.m., with an estimated delivery time of 5:13. When we called at 6:00, they blamed the delay on having the wrong phone number, which we immediately corrected. By 7:05--more than two hours after ordering--we still had no food. We had FIVE hungry children waiting for dinner, while the managers gave us nothing but excuses and an unbelievably rude, dismissive attitude. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, they acted as if we were wrong for being upset! We were also told the driver had "just been there," yet nobody could tell us where our order was or when it would arrive. We ordered directly through the restaurant's website, so they need to take responsibility. Waiting over two hours, receiving no useful updates, and then being treated disrespectfully by management is outrageous. Holy shrinkflation. We noticed that some of their bundle deals had changed, more focused to boneless wings. Both the bone in and boneless wings have shrunk significantly in size! We ordered an extra 5 piece boneless, and some of the pieces are no larger than the diameter of a quarter. For $7.69 for 5, that is crazy. While the sauces still taste good, the food itself was tough (especially the bone-in wings were dried out) and the fries we also ordered were very stale and hard. There are a lot of new chicken places opening up in Worcester. It may be worth looking into alternatives if you have a hungry family to feed. read more

Replace an order on Super Bowl Sunday at 1:30 in the afternoon to request delivery for 6:30 PM. At 9:30 we were still texting with some driver who never responded. Never got the order. Turns out the driver was from DoorDash. Contacted DoorDash, who told me that wings over Worcester cancel the order. But wings never called us and told us they were canceling our order. We ordered directly from them on their website. I've heard all kinds of things about other locations that had the same problem. Answer to the problem? Do not order from wings over anything. Also call DoorDash about a refund. They said that because we contacted wings directly we need to get it from them. The place is nothing to look at when you walk in but the wings are very good. I had lemon pepper and thoroughly enjoyed them. The sweet chili chicken tenders were solid but had a bit too much sauce on them. The waffle fries, while seasoned well, were a bit on the tough side. The chocolate chip brownie was most disappointing. I'm never a fan of restaurants selling pre-packaged foods, and in this instance the flavor was also below average. A quick update. Everything was good on our last visit. My only legit complaint is that getting wings done anything beyond regular, like extra crispy or extra sauce never seems to happen. I've been ordering from here for about a decade and shared some of the best memories over a humongous platter of their wings with old friends. Normally I'd just order delivery, but last night I was in the area to try out their new neighbor Insomnia Cookies and they had a long line so I knocked both out at the same time because I knew the wings would take 30+ minutes or so. True wing eaters go for traditional bone-in wings and they know how to clear the entire bone and don't even get me started about those who go for the marrow; they are just on a whole 'nother level... But they say that you can tell a lot about a person by the way they eat chicken wings, and that's also a good indicator of whether or not a person is a good kisser! I digress, but it is with their wings, which are always so plump, juicy, and tender, that I learned how to clear a flat with just one bite! I find the flats to be most satisfying over drumettes which are chunkier and require more work. Their Honey Mustard is the absolute best! Not having found another satisfactory wing place, I have continued to order here, with similar results: missing items and incorrect orders. Last night, for the second time in a couple of months, the sauce on the wings has been incorrect, and significantly hotter than the flavor I ordered. Also swimming in the hotter sauce when I asked for less. Both times I was unable to finish the food because the sauce was so hot, even when I wiped some off with a napkin. I filled out a review when they sent me one the first time this happened, and again, no compensation. This time they didn't send the review email. By the way, when the manager contacted me on yelp to ask for my information to "investigate" I sent it to him and...nothing. Crickets. Good food, worst service and horrible website. Does not allow you to add special request like condiments, utensils, seperate bags, etc etc.....no live person to talk to. I work in transportation and the fact that theyndon't give out utensils makes it impossible to eat. Website let's you choose the time you want the delivery and i choose 6:30pm, and the doordash delivery driver is calling me at 6:10pm telling me my order has arrived. I told him that im not going to be there until 6:30pm and he started to give me a hard time saying how time is money and he have to wait for me for 20 minutes and that's money out of his pocket. I feel bad for him so i tipped him extra. But it's the restaurant's fault for not sending out food accordingly. I got wings over Worcester for the very first time a few days ago, and I was really happy with everything. I got the chicken in a him honey mustard sauce that was SO AMAZING! I'd seriously be ok dipping anything and everything in it. SO SO SO GOOD! Definitely worth trying; especially dipping some waffle fries in it! Yummmm!!! The people working were so friendly.
